Great assortment of everything we needed from Scotch, Coffee Liqueur, Mixers and Snacks. They had knowledgeable associates on the floor to answer and assist us made our shopping experience very pleasant.

Came here this past Saturday 11/11/2023, I was in the store just to grab a few items for the weekend. I entered the store at 8:40pm. Now we all know that liquor stores close at 9pm in Texas. Nevertheless at 8:45pm there was an announcement over the Intercom by a young lady at the front by the registers with long black hair. Her announcement went as followed “Attention all Specs guest, our store closes at 9pm and we would like to close our registers on time tonight. With that being said THE TIME IS NOW 9PM meaning you should already be at the register checking out and if you are the customers we are referring to, then make your way to the front now.” Then began to laugh and attempted to make a second announcement as if the first one was funny. One of the other associates had to tell her that was not acceptable and apologize on her behalf. Keep in mind where I was at you can clearly see her rolling her neck and having an attitude. Again the time was only 8:45pm. And the portion saying that the time is now 9pm in all caps, I really wish I could make up the fact that she put emphasis on that portion, but alas I am not. As a Specs gold member, almost platinum you can imagine that I frequent that location quite often and spend easily $100+ each visit. This is totally unacceptable behavior. It really would have been worse on this locations behalf if I was a member from their corporate office or a mystery shopper. Shame on you for really thinking that was funny, when ultimately it was disrespectful all around. If I could give this location zero stars just based on this interaction I really would.

A massive selection of spirits at just about the lowest possible prices. Pay with cash or a debit card to save the most. Wouldn't recommend the non liquor offerings, they're incredibly overpriced.

Good Spec’s with better wine selection than some. This one has a deli that I swear is one of the best kept secrets. Super fresh, never crowded and friendly staff.

Bought a 12 pack of Lanshark, got home and got glass slivers in 2 fingers. Found 1 of the bottles broken, when I went back and said just replace the 1 broken the purple haired manager asked for receipt. Who keeps the receipt? Manager just shrugged and said ' you have to have the receipt for her to do anything ". Great customer service . Specs just lost me as a customer.. pretty poor response,

They actually had what I wanted. I was looking for two mixed whiskeys. One Peanut Butter and the other was a Peacan. I wanted to try them out because of the reviews ove gotten from a few whiskey bourbon connoisseurs. The price point was great the staff was super helpful for something I thought I would not be able to find. Come check it out!!!

Great customer service! The wine manager saw me looking hopelessly lost in the Cabernet section and asked how to help. I was looking for a Texas wine and didn’t realize they had a dedicated section, so he lead me over to the right place and then left me alone to peruse, but stayed near by in case I had questions. Left happy that I found what I was looking for!

Great selection and prices. The staff were respectful yet friendly and assisted with any questions. They are also quite knowledgeable of the products. I picked up a few bottles that are not readily available in rural east Texas (a bottle of Chilean Carmenere wine and a bottle of 43 - Spanish liquor). I was surprised to see the amount of choices there were for the liquor section, and although Carmenere is not the most popular of wines to sell, was glad they had a bottle from a respectable source.

Inventory does not match Door dash listings. Be careful if ordering online if approaching 8PM cut off time as stores close at 9PM.Great environment, great service. Mass selections.

This place has great selection for all kinds of alcohols. The staff is helpful and you can get everything you need for drinks or a picnic, including meals and cheeses. It's Texas-owned so you know you're supporting a local business. Prices are good for the items as well.

Manager was totally inconvenienced by request for delivery update. When driver proved unreliable, manager complained she'd have to go check to see if they returned my order. Cancelled my $100+ order without updating me the customer as requested. Bad customer service. Charged my card for an order I have yet to receive and discouraged me from picking up order when I offered. Yuck. Go somewhere else.

They have a good selection here, probably the best I've seen at a Spec's. The guy handing out trial shots of vodka was pretty cool too. Great customer service by everyone who works there also

It never fails, the ladies that work the cashier are extremely rude. I have never interacted with someone with good customer service. They are either on their phone or talking to each other. Personally it seems like they get annoyed when you are about to check out because I interrupted them. Poor customer service, although this location is convenient on my drive home I will go out of the way and stop somewhere else. Never again. FYI when someone speaks to you don’t say cash or card say HELLO!!!

Indian guy manager do lazy, no customer service, inventory says multiple and he doesn't have them and will not help to look at other stores. Called the other specs in plano and they helped no problem.

Wanted one of their mapel Pecan pies that are made with Crown Royal (delicious). Checked their site inventory and found they had 20 according to it. Went there and they had many, many more than 20. The Allen and Sache stores were sold out so it was a relief to find them. Went in for 1 $25 pie and came out after spending over $100, I really liked the wide selections available.

The store is well- organized, with a wide variety of liquor, wine and beer to choose from. I was impressed by the selection of rare and unique spirits, as well as affordable prices. Also I experienced very good customer service.

This place is great. Always clean. Selection on point. Large selection of anything and everything. Associates area always friendly. Long lines get knocked out quick. Recommend based on inventory, deli, take home fresh coffee beans. Freezer is always full. Large humidor. Even an instant bottle chiller in the wine isle. Had a 1.75 of Jager chilled and ready to go in less than 15 min.

The people here are very nice and kind most of them are there was one cashier that I had he just seen kind of standoffish and not really talking much... So the transaction as far as business goes was kind of strange
