I've been bringing my pup Missy here since I rescued her in November of 22'. Since I've gotten her she's skittish around other people but every time I've brought her into the clinic the staff make her feel like she's the star. She loves them. From the moment you walk in the door the staff at the front desk welcome her with smiles and just talking to her. And then the care you get as they take you to the back and go over what your concerns are. They make sure to pay very close attention to your animals needs. They act accordingly. They use positive reinforcement such as talking with her and giving treats. The staff is very good with my Missy. Today I swore she wanted to take off with the very nice lady who I believe is new and I wish I got her name. So thank you to the staff who always make us feel welcome and make her comfortable.♥️ And then obviously the vet as well has always been helpful and always asks if you have any questions before you leave. It's always a smooth process. Thank you♥️

My pup got a skin infection and this office was great at getting us on the schedule and seen! GREAT STAFF! Explained everything that needed to happen and were upfront and clear on cost of the visit and medications. Highly recommend this office! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I brought my 14 year old cat in for an annual check-up and her rabies vaccination and everyone was so lovely and kind to us. You can tell that everyone here likes their job and the animals they encounter. All in all it was a great experience and we will be back!

THE BEST experience we have ever had at a vet clinic! We travel to Hawaii a lot (which requires a health certificates that are challenging for everyone involved). This entire team took such care in getting all the details right. They went above and beyond ensuring we were ready to go! But they also loved on my dog so much so that she barely showed she was nervous to be there. It’s no wonder “The Colony Animal Clinic” has been around the longest. The experience today speaks volumes as to why they’ve stood the test of time.

I have been going to Dr. Wild for the better part of 10 years now and she is certainly one of the best vets in the area. She is also, without a doubt, the foremost expert on corgis! The techs at the clinic are all extremely friendly, sweet, and will show your pet the love it deserves. I am so very grateful for everything the team here has done for my fur baby, Forbes.

The entire staff was nice from the moment I scheduled her appointment over the phone to her visit. They were so welcoming and treated my baby like a princess. As a new dog mom Dr. Vera answered all of my questions and provided me with some new puppy tips. They also gave me a new puppy kit with a bunch of resources and readings, poop bags, a leash, some treats and more. She was so calm in their care.

We took our recently adopted pup here to get spayed (the shelter referred us) about a week ago. When we scheduled, no additional fees were disclosed to us. After my dog was already out of surgery they called AND THEN told us about all of these ridiculous additional charges that added up to almost $200. We even had to pay for the cone with looked used and was secured with a flimsy piece of fabric.Our dog also came home with worms so we are now treating her for that.Everyone’s experience is obviously different but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. I don’t plan on taking my pup back. I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but I think people deserve to know the good and the bad especially when it comes to the care of your pets.

Did my dogs dental work here. I’ve recently become a client in the last year. I’m very pleased. My dog had his teeth cleaned, and he did just fine. I’m very grateful! The doctor is very good and the staff is very friendly! I like this place and recommend it!!

I love the vets and staff at the Colony Animal Clinic, they are all so friendly and seem to love my dogs as much as I do. I do not have a bad word to say about them - they are super quick to respond and follow up. Also, their facility is spotlessly clean. They have fun little ditties on their sign outside too, which always make me smile and their appt. reminder cards are really cute. Little things : but when my dogs are sick it means a lot to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this location for pet care. The staff and doctor were very kind. They helped solve the pain issue my dog was having and they are very considerate of your finances.

The staff here is friendly and all of the receptionists and techs are very kind and considerate, but the actual veterinarian is not capable. I've been bringing my diabetic cat in for some time now, and he frequently displayed a complete disregard for my cat's condition, ignoring concerns I'd bring up and just not listening to the things I would say, keeping poor/no records on treatment is he was unaware of the current dosage of insulin despite being the one who prescribed it, and I think most damning is that he recommended a follow up and when I called to schedule it he said no follow up was needed and advised me to just feed the cat more despite what he said earlier which then went on to actively worsen my cat's condition. I wish I could rate this place higher because of how kind and helpful everyone else has been, but when the actual veterinarian of a location shows a stubborn refusal to listen or understand, doesn't keep track of his own prescribed treatments, and neglects treatments in lieu of giving harmful medical advice then I cannot recommend anyone bring your pet here.

I started taking my dog to The Colony Animal Clinic a year ago and have had the best service. They are all super friendly and the vets make sure they explain everything they are doing. My Golden loves going and is not stressed out at all. I would highly recommend them.

I did not visit The Colony Animal Clinic and emerge happy. My dog unfortunately ended her life there.What was remarkable about the experience was the professionalism and kindness that my dog and I were given; the follow up, and clear communication offered throughout the process.I've been to many vets for my many animals over the years, and was left extremely impressed with Dr. Wild and her team. They are a class act, and I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my pets to The Colony Animal Clinic since at least 1985. All the staff have always been so loving and have handled them with care. All my pets saw Dr. Holt until he retired. My cat, Mr. Keo, is currently seeing Dr. Vera. I would highly recommend The Colony Animal Clinic if you are looking for someone ensure your pet is in good health or assist with any health issues.

I have taken my pets to The Colony Animal Clinic for years, but the new owner has really increased the prices. He charged me $195 for a six month supply of Revolution for my cat! I have subsequently found a source for the exact same medication on sale for $104 for twelve months! I'll find a new vet.

I was seeing Dr. Wild during the time we've lived here before, 2008-2011. I was so very impressed with her - no BS, no upsale of unnecessary treatments/Rx and most of all, she didn't treat me like a dummy.Now that we've moved back to the area, although I now live in Frisco, I'm back to seeing her again. Love her!

I absolutely love everyone at the clinic. They are friendly, caring and professional. We have used this clinic for our golden retriever and received excellent care. They really care about the animals and the pet parents. Also they are very affordable. The Colony Animal Clinic is the best! They’re always thorough with explanations and education when I go into the office and the office staff are always kind and considerate. My dog had neutral surgery and doing great now. Also I really love that I can make next day appointments and that the visits are extremely affordable. Both vets are kind and thorough!

I've taken my pets to The Colony Animal Clinic since I can remember and they've all seen Dr. Holt. Since he's retired, I've seen Dr. Vera and she is very caring. I've had 3 cats and 1 dog and they've had diabetes, cancer and allergies. When we've had to put them to sleep, the staff has been very compassionate and caring. The staff is always courteous and helpful when you call them on the phone. We currently have 1 cat and will continue to use the clinic. I'm still very pleased with their service and how thorough they are.

I recently became a dog mom for the first time and was super nervous. I called the colony animal clinic to schedule an appointment during these crazy times, and they were able to a schedule me quickly. I wasn’t able to go in for safety precautions but they communicated so well by coming to my car and letting me know my fur baby is healthy. Their prices are super affordable. So happy to have found such great people that love my fur baby!

What can I say about the Drs and staff at The Colony Animal Clinic? Over the last 35+ years they have helped our fur babies through all stages of their lives, through sickness and health. they have rejoiced with us and cried with us. We moved away from The Colony almost 15 years ago, yet we still drive over 30 miles each way so Dr Wild and team can take care of our "kids". I am sure there are great and competent vets we pass on the way, but we trust The Colony Animal Clinic... They are wonderful, caring and take an honest interest the lives of our "kids".

We got a puppy & the vet we had been going to didn't have a Puppy Plan, so I came across The Colony Animal Clinic and I am so glad I did. From the very first appointment, they were so loving, caring & personable. I immediately felt like we had been going there for years! It was night & day from the other vet, so we started bringing our cats there as well. The receptionists are so sweet & always happy to see you when you arrive. Our babies LOVE Dr. Vera and most of all, Katie. I think my dog might love Katie more than me! :) They are so knowledgeable and you can tell this is TRULY their passion. We have used The Colony Animal Clinic for more than10 years. Our dogs have always been treated well. The staff members are competent and courteous and have taken great care of our pets. During COVID you and your pet wait in your car, until someone comes to take your pet inside. You are able to communicate with the vet via your phone. Just took out senior dog in for some extra care and he received the need treatment in a timely manner. He is now much better.

They are warm and caring to both pet and pet parents, and they took exceptional care of my Scrumpy from the time she was about 5 when we moved to The Colony until she was 16 and had her second stroke. They have helped me above and beyond, I am thankful for them during my first heart worm experience. Very thorough and just amazing! Dr. Wild is so patient and very hands on. I love The Colony Animal Clinic, it's full of beautiful people. They answer any and all questions I may have, listen to every single concern I may have regarding my fur babies, and they treat my babies wonderfully. The fact that they listen so much when it comes to what I have to say about my babies, and how they take that into consideration regarding their plan of treatment means so much to me as I have had vets before who would ignore what I said and it was so upsetting as it also distressed my babies. That is never a concern with the beautiful people at The Colony Animal Clinic, they really are the best.

The Colony Animal Clinic has been an incredible experience for our family! We have two dogs and two cats and they take care of all four of our for babies.
