My gf showed up at 9:59 pm on a Friday to get some balloons for my daughters birthday and they were locking up. She made the "please" signal to the employees, they let her in to purchase some balloons. That will make my daughter happy. Thanks guys 👍🏻

This is a dollar store and apps 95% items are $1 . They have started to keep items $1 and more and they are individually polices. If no piece is displayed they are $1. Inside of the shop is very clean and newly built construction. The shop remains moderately crowded during 11am.

Really great place to go and pick up some items for the house. Great selection of candy, seasonal items, soap, cleaning supplies and food. Really clean and plenty of parking up front.

1) it’s 11:17 on Sunday and the doors are locked I’ve seen at least 15 ppl trying to go in. I think there is even a worker who is stilling in his car, not sure if maybe he himself can’t get in but it’s ridiculous. It says y’all are open and even the lights are on inside? even on the door there isn’t a time list either.*****************2) Wow a year later and I still can’t stand this store! On google it clearly states they are open till 10 and I get there and they are closed! At least update your times so ppl aren’t wasting their time!

Wish they could keep the Protein shakes in stock, LOL, I may look at the online order option... I have a Favorite cashier that bags Unbelievably GREAT, but she wasn't there. That's my only complaint !!

I have been to other Dollar Tree stores in the area and have not been the most cleanest.I was surprised on how organized and cleaned it was. I know there were some items that were out of stock but it has been like that in other stores.They had enough employees for every register. Which, was nice to see. For being Sunday, it was well staffed.

There was a kind lady named Linda at least I saw it on the name tag who explain what kindness was really about. I was in a situation where I thought I lost my debit card and I wanted to buy something. I kind costumers offered to pay off what I wanted to buy and I didnt want to feel guilty or get used it. But then I realize I left my card behind my license and went back to get the item. This place is full of generosity!!!

Usually has everything I need. Giving 1 star because online says it’s open at 8 am on Sundays. That’s a lie. It’s 930 am and the doors are still locked! Waste of time driving here and I don’t live close. Don’t know when it will open.Edit: it’s now 10 am, I’ve watched 10 ppl walk up to the door, attempt to open it, look for store hours which are not posted on the doors and drive off. This isn’t right. Dollar tree, fix the hours online and have the hours posted. This is ridiculous

Dollar Tree is Dollar Tree but I will say the one in McKinney Texas off of Lake Forest is by far the cleanest and most organized that I have ever seen.

They change their opening time at 12pm, but still 8am in the google map. I went there around 11:57. Besides me, there were three ladies waiting outside. It was very cold and windy. I saw people inside and they knew people waiting outside. They just ignored people outside. Nice job!! I gave one star because there is no zero or minus star.

Store was very and ladies are always friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed this time as we all know products were late due to Covid. I bought everything to make a creepy skeleton wreath with eyeballs spiders and webbing for my best friend who loves Halloween! Thank you Dollar Tree for having it All!

Sign said open at 10am day after Christmas. 6 of us were waiting outside at 10:10 am. Including an employee who was supposed to start work at 10 am. Lights were on in the store. No one around. Left at 10:15 am. Still not opened. I counted at least 7 people who came a went when they were supposed to be opened. Pretty sure the Employee left too as they could not get in.

This used to be a fantastic dollar tree, but it has slipped in the last two years - empty shelves, unpacked boxes in aisles every time I go. Now I drive 30 min away to a different one after each hopeful visit to this one 😔

The managers there at the store were absolutely amazing! I came in looking for a specific green fake plant and they went into the back brought me up three boxes and helped me out the whole entire time. 100% the best experience I’ve had at a dollar tree, I even called my girlfriend to tell her that even though it was a 20 minute drive we were only going to go to that dollar tree!

Hey Dollar 🌳. I'm giving a 1 star because like some other reviews have stated and obviously ignored.I saw 8 people attempt to enter your locked store between 1145 and 1215. Myself included.It's NOT THAT HARD to EDIT your hours on YOUR GOOGLE BUSINESS listing.Rather then a paper in the window that keeps changing operating hours.Thanks.....

Staff puts out a lot of effort to keep aisles straight and organized. Markers on the floor and plexi shield for cashier to encourage social distancing. Can't always find what I want but still find stuff to buy. Great prices on snacks, candy, party stuff, greeting cards and kitchen tools plus lots more. Employees not super friendly but efficient.

First and last time in this store, lost my business I'll go to Lewisville. Who's ever heard of not being able to exchange something without a receipt since they don't give refunds, lady was rude. Had a consultation with a ruse customer in the parking lot, never again, Lewisville is jist as close.

Closed today on a friday! Location is very slow putting up fall/halloween stuff while other stores already have their stuff out. Staff are friendly so be patience! Better call ahead of time! Js.

Just by my 2 visits, they have almost everything I need. Obviously most of it is just a $1. For certain items the quality exceeds the expectation of a cheap price. For example I bought my kid a cheap Star Wars water bottle and sandwich holder; and has been very durable. Of course certain prices you get what you pay for like off brand toys. At the register both times the staff has been kind, so that's a plus.

This store needs HELP!! I've seen the same lady from open to close daily. She looks frazzled to say the least! Even seen her unloading big trucks alone while supposedly Corporate ppl were there, standing around laughing & talking. A Billion dollar company should be ASHAMED! 😠🤑🤑🤨

My ditsy self kept wandering with headphones in as they were closing. One of the beautiful women at the store was so sweet to me. I know being somewhere past closing time is so annoying. She only said "have a beautiful night" Great to know where the good ones are. Rare these days

YOU GET 2 STARS. WHEN YOUNG FOLKS DON'T WANNA WORK FOR 8 BUCKS AN HOUR AND A SENIOR SHOWS UP. GET HER A FREAKING CHAIR TO SIT ON SHE IS OLD! Or she want be able to work standing for 4 to 6 hours straight. Please take better care of ours seniors corporations.!!!!!!!
