Just bought this Ryobi battery powered chainsaw. I love it so much! This thing out worked me! Trimmed up 3 overgrown trees on my property. As a country boy now forced to live in the city I was skeptical. Not any more! Better than a chainsaw because it so quiet but still has the same power. Brothers hear me when I say this is a game changer!

Makayla was so helpful. I was waiting by keys for sometime, both her and another cashier called for help but no one came. She walked over and smiled and said I am going to help you. Such a sweet young lady and very professional. You guys are very lucky to have her. Thanks for your help Makayla!!

Customer Service is terrible in the paint department & trying to get someone on the phone, it rings someone picks up with out saying anything & transfers the call & then the call hangs up. I tried calling 7 times and this happened. So I tried calling another store to see if I would get the same experience, NOPE got someone on the phone willing to help. I live closer to this location but I’ll drive further to get a better experience.

April 29, 2024 approx 11:30am.. giving low rating b/c i feel when HD employees see a customer struggling to load an item on a cart, that should help or at least offer to help. I was trying to load a vanity mirror onto a flat cart and was having a little trouble b/c of size...I look up to see an HD employee striking down the isle towards me. This was a very large YOUNG man..I knew he wouldn't be able to pass by unless i paused what I was doing and stayed to one side... This young man slowly shuffled (dragging his feet) down the isle right on by me without even a "boo"no, excuse me no, can i help you get that on ur cart, 60+yr old woman..nothing .just walked by with a scroll on his face . Unfriendly as he could be...he seems miserable... If he doesn't want to be working at HD, he shouldn't be... No one's forcing him...plz train ur people to helpful and courteous... The only reason they're there is bc of HD customers like myself... Dragging urself around HD on the clock is not good for anyone... And of course the usual thing happened... Got one employee made contact with me except the customer srvc gentleman...bc he had to

Do not have your kitchen remodeled with them ! my kitchen is falling apart and someone came out to look and ordered new cabinets 3 months later I called to find out where they were at and no one knows what are m talking about my remodel was less than 2 yrs ago and now my kitchen is awful !!! 20k down the drain !! Go somewhere else where they have quality work and product

50 minutes of being on hold. Customer service lady was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, the gentlemen in online pickup was rude. I don't know if I chose to come on an "off day' but the staff was extremely unprofessional. Got home and unpacked my online order only to find out the 100 dollar mat was damaged. Someone spliced it straight down the middle. Didn't 45 minutes trying to reach someone in the phone from this location, only for Rhonda to hang up on me 4 times in a row. Decided to go to another location for help because this place is an absolute waste

"I swear, it's like they hire a bunch of amateurs over there. Trying to get help in that place is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Last time, I went in asking for advice on paint, and what do I get? Some clueless guy at the counter convinced me to buy a gallon when I only needed a quart. I should've trusted my gut instead of relying on their so-called expertise. And don't even get me started on the other time I was wandering around aimlessly, only to stumble upon someone as useless as a broken tool. We ended up resorting to the Home Depot app to find what I needed, which I could've done from the comfort of my couch! Now I understand why my friends rave about Lowe's. Four frustrating trips later, I'm officially jumping on the Lowe's bandwagon. What a joke.

Came in with the intent to purchase a new refrigerator and stove. Sales associate stand completely abandoned and no one available to assist so I left, ended up at Best Buy where I was greeted and assisted promptly and left with the purchase that could have been a Home Depot sale...do better Home Depot.

10:49 am on an April morning...and once again the Garden Center's doors are closed and locked. Had to go all the way through the store to get to the outdoor garden center and there is absolutely no one there but a plant vendor...now on my way to Lowe's where I do not have to haul all of my garden purchases through the store to check out and then back outside to the opposite side of the parking lot.

Handy and convenient. Generally well stocked. Returns are easy.To save extra trips to the store, you are encouraged to buy more than you think you will need. Simply return what was not used or needed.

Whoever was supposed to come to the key/door hardware section of the store to help customers today 04/29/2024 3:10-4:00pm needs to be fired. They called for customer service multiple times, I waited a long time, help never came as they kept asking over the intercom system for customer service rep to come help customers in that section, so I ended up leaving without getting any help what so ever even after I waited. There was a guy before me who was waiting 20 minutes longer than me. That's just ridiculous.

Ordered a hot water install and it has been nothing but a nightmare ! Prices are way to high, plumber installed things didn't need and still trying to get it all sorted out. Go else where !

Surprise! Not in stock again. Every galvanized nipple but 3", not one 3/4 emt coupling. Same story every day. Why? Because these are very commonly usef and no one can figure out to order more than one box at a time. Update. Here again. Guy in line next to me and cashier just walked away to chat with his friend while the guys waiting.

Rude service from employee. Belinda was very rude and when I asked if she could use a kinder tone she said everyone tells her that she comes off rude and that everyone is to sensitive and that I should stop being sensitive cause she isn’t changing her tone for anyone.Lucky we had someone else (Joe) come help us who was very nice and helpful.

They clearly don’t want to sell Christmas trees. We waited 30 minutes to try to find someone to help us. Everyone’s reply was “there should be someone there to help.” When I talked to the manager, Alex, he called for someone. But he didn’t even apologized for the wait, not even a smile. I remember when we were helped, they wrapped our tree, and the put it on our car.We got our tree finally wrapped and never got any help to put it on the tree. DONT GET A TREE HERE

I came in to home depot looking for a home tool kit. I couldn't find anyone in the tool department and had to hunt someone down. When i finally found someone I explained that I needed a home tool kit. I stated that I needed a auto tool kit. I stated again I need a home tool kit with screw drivers and such. I kept on trying to sale me a much more expensive auto tool kit. Then he said come back in a month we should have something by that time. Very disappointed by the visit. Definitely will be going to Lowes from now on.

Online inventory or isle location is never accurate at this store... 3rd time now. Said they had 76 window insulation items in stock I was needing...myself and 2 employees couldn't find them. Waste of my time driving there.

Bought a toolbox for the bed of truck. Nice lady worker asked a young guy (Cory) to give me a hand loading it into my my. He told her, "Can't you see I'm busy?" The lady was shocked, as was I. (He was putting away empty shopping carts).In the parking lot, as I was leaving, I told him that because of his poor customer service, I would do my shopping at Lowe's from now on, to which he replied, "I could care less where you go."

Absolute worst Home Depot in the metroplex if you’re a plumber. Every single time I go in for a common brass fitting they’re out of it, or just too lazy to get the overstock down. This was the last time I waste my time in this one.

An employee named Cevina didn’t like the way I placed my key on the key machine and said “You can find someone else to help you” and walked away. I spoke to a manager who said he’d talk to her but seemed mostly unbothered.Besides that experience, it’s always been a clean store with friendly staff.

Unbelievably strange experience. I needed a specific bolt and nut. There were 7 employees standing at the front of the store socializing, and they all said this other guy had to help me. This guy was helping a family make keys. I stood there listening to the young staff chit-chat amongst themselves for about 5-10 minutes waiting for the only guy who could help, and just left. There were lots of other customers in the store. I don’t understand why that many employees were allowed to just stand up front and gossip. Home Depot should fire the manager. I’ll drive a little farther to Lowe’s next time. I’m giving two stars instead of one because of my awesome experiences with the equipment rental guys on the east end of the store! They’re amazing, and have been for years.

A guy named Jim helped me in the plumbing department and a guy in the return exchange department named David help me and they were very helpful on the plumbing till two pictures didn't get a picture of Jim he used to be plumbing guy but I got a picture of David and he's the front returns desk

At the self checkout they treat you like a thief. Ruby harassed me and took 30 minutes of my time. I go to the self checkout because it's supposed to be faster. She went through my cart five times and was a complete and total nuisance. Then after all that wanted to double check my receipts and that was a big no. She had already wasted enough of my time. So she threatened to call the manager and I hope she did because she needs somebody to talk to her about this. I'm spending the company's money not my own I'm not going to steal anything. Apparently I'm not the only one they've done this too. I did read the other reviews and it's fairly common. Not only is it disrespectful randomly treating people like a thief but wasting their time...
