Don’t go to their Subway at night. They don’t ever come to the counter and are really rude. The regular cashiers are really nice. And don’t seem put out at all when we ask for some of the deli stuff. But the people that work nights at Subway act like we’re bothering them and wasting their time. Secondarily , I’m not sure why they started closing at 10pm? That’s just odd. To close even before beer sells stop just seems strange to me.

Super clean restrooms and showers! Fresh hot bar , and pizza in the food court, as well as a Subway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a busy location due to heavy oilfield traffic, but the employees do a great job.

Driver's if you can get fuel or supply's somewhere else I would do so. In 23 years of driving I have never in my life had to deal with a pilot that the workers were so unbelievably rude! I thought that maybe it was just a bad day but oh no it's everyday here and other Driver in the lot are saying the same thing. If I was the owner of this store I would 100% fire management and bring in someone who actually cares. Plus the place closes at 10pm and subway closes at 7 during the week and 6 on the weekend. Which is really strange because they are right in the middle of the oilfields and trucks are passing by all night and just stopping at there competitor across the Street.

As a former over the road truck driver who has visited plenty of truck stops this is one of the better ones. The service is above average and the store is clean. The only problem is late at night your only choice for food is either subway or pizza. The hot rack items are usually empty and no other kind of hot food.

Staff is friendly and everything seemed pretty new. Showers were nice and clean. Hot water wasn't very hot, but overall not a bad place to grab some food, shower, and crash for the night.

Really nasty place. Restrooms are always dirty. Piss and toilet paper all over the stalls. Night shift always says that there's nothing they can do about it because they are the only ones work yet the corner store across the street has 1 person work and always has clean restrooms. Night staff, especially the lady, seem to always be in a bad mood. Very rude

Pretty friendly atmosphere but the food they sell is a little too pricey. They really take pride in the food they cook cuz its overpriced for what it is worth. I bought 2 patty sausage, egg n cheese biscuits & didn't realize that they were leftover biscuits from the previous morning and sold them for regular price. That's my fault for not paying attention but it is also their fault for selling old food at a regular price.

I've been to more than a few Pilot Travel Centers. You can get gas, snacks, etc, they also have a nice selection of trucker or travel accessories. I have yet to see any major differences between the different stores. This is a good thing since they do things the right way. The stores are always clean, all the ones I've seen have had a restaurant attached, subway or taco bell. They also have their own kitchen which serves up pizza, wings, soups, fried foods and hot meals like meatloaf etc. Great place to restock one a road trip.

The food here is the BEST in town, hands down. There were 6 of us eating and everyone had something different----pot roast, baked chicken, sides, chicken sandwich, burger----and all of us agreed, it was the best meal we had in Tilden.

This is a well stocked Truck stop. It has supplies for the 18 wheelers and the 4 wheelers. It has shower facilities, Diesel Fuel pumps for 18 & 4 wheelers and gas pumps. Lot of room to maneuver around. Inside they have most everything a traveler needs. Inside there is a Subway Sandwich Shop, a Cinibun Shop, Pizza and other hot foods.

Gas prices suck, not thier fault. What is thier fault is that at least 75% of the time, the pumps won't read my credit card. Never have a problem anywh else. Please get that fixed!

I always stop there for Cinnabon when I go to Tilden today when I bought some whatever buns they put in the box I got was a rip-off they were store bought frozen cinnamon rolls I'm very disappointed money down the drain. Very unsatisfied customer 😠

Ive been coming here for about 4 years. It use to be difficult to get fuel because it was packed. Now im the only person who get fuel. Some other trucks come in but they just go past the pumps and go inside to go to the rest room. Here is the reason why. None of the pumps work. Most of them dont have the little latch that lets the pump run while you set the other pump or clean your windows. So you have to stand there and fill up one tank then go to the other side and fill up that tank. Finally you can clean your windows and check the oil. A 15 minute pitstop takes an hour here. Or the machines that you use to put your cards in are broken. So you have to walk inside and have them turn on the pump. It’s so frustrating. I’m done, I’m not coming back. I honestly come here 3 to 4 times a week and get about four dollars worth of fuel. But not anymore.

2 corndogs, 1 chimichanga. Subway has tons of food but they are "closed" because they dont have "enough supplies" this is an oilfield area, thats 24 hours people. We need food too! Some people dont get off work until 10 or 11 pm and have to go to sleep hungry because they stop serving real food. Feed the people that give you a job to come to please. Its bad enough we are away from home and family. And if someone shows disgust in the lack of food please dont give them an attitude about it. I guess they didn't want my money for the crud i was going to settle for. Im getting my $700 worth of fuel somewhere else now. Please fix this.

If I could give zero stars I would! The lady around the counter was extremely rude and yelled at me that Subway was closed… it’s literally never open. When we asked for deli products she was rude to us. This store needs some major management.

It had been 3 years since we had been through Tilden and we were excited to see this big nice truck stop/travel station.They had a great selection of food. It was clean and well stocked/organized. With Tilden being such a small town in a remote location they desperatly needed something like this. We will stop here each time we come to Tilden!

Why did they make these stores were you can't see the gas pumps and I have to walk all the way back out to double doors just to get which pump # I'm at. Short term memory person's worst nightmare. And none of the self pay take cash so I stood there trying for no reason so I left. I pass this store daily. I'll keep passing.

Sometimes I don't bring lunch to work. Today I'll just go hungry after going in and seeing who is working the subway. Tired of the rude person that works there. If you don't like your job find a different one.

It is disappointing Pilot would allow a frac sand company to use their truck parking area as a staging location.As a result, there is very little actual parking for customers, and the sand trucks are parking over multiple parking spaces, I guess to hold spots, taking up even more available space, honking their air horns at each other and, in general, being a complete nuisance.This helps explain why the young lady working had such a terrible disposition.Sad, too. With so few fuel locations around Tilden, TX, one would think Pilot/Flying J would expect more of their local management and employees.I DO NOT recommend this location. At 11:30 PM they did not even have coffee made. What's up with that?

This Pilot SUCKs if you go after 10 or 11 PM Grumpy help - if you can find anyone to ring to up they act like it's a huge a pain. No hot food I hate this place with a passion.

Small truck stop but the showers were very clean and the staff was awesome. Also has a cinnabon witch makes everything better.
