Wow, all I can say is the experience was the great 10 out of 10 highly recommend Marcia and her team were very very nice. This was my first time bringing my puppy there who is about 10 months and he’s very busy. However when I dropped him off, I felt a sense of peace that he was in the right hands. She was very attentive, and caring not just for me but for him, she also provided me with plenty options and resources Being a new puppy owner. my dogs cut is extremely cute. He’s not too low he didn’t seem like he was in pain. He came out happier than ever. I would definitely be back making this my new groomer. If you’re looking , don’t look further she truly loves what she does

These ladies did such an amazing job with my pup and made us feel like family. I am beyond grateful for their patience with her. I wish I’d known about this place a long time ago but everything happens in due time and now we’ve found our forever grooming salon! The prices are also quite reasonable. They get a 10 star from me!!! Highly recommend.

Finally a place that’s down to earth, professional and you can just tell the staff loves animals! I love bringing my Pom here she always comes out looking perfect and happy. So I know she’s getting all the love and attention. Highly recommend.

I just recently moved in the area & needed a new salon for my boy & I’m so happy I came across Diggidy Dog! We’ve been about 3 times already and it’s always an amazing experience! The staff are always so friendly, attentive, kind & always make sure you leave satisfied with the results of your dogs groom. I hate to give somewhere a one-star, but I have to this time. I brought my dog to Diggity Dog a total of 3 times. The first time was great- they were super kind and got my dog in for a last minute appt. The second time, I arrived to pick up my dog (Bichon Frise) and learned that they clipped the back of my dog’s ear causing him to bleed. I get it, accidents happen. However the 3rd time, I pick up my dog to find that they tried to cut his ears short again (not a Bichon cut) and caused the inside of his ears to be blistering red. I took him to the vet a couple days later because his ears were continuously bugging him and found that he has ear infections in BOTH ears. It breaks my heart to see my dog in pain and having it be caused by such careless mistakes. He has now been itching like crazy for 2 WEEKS!! Do better.

First experience with this groomer for my two puppers.Great experience. Super friendly and took care of everything. Both of my dogs feet have never been taken care of fully as this groomer did.I am fully making the switch after this visit. I've had issues with other groomers in the past in doing the basics correctly. (Actually trimming the nails, bottom fur pads, dewclaws (my younger pup has 4, not 2, and the last groomer skipped over it several times.)A little bit more out of the way for me, but good service for a happy pup? Done deal.

Diggidy Dog is the absolute BEST! They take care of my fur baby like she is their own! They listen to EVERY single direction you give them, love on your baby, then give them back fresh and stylin a new cut! They have so many different packages to choose from and for the quality you get, the pricing is accurate! I believe we will continue here even if I move from The Colony!

Very disappointed with our recent visit. We have been a customer for a few years but today they cut my mini schnauzer's hair short all over. She has always had a traditional schnauzer cut with a skirt. They told my husband that her hair was matted and they had no choice. BS.. she was brushed this morning after her walk, she was not matted. If that was the case they should have called us before ruining her haircut! We would have picked her up and went elsewhere.Update, the owner Colleen called my husband after he complained. Her employee lied to her stating that she informed us at drop off our pup was very matted and might need to be shaved. And she says there is a note in the account that they had to shave her in the past. that is absolutely not true!!

Came here for a nail grind for the first time today. Called and was welcomed to come in right away. Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Julia was very sweet, gentle, and patient with my anxious Chihuahua. Constantly reassuring her throughout the service. I would definitely recommend Diggidy Dog!

This grooming company has always had good service and then they need his shoot records which they have always taken my dog until today I don’t know why ? Do t understand. And they give me a price I pay 70 every time now they charged me 20 more this time now good on there word

I send my Goldendoodle here on a consistent schedule and they are great to work with! She comes back adorable and smelling clean after each visit. I highly recommend them!
