great place! there was an extremely rude customer who yelled at multiple groups of people in the dressing room area, and the employees handled it beautifully. there was a tagging mishap but our cashier Josue was very kind and helpful, overall it was a lovely experience great customer service and selection!

Would give it 3 stars but I’m in this place 3/4 times a week spending over $100s I can say some of the stuff is over priced! They have good stuff but you have to be careful they will put anything on the racks! They had a toddler shirt marked for $4.99 with mildew stains on it! They even had postpartum underwear they give you after birth for 3.99 on them now that’s ridiculous! Them Cotten panties are free at the hospital why tf would you even try to sell them things! I will keep updating when I see something off! They also will change the price tags on certain things! But I’ve complained about that and nothing gets done! Majority of all my clothes and kids clothes come from here!

Store is very clean and organized but the staff is just there to do their job. Their customer service could be better. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and the store employees only interact with each other every time I’m there. I wasn’t greeted at the check out and if I hadn’t said thank you while leaving the cashier would’ve stayed quiet then too.

I love this place (the colony location) you can always find something, but what I love the most is the friendliness and amazing customer service from David & Lucia Puente. They know me by name now and always greet me with a big smile. Gracias Lucia P y David, ustedes son fanáticos

I go to Thrift Giant a lot since I live close by for their color tag specials. This time David was my cashier and did a great job. He even told me to open my app to get the coupon for the day that saved me another 25% off of my items which was so nice of him.

My family and I first time going and we loved it. They have so many things to choose from. And it’s big in the inside. The staff is friendly. The young lady that checked us out was very friendly.

I use to love shopping here. They had a great variety and pricing was fair. However, pricing has gone way up to the point you can buy the same item new at the store for a cheaper price. The main reason I stopped shopping here because they offer a 99 cent day on certain colored tags, however, they pull items that are suppose to be apart of the sale and retag them. I have witnessed this happening multiple times. Extremely disappointed as this is unethical.

I've been to a lot of thrift stores, in a lot of cities. This one continues to be a disappointment. The staff seems great, and it's well organized. The prices are crazy. I can buy, new what they have for way less, often. Even at 50% the things I looked at were overpriced. I saw the same thing at Walmart for a third of the price, without scratches. I don't get it. Metrocrest in Carrollton, or Simply Grace in Richardson after great. Go there if you can.

A massive selection of clothes of all types, sizes and seasons. Some books, shoes and glassware, and a little bit of many other miscellaneous items. The store i well stocked, mostly clothes. It was well staffed when we were there, and not too crowded.

One of my items was missing a tag, I had the same shirt in a different color (obviously from the same batch). The manager refused to sell it for no apparent reason. Also its extremely hot inside. L thrift store...

amazing thrifting experience,was slightly frustrated when i found a BEAUTIFUL jewelry box with no price tag, i took it up front and asked about how much it cost and they said nobody on duty is allowed to price it they have a production team who can price it. i told them they could just say a number and i would pay whatever but they said they couldn’t. i understand policy is policy. they were very nice and kind about it. they said i could come back tomorrow and they would save it for me when it has a price but i live over an hour away so it just isn’t feasible. Overall a good thrifting experience and nice staff. i just wish the manager gave me a price for the jewelry box so i could buy it.
