Worst pharmacy experience ever, I was told they had a prescription on that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited and came for them to tell us they could not take the prescription because it was not written out in words and that we had to go all the way back to the doctor and have him rewrite it. We get back to the pharmacy and they tell us they can’t fill it and they we may have to come back the next day. Very inconsiderate and lack of accountability. Would give zero stars if I could.

While at the doctor visit, our physician sent over my husband’s 2 RXs. When we arrived at Walgreen’s we were not greeted but was told they had just received the RXs and they just opened and it would t be ready until after 11. I asked if we could just wait in order to save us an unconvinced trip back out and was told no. We have vaccines this morning and it won’t be ready until after 11. Guy was a hit rude. Literally it’s counting out 10-15 pills. Customer service rating a ZERO!! We’ve always used CVS, but Brian’s ins. forces us to use Walgreen’s now.

The pharmacist was so rude and ugly to me. She got mad at me as if it was my fault they didn’t have my prescription for the 3rd day in a row. I wasn’t even upset that happens all the time with this prescription so I understand. I was just following their instructions because yesterday and the day before they told me to come back the next day.

The pharmacy staff are always thorough, polite, and helpful. The pharmacist called me to make sure everything was going good with a new medicine I had picked up. I thought that it was very professional and kind. I appreciate your hard work at this location.

They will actually just hang up on you instead of answering the phone. I absolutely have hated this location for years now. It’s just the most convenient on my way home. I will be looking for a new pharmacy now I can’t take the disrespect

Refused to fill a prescription even after verifying with insurance and my doctor THREE TIMES! Absolutely pathetic organization. I've always avoided Walgreens due to their pricing and marketing practices, but was in a bind on time and had a prescription called in here . Never again. I received no explanation or elaboration on why it was refused other than they were not going to fill it. Four hours wasted and had to get my script the next day at my regular pharmacy. I'll never step foot in Walgreens again, and I'll tell anyone who listens the same.

I understand why this place has 2 stars. The rudest staff. John specifically is one of staff members that threw a fit over me not wearing a mask and denied me my vaccines. When I asked him to show me the policy he said Mask up or go somewhere else! After that he turned away, literally turned away, and would not meet my eyes. This is the type of psychotic antisocial people Walgreens employs. Then everyone wonders why more people don't get vaccines. Because walgreens employs staff that literally tells customers to leave and go somewhere else.

Had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy staff when receiving my booster shot. Both the gentleman that helped check me in and the pharmacist that administered the shot were kind, personable, and professional. Over all great experience, considering I came in to get a shot.

Wow. I'll start by saying my cashier, Karen, was phenomenal. She was kind, compassionate, friendly, thorough, and efficient. A receipt was emailed to an email address that is no longer active, so I asked for a printed itemized receipt after spending a large amount of money. Karen needed management to reprint, so she called for help. That manager, Tara, took her sweet time coming up, with an almost empty store, and after seeing I was on the phone, she tried scolding Karen (thinking I couldn't hear) about how it would take her such a long time to go to her office and locate the purchase (I spent hundreds, and it was the last transaction done) to reprint it. She asked if Karen had told me that it would take her such a long time to reprint, which Karen hadn't because I had already explained to Karen that I needed it for records/reporting reasons, so she knew it wasn't a frivolous request. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to respecting our fellow workers and speaking to them kindly. But the way Karen and I were treated as a chore for an overwhelmingly simple request, was just plain rude. Especially considering the store only had 3 other customers idly shopping. Will update this review if/when a positive experience is had here.

Beware!! This pharmacist will STEAL your medication. Yes STEAL!! My gf and I went to pick up her anxiety medication. They said her prescription was on hold for some insurance clarification but would be ready next day (seemed weird but ok). Next day this pharmacist swears he gave it to her already and basically to get lost. He was extremely rude, defensive, and even hung up on her when she asked to come see the security footage. We call back and now he claims it is illegal to show us the security cam of the transaction, how convenient for the home team right!! Only thing left to assume at this point is the pharmacist has a Xanax addiction, is a liar, and also a thief.

Confused as to why they wouldn’t fill a prescription with a legit paper copy from my doctor, requiring an unnecessary amount of phone calls for no reason. Weirdest and most unprofessional experience from a pharmacy ever. What is going on at this location?

My kid is in severe need of medicine. This is the 5th place we came because of back order. Its snowing! My sons mom has been there an hour because they texted her “its ready” then went on lunch break. She waiting like you told her to! Unprofessional , terrible service. Shameful.

For three days straight they told me my order will be ready the next day. Now today I had to get my order transferred and I'm already late on taking my prep. This Walgreens is very unorganized and they fail to give information if they actually have products in stock otherwise I could of taken care of this sooner. It's their fault my procedure might have to be rescheduled and I hope Walgreens cracks down on these people. Not the first time this happen either. Very terrible Walgreens you guys need new staff.

I’ve had about ten horrible run-ins with this location so finally deciding to go elsewhere and I’ll call corporate when I feel better. This instance is because I have kidney stones and my doctor from the ER left a voicemail refilling my script over three hours ago and they said they had no record of it. The ER was aware of this pharmacy location being horrible about checking voicemails and being on top of things. They had to recall it in and when I just called to double-check and verify, I was even told there was no record of prescriptions being called in until the tech asked the pharmacist and then said they’d be ready soon and hung up on me. Wow. Class act and brilliant.

Horrible service at this pharmacy! I waited in the drive thru for 20min, decided to park and go inside instead, waited another 15-20 minutes at the counter, and still wasn't able to get my prescription! The person who was initially helping me stopped what she was doing to help someone else. What kind of customer service is that?! Then she had the audacity to question me about my insurance when she had my card on the counter in front of her where SHE left it. I got my stuff and walked out. I would rather find another pharmacy than deal with such carelessness.

Free flu shot?? It's a lie they ask you for your insurance card so they can charge them and also I brought my VA insurance card they couldn't get it to work i waited 45min to waste my time and not get a "free flu shot" Don't waste your time here smh....

The pharmacy and front manager is the worst here. They told me to wait 30-40 min in the store that i transferred the night before and wouldnt take my manufacturer coupon and told me to wait till the prescription is done. Talked to manager at the store And she would not help. Also I had my daughter’s antibiotic and it said it will take 30-40 min also. I can tell there is a reason why they have such low reviews.

No option to give zero or negative stars? Because I would. Over and over again I have given this pharmacy a chance because it is convenient to my house. What is not convenient to me is waiting forever for the incompetent staff to find my prescriptions. I could drive to Dallas and back in the time I waste telling the staff members my name or address or date of birth....over and over and over again. My doctor (and friend) called in a script for me right in front of me one night. The next day, the staff claimed they did not have a Rx for me. Over and over they argued with me. Then, magically, they said they had just received it. They are very difficult to deal with here. The Indian pharmacist actually stepped in one time and was very apologetic and nice and helped to resolve the issue. Aside from this, the rest of the staff have made this place such a miserable experience, I would rather take my prescription to Walmart and deal their riff raff.

First off, let me say I do not use Walgreens for prescription fills or refills. I know they started out as a drug store or pharmacy store but I have seen them moving away from this service over the years, possibly because it is so hard to find qualified pharmacists or pharm techs. This is not their fault.Anyway, I have visited this store multiple times over the years and when I need a random item like dental floss, eye wash, first aid supplies, or basic cosmetics, seasonal silly things like inexpensive gifts or a nice card, this is where I go. The staff at checkout is generally cheerful. They always remind me if there's some sale thing where if I buy multiples it's a better deal.Would I like to have my meds refilled here in a timely, price-conscious, accurate manner? You bet. However that is not where their strong point lies, I'm sorry to say. The good news is that they have all the other stuff that helps make life a little better.

This Walgreens is always behind. I’m eight months pregnant on bed rest not supposed to go out but had to for my sons ear infection. I waited to come get my sons ear meds for over an hour and still not ready. They are never prepared. I have to change to a better location. This is seriously the worse pharmacy. They never have my vitamins on time either. I put up with it because I never wanted to switch well now I’m done.

The Assistant Manager Jalesha always have a terrible attitude. I felt like since I was a lesbian I was denied service. I never have any experience this bad unless she's in there. If I could rate this store a zero star rating I would 1 star seems a little to nice. Most of the other employees are fairly nice, they greet you when you first walk into the store.

I've had the same prescription for over a decade and never had an issue filling it. Until I came to this particular Walgreens. All of the pharmacists are rude and don't acknowledge you standing there for 10 mins. It's called customer service!! You acknowledge people even if your busy. This place lacks it in so many ways. I have refills available and I get prompted I have to wait for a pharmacist. The man answered and to no surprise was rude when he answered, and so I was short with him and he said I'll have it tomorrow afternoon. I will pick it up and take my service to a different pharmacy.

Today, 1/2/17. I had the worst manager experience ever on the convenience store. Cashiers were very helpful and cooperatives and called a manager to help with a return/price adjustment. He came pissed off, very rude and very unprofessional. Threw merchandise in rage and responded to questions in a very standoffish way.I have been to this Walgreen's few times and had mostly good experience with cashiers. this was the first time a manager was needed and It was the worst experience ever. HE WAS A MANAGER AND BEHAVED NOTHING LIKE IT; THE CASHIERS WERE MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN HIM.

I had a prescription for Ivermectin for myself that this pharmacy filled. About 3 months later my wife had a prescription for Ivermectin, and this pharmacy refused to fill it. She was sick with Covid-19 at the time, and this pharmacy's refusal to fill the prescription jeopardized her health. She ended up in the hospital for 9 days, but thankfully recovered, no thanks to this pharmacy.

I only went here because the other Walgreens on Hebron is worse, and that tells you a lot. The drive thru here is extremely slow . I’m done putting up with their covid related excuses. Taking my service somewhere else . Do better!!!

No lie - the absolute quickest turn-around on prescriptions that I have ever experienced. And that's consistent. I don't know what they're doing different at this particular Walgreens but they certainly figured out a basic concept that other pharmacies can't seem to grasp - customers just want a quick and simple experience. Period. Well done guys!

Today I went to my local walgreens and I picked up my Rx as I have always used their pharmacy. I have always been loyal to their brand and for these reasons I will never step foot into one of these locations again. When I picked up my Rx this afternoon, not only did it take over an hour and a half to get them filled, but they didn't return my Driver's license. I received a call stating that they accidentally didn't return it through the drive through and said that I could come pick it up and they were open until 9pm. I proceeded to call to make sure they had it available in the pharmacy so I could pick it up in the drive through. I was spoken down to by the Indian pharmacist that was working and he wouldn't even look for it and immediately said that it wasn't there. Ignorantly he began to argue with me so eventually I just hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and the same Indian man refused to let me speak to a manager. I again had to hang up on him to call the other number at the store where I spoke with the manager. I believe he was an assistant manager because he put me on hold and then he said he doesn't have access to open the safe. My question to that would be how would my license getting there if nobody has access to get in it. This is a very poorly run store and I will continually work to make sure that this pharmacist is reprimanded in proper fashion. I work in the medical field and this is absolutely NOT okay to treat people like this and withhold someone's property when clearly a pharmacy tech called me confirming they had it and apologized. Also today my 29,000 reward points were not able to be redeemed because the pharmacy didn't know how to redeem them. This place is a nightmare. Buyer beware!!!! I recommend CVS. That's where I'll now be taking my business unless this pharmacist is fired as he should be for such unprofessional practice in medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever! They don’t update statuses so tracking on their app is impossible. I’ve had a prescription request to be filled (one I’ve had many times before) in for 20 days and they keep canceling it, and can’t tell me why it’s cancelled. Finally had to go to a different pharmacy. I won’t be back.
