The store was clean as well as the restrooms.The people were helpful and knowledgeable about the placement of items in the store. They offered an abundance of items at very low prices. From dvd's and blurays to cold and frozen food stuffs, batteries, clothing, as well as dry goods, prepaid phones, phone cards, and school supplies. This store is a welcome addition to the businesses in our small town.

Walking in I wasn't greeted, however the cashier was friendly when I went to pay for my items. The store looked awesome inside and out. It was very clean and very spacious. I live about 20 mins away and was just passing through. However, I will definitely return.

Every time I shop at this dollar general location the store is a complete disaster. You can barely move your cart around in the store, trip over items all over the floor. When this store first opened it was clean and immaculate, items stocked well. Now there are nothing but boxes of unopened merchandise for you to fall over. The store is a wreck. People are going to refuse to go to this dump if you don't do something about it and pronto. TRASHED OUT! Went to get sugar and the shelves were empty. This store needs a manager that can operate the store properly. Today was the last time I will ever shop there. It's Ridiculous. I work retail and I know for a fact that at the store I work at if the place was a mess like that the manager would be fired along with its employees.

The employees are so kind and helpful. I love how they interact with customers and try to get to know them. I have also witnessed multiple occassions where disgruntled customers were extremely disrespectful to the employees yet they held their composure and handled it professionaly.

Getting very tired of this tired of this tired, to the point I have started driving to Thrall. Some of the new people are very rude.The store is always very full of people after school. I was just in there, after waiting over 15 minutes we went to see if anyone else was in the back.(It was the manger. Telling us that she didn't care).

It exists, and is slightly lower priced than a convenience store, which is worth more than one star. Things go downhill quickly from there. If a store is open, someone should be at the cash register. There is no reason to have a customer, let alone a line of customers, standing at a cash register waiting for someone to check them out.Having a squeaky toy with instructions to squeeze it for assistance is terrible. We are customers, not dogs. It is even worse if squeezing said squeaky toy doesn't lead to the annoyed looking employee actually coming to the register for several more minutes anyway.

Need better service. I know you may be on break but if you take 5 minutes to help other cashier out, you can go back to break once the backup line has cleared with more satisfied customers. Still a nice DG.

Wasn't real happy with the service I got this time. The guy checking me out acted like he would rather be someplace else. Didn't hit the total button, just told me my total. Didn't count my change back just handed it to me. If he is checking people out the next time I go in there I will leave.

The place is a disaster. Also they need to learn how to use manufacturers coupons.My husband was turned down last night from using a coupon that came strait from the company. So What if it was 15 minutes until closing. Do your Job people.Their are not enough educated people in the store. They need to fire them all and start with a fresh crew. This crew isnt working to its best ability.I also will be contacting headquarters about this matter.

Staff is always pleasant and friendly. But store has issues. Second register has been down for weeks, creating long lines. Merchandise on shelves out, and today no plastic bags for purchases.

Never miss a stop in the Thorndale Dollar General! Always find a good buy and my shopping is fun due to the clean and organized store. Customer service is a 10!
