Needed some "we left it at home" supplies. And Walmart had what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. A few items were even on sale, AND we were able to check one of the three actual cashier's to ring us up. Not too busy, and a short line to wait.In and out in ten minutes.Plenty of parking, and people were mostly behaving.

This review is specifically for Jaonna at the bakery. I placed a large cupcake order and when I went to pick up my order, only half of it was made. I was told that was the order I requested. In reviewing my order, Joanna quickly resolved the error and I had the remaining order within 2 hours. These were birthday cupcakes which no cupcakes would have ruined the entire party. Jaonna - THANK YOU for resolving this issue!

I went to the Automotive Department to get a Pir Crew oil change. I got my car checked in and about 20 minutes later was informed that they did not have the type of oil my car uses for that specific oil change. I expressed my frustration since I was being asked if I wanted to upgrade to the Standard oil change but would have to pay $10 more. At that time I felt that I was not being given another alternative and expressed that they should override the price to that of the Pitcrew. The Department manager after giving me all types of reasons agreed that they should override the price. When the service was completed I still was charged the price of the upgraded oil change even after I questioned it. I called the store twice. The first time my call was transferred who knows where. The phone rang endless times with no one picking up the call and the second time I didn't get as lucky to even have the operator answer my call. I received very unacceptable customer service and will be looking for another store to be taking my business to. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I felt this location has more cashiers than others. Or, maybe it is just because the checkout process was faster and smoother. One thing I didn't like was that the price tags of some items are missing (on purpose). Don't do that. Put Krispy Cream Donut $13 price tag back so customers can make the right purchasing decision.

Mike helped me out by saving me a lot of money that got stuck in the self check out. Honest humans are always worth mentioning. This was on 4/15/24 around 10:45 PM. Professionals needed more of!

They need to train their morning crew. The guy that stands at the front door talking to himself needs to learn how to smile and say good morning to people. The ladies at the register need the same training. When you ask someone to clear out the register because you forgot something in the store, it’s out of respect for you, not to ruin your day. So maybe Walmart just needs to have some training with all their people about just being nice and treating people with respect. After all we are the ones putting money in their pockets.

This is directed at the auto center. The regular Walmart part is fine, nothing special but not horrible.The Auto Center is horrendous. Came in for an oil change. 45 mins. Also asked to pull a small nail in the middle of tire due to a small leak.They can do neither.No contact.No updates.45 mins becomes 90.Paid for a rotation only to get into the vehicle and all 4 tires still low and, wouldn’t you know it, but still the driver rear (with the nail) that is still the lowest. Wasn’t worth even fighting it. Pointless trip and out $20.

Dive. I didn’t think Walmart could get this lore. Carts are left outside. Shelves are loaded with product thrown everywhere. Associates chit chatting and not working. This is a disaster. Empty shelves everywhere. What’s happened?

Customer Service Manager is extremely rude. Gets called to the front to assist, then proceeds to treat me like I’m waisting her time. If you don’t like helping customers, or you are to old to have patience get out of customer service. Awful experience, feel sorry for any employees under this woman.

Willington something is his name I seen on 1/7/24 I needed help with a ebt transaction I don’t know if it’s because I’m black and he’s white he didn’t want to help or didn’t want to believe what I was telling himOne of the workers did my ebt for me manually I have my card but my card be hard to swipe so I asked if I can put the numbers in he said flat out NO with a look of disgust, I told him days before an other employee did it and he called some stud looking manger Over I guess she was the manager to assist she barely was able to assist she was speaking so low that I barely understood what she was saying, they need to fix that and have a meeting if you’re not allowed to do ebt or any card manually let it be known to the whole store of teams because I have my receipt and proof of me completing my transaction that way. I will never come back in this store again. It was so embarrassing it was a Line of people behind me luckily I work for a living a great job and have money that I was able to pay for my stuff I had. But never again. No man should make a woman feel the way that guy and girl made me feel. Walmart has to do better and train their workers way better than how they are trained. I’m very social media famous so I’ll definitely make sure to make a topic of this on my platform because it’s ridiculous.

One of the better walmarts. The Walmarts in lewisville we call the ghetto Walmart[main st.] and the way more ghetto walmart[3040]. They suck in lewisville so bad they get zero stars if that was possible. The Walmart in Addison is amazing. It is off Arapaho.

Had a great experience with this WalMart purchased a set of good year tires. I was a little skeptical because I usually never get my car serviced at Wal Mart. They got me in and out in no time I paid less I expected $540 with taxes and warranty. The quality of the GoodYear all season tires are outstanding. I highly recommend this Walmart for your next tire purchase.

Had a nail in tire took 40 minutes to get in the bay, the problem was it set on a jack for an hour before I started complaining. Then they say it's finished and it took another 15 minutes to get the keys.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK to Walmart again. I will pay more and go out of my way!! The store on hwy 121 consistently gives you rotten/expired food on the curbside pickup service or several items will be missing all together. Multiple time over the last 2yrs or so... Rotten lettuce leaking out of the bag & into the walmart sack or 17 out of 18 eggs cracked. I've told management several time but nothing gets resolved. Was rwfunded but still...Also the Auto service, I paid for a service which they're suppose to check and refill the wiper fluid. Had it done in sept, I told them about it and he said it was filled but my sensor said other. Then again last month i had it done again, same thing but this time I check the fluid myself and it was bone dry, 1 week after I had the service done. And no i dont use my wipers often as i was my car alot. They are liars and are cutting corners to save a dollar. I will gladly take my hard earned money somewhere else. THANK YOU WALMART!! I'm forced to give 1 star as 0 is not an option.

This is the reason why everyone shops at Target over Walmart. I was on the phone with a Walmart 1-800 representative and they asked to talked to the store manager in regards to a return I needed to make. Mark, the store manager on duty on 12/20/23, actually called the Walmart rep an idiot. How hilarious for a store manager can actually talk like this. I hope corporate takes a look into this. Mark should not be in that role. More reason why people shop at Target over Walmart.

Don't bother calling. They don't answer the phone on the main line or HR. If you let it ring long enough, someone will pick up and hang up.Great job remodeling. The store looks very clean and well stocked. Returned 2 items with receipt, had no problems, staff was very friendly and helpful.Not enough check out clerks.Walmart is the most expensive grocery store around. Kroger, Tom thumb, HEB, are ALL less expensive and nicer.

This particular Wal-Mart has lost my business a total of THREE times now.I pass this Wal-Mart on my way to work, so I like to stop there some mornings to pick up my lunch for that day. I usually arrive there between 6:05 - 6:10AM. It is NEVER open. I usually have to stand around outside till around 6:15 before they decide to open the doors. They should change their sign from "Open: 6AM" to, "Open: Whenever we get around to it".Also, to top it off, the employees are usually rude and don't even respond to greetings or thanks. The door greeter is the only one who has ever spoken to me or even acknowledged my existence.If this store wasn't so conveniently on my way to work, I would never bother going there.

Bit pricy when compared with supermarkets of the United Kingdom. We have food items in the UK far cheaper in our supermarkets than are sold in the US Walmart, even though UK is being badly hit these days by the cost of living crisis still the UK is a lot more cheap

Went in to exchange soda stream canister. Per the pic it doesn’t say that only one type of canister can be exchanged. Also per soda stream corporate who I called to confirm I can exchange my blue canisters, also said I could exchange them with their partners. Now I wonder who said I couldn’t. Could it be the manager who said I can only exchange the red canister then said he was going home immediately after. Could be. Anyway target is a great place to shop cause so far they didn’t lie to me or make me call vendors to confirm the lies to customers.

Hate the in store shopping. Can’t reach anything if your under 5’4”. Self checkout never works. Produce self checkout is painful. Fabulous pharmacy staff tho.Used to like the online ordering with grocery pickup option as it became very efficient throughout 2023. However that was until I had an order stolen by someone who showed up claiming to be me, and apparently ID was not visually verified even though there was alcohol in the order. This was when I discovered that the store manager does not accept or return calls, from customers or their own corporate office. Had to file a police report to ensure funds would be returned - you are definitely on your own in case of fraud with a pickup order; the store management just doesn't care.

I will be canceling my walmart plus membership . I ordered groceries and they were brought back to the store and even I contacted them they said it would be delivered...it never was ! This is poor customer service and I will not be shopping there anymore .

They keep the temperature entirely too high in that store. It is actually warm if you are any department that isn’t refrigerated. Also, they just do not have enough staffing throughout the store. I don’t go as often as I used to for these reasons.
