Kroger's delivery service is the best thing since sliced bread. I've been using it for a couple of years now.But once in awhile I like to go the store just to check out the fresh produce and see the manager's specials.

Such a horrible experience, I avoid going here because the service is always really bad but today I experienced the rudest self check out attendant. I was told my ID photo didn’t look like me and called another person over to see , it was very clearly an outdated picture of mine from when I was younger. Will never shop here again.

‼️⛔️Be careful to BUY GIFT CARDS A THIS STORE⛔️‼️ I bought a $30 Macy’s card and this guy at the register gave a recipe that says it was not approved but they charged me the money. When my kid tried to uses it at the store the card was without funds. I went to this store on the next day to tell them what happened and they said they couldn’t do anything for me.My sister in law told me same thing happened to her a few weeks ago at this store. I don’t think is a coincidence, I think they’re keeping the activation ticket and with that you can call at the store and tell them you lost your card but you have prove of your receipt and they let you use it online.

The cashier is the rudest person I know. he never says hello or thank you things like that. I ask him for cigarettes. he ignore me and just continue my transaction. I said what about my cigarettes he was like you never ask for cigarettes. Very poor customer service from this young man. Will no longer shop here.

I’ve been using this Kroger for years and loved doing pick up there. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using them due to the lady at the customer service desk. I needed to return an unopened item and had my online receipt on my phone, the sticker from my order was still on the item and my Kroger number. The lady didn’t want to return the item because I didn’t print out a copy of my receipt prior to coming - I have never had a store require this before and could clearly prove my purchase. Some of her colleagues encourage her to have the money returned to my card but she refused because she didn’t have a paper receipt and gave me a merchandise credit card. I’ve never been treated like this and don’t care to return.

I understand the struggle companies are having with shortage of employees so it doesn’t bother me when I see a store that is short on select items especially common items. We have to understand that these employees come in to work and bust their tails off to make sure most things are out for customers to purchase and even reduce items when necessary. I’ve been shopping at this location for 3 years already and whenever I can’t find something I just ask an employee or manager to please double check to make sure is all that is needed because some items are truly not in stock or available at the time. As far as multiple registers being open for customers so they can shop and go if in a rush but the shortage on employees has to be understood as well and let’s just work together to find common ground and help one another out 👍🏼

This is my favorite regular Kroger. Great employees. Love the layout and it's always fresh, fully stocked and clean.Recent update: love doing my shopping here. Wish it was a marketplace one tho, those are hard to beat.

Hate the huge crowds at Walmart? Tired and don't want to walk a mile inside Target? Need to make a quick run for soda and eggplants? This is the place for you! Sure, it's a little small and not brand spanking new, but it has almost everything you need. Be nice to the staff. They work hard at a thankless job. Gerry, who works self check out, is one of my favorite human beings. Shop with the common man! Shop at this Kroger!

Store manager is a complete A-hole was there doing some work for the store and any time we asked him for help he would get mad and talk about how annoying it was and kept asking when the job was gonna be finished so we wouldn't bother him anymore all while speaking profanities towards me even heard him doing the same thing to a vendor when asking for paperwork or something dude honestly shouldn't have a job as a manager if he's gonna be that unprofessional and speak that way to people while on the job cause if he speaks to contractors and vendors that way he definitely does it to customers and employees as well doubt the right people will see this but if they do definitely need a new store manager. Ps if the break room and receiving bay is this nasty I would not want to buy anything from this store

I don't often go to this location, but I was glad I did today because I met Martin. He works in the deli, and he made the best rotisserie chicken for me. I didn't ask. He saw me looking for one and said he'd put some in the oven. He then went and found me at the other end of the store to make sure I got the chicken he'd made for us. He was so kind and helpful, and his chicken was amazing. I'll return to this location over the super Kroger near my home just for Martin.

Friday April 22 2022, at 4:30 in the afternoon I went into this location and to the service desk to do my business. Sign said closed! I ask the self check out clerk if anyone was able to help me, he said no! I said why is it closed on Friday this early in day? He said they are short handed. Ok I understand everyone is short handed and needs to hire like he said. So I ask for the stores manager as he was just walking around the store a few minutes ago as I saw him pass by. So the self check out clerk goes to the closed office door and a woman, not the store manager comes out and said look it’s closed. I said ok is there not a store manager that can run the front service counter , she and the self check out clerk both said he doesn’t know how to work the service desk and the things back there and there is no till. I said this is really bad management for one , isn’t a manger supposed to know how to run the entire store and train others also, and another thing the manger wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. Well after this I will be shopping with the competition. Never have I seen this even during Covid. Sad a manager can’t run their own store.

I am a loyal Kroger shopper- that said, the last several times I’ve shopped, the food is spoiled on the shelves. Avocado’s are 4 for $5 and when I got them home, all were rotten. Today, lettuce is sitting on shelves rotten. That’s just a few examples.

Normally I like this store, but today was very disappointing.Started off with fruit flies swarming the produce area (onions). I brought it to the mangers attention at which he just had a employee take a few of the onions off the display.That DIDN'T take care of the issue.When trying to check out there were no employees at the only checkout with the light on. After standing there a few minutes she came over and apologized because they were taking a store photo. She proceeded to scan everything (over $200) worth of items, but there was no sacker to bag anything. I asked the manager to let some of his employees come and bag the groceries instead of taking there pictures. After a few more minutes I asked again.I understand keeping up store morale, but not at the expense of sales.I do believe this manager needs to get some additional training before there isn't a store left to work at.

We always go Sunday mornings between 8 and 10. Their food and produce are great! They absolutely need to have more than two cashiers checking people out though which is their norm at this time. The self checkout SHOULD be for people with a few items as they aren’t big enough to do an entire basket of groceries effectively.

Despite the fact they have many placards for you to take up to the register for baby formula, they actually don't have hardly any. Extremely disappointed. I don't understand why they would make something appear to be in stock that wasn't. I asked the customer service person why they would have these out if they didn't haven't stock and her answer was for the times that it is in stock. Then she had the nerve to say we have a baby formula shortage, like it's not all over the news and I already don't know this. I will not be going to this Kroger again.

This one is nice. A smaller location. Parking is always available, however usually a cluster of nonsense. I prefer the larger Kroger to get sushi. This one does not have any. But a decent spot to get quick necessary items. Just be warned. Parking lot is sometimes not worth it.

Y'all really should consider lowering your prices considering you make customers check out and bag their own groceries. I just checked out a $300;cart of food and had to put up with an attitude from your shelf check lady as she had to keep coming over to mess with the screen. It isn't the customers fault you guys don't have employees to check us out.You guys really have gone down hill. I think I'll just drive an extra few minutes to Market Street and get service since I'm paying the same with you.

Very well kept store. Always friendly and helpful and so easy to get in and out. This is the only Kroger that I have ever been in that the employees seem to live their job. My only complaint is that recently at night only the self checkout is available. I feel bad because they had some really nice folks working the register and bagging and now you are forced to do it yourself. But I guess that's every store nowadays.

I love the new upgrade to the store. Things have been moved around, but I think once we become familiar with the new setup, everything will be great. I love my local neighborhood Kroger. Thanks to all the awesome employees there.

For one of thier oldest stores. I still shop here for the convenience since its right near the house and alot easier to get in and out of then the big new store at Castle Hills. Staff is friendly and try to go the extra mile in customer service since they know their are newer bigger stores not far away. Wish they had the room for some of the bigger sets, but they do the best they can with what they have. Hollis, one of the Managers at this location is especially good at keeping the customers happy. He is great at his job.

I would give no stars if possible. I’ve always preferred shopping at Kroger compared to Walmart, but now I will change my mind. I’ve experienced multiple overcharging issues in the past 5 years I’ve been here, and only once was I given my money back. There’s been a wide range of excuses, such as not having my shoppers card (which I have), not purchasing during the mega sales period (which I was), or being gaslighted that my memory was incorrect (I have very particular shopping habits so I remember the prices). I would advice anyone who shops here to make sure to take pictures of the price tag and calculate your total before checking out. It’s something I wasn’t in the habit of doing because I assumed fair and open pricing here, even if there was an overcharge. However, the overcharge incidents have happened too frequently and were not dealt with accordingly for me to have that trust in Kroger anymore.It’s really a shame, because most of the staff have been very kind and made my shopping experience very pleasant, yet the rudeness and gaslighting when I tried to ask for a reimbursement was disappointing.Edit: I'm so angry I don't even have the words to write a proper review. It wasn't even about the overpaying that made me angry, just the way I was treated and how these overcharges happen over and over again and me having to take valuable time out of my day from the store's errors. It's a very frustrating experience so I highly encourage all shoppers to either go to another Kroger or take pictures of the tag before you check out.

Clean, well stocked on sale items. Staff are aware, if customer seem unable to find an item or need assistance with something out of reach, when to offer fazst-friendly advice or help for the customer along with the Manager (what a nice conceptual difference).🤗 This is how shopping should be felt by we, the consumer. Thank you for setting the pace for other markets. ☺
