The store was kind of dark inside and there was a big cart with a bunch of items that needed to be stocked I had to squeeze by just to get to the next aisle.There were two employees and most of the time someone acknowledges you or greets you maybe they're having an off-day.On the plus side they have Redbox outside also propane available and Western Union options inside.

One said there was no working restrooms in the building, the next employee said there was just no public restrooms for my daughter as per the manager Sonia Marquez. She said they haven’t had any for “a while”

The worst dollar general ever!!! They go thru employees like a revolving door ...the manager Sherri or whatever have you she's got no customer service skills ...she's rigid and very judgemental ...I've seen her personally ban indefinitely (like forever) several individuals for literally no reason ... People that have spent good money there ... Shes so awful she can't even keep employees🤢

I was only able to put 1 star it should be a big negative 5, the card machine did not work, the kid behind the counter was obviously getting upset, I told him to just put the stuff up...he then told me to get out of the store saying I had an attitude with him...I only had an attitude with him when he started getting loud..I have never been talked to like that, . Extremely disrespectful,...I am going to notify DG Corporate about this store in disarray and the disrespectfulness of this kid...

I'm beginning to love their seasonal section. It's super trendy and themed and very affordable. Also, their grocery selection is a staple and the extras seem to keep expanding. Overall good experience. The store was clean. The cashier was friendly and kind. Social distancing was totally achievable. I got this adorable farmhouse coffee mug here.

Stopped in to utilize the Saturday digital coupon. Merchandise was incorrectly priced and the manager tersely informed me that I would not be getting any additional merchandise at that price. It turned out to be the advertised price. The digital coupon would not work and once again she informed me that they have no control over the digital coupon. No one offer an apology or even a smile. DG just became the place to shop when nothing else is open.

Packed and only 1 cashier. Obviously she was not very happy or friendly at the time. There was another lady on the floor stocking. They could all be stocking if they would help each other on the register when they have over 10 customers or more per line waiting to pay. Then everyone would be happy. I understand her frustration but customer service is very important too.

Good storeI always felt "Dollar" store wasn't quite the right name as many items are more expensive here than at the big box stores. But if you need that little item asap,without standing in a long line or paying CONvenience store price , not a bad alternative.

The store always has what I need. At times the line is very long. Most staff members are very friendly and helpful. Being a TR local this is my go to store because of their lower prices.

The Dollar General in Three Rivers Texas has come a long way. I give a lot of the credit 2 the manager Dave. All the employees are very helpful. And the store is clean and organized.

After I spend 50 dollars there and ask can I can have 10 dollar of quarters of changes please, cash register lady told me I don't have any all I got is just enough for me, I said wow this how u treat ur customer.That answer was a no no for my books u all need to fix that problem u never say to a customer at all.

Horrible service. You can't even go in the store for something quick without having to stand in line for 30 minutes because there is only 1 cashier and the other person is stocking shelves. Hire more people or show them how to multitask.

You have to go with plenty of time to spare cause you can be in line for 15 minutes sometimes longer. Most Workers are very rude and don't acknowledge you yet alone treat you very rudely.

It was an average Dollar General. I had to wipe the thick dust off of the sun glasses I was buying. The employees were friendly though.
