The service at Aquarium Headquarters is outstanding. Kirk, the owner, is personally involved in the business and he is always accessible. Nice to see an owner that is so hands on. His staff, Austin, Patrick and Carlos are wonderful. Professional and efficient.Just upgraded my fish tank and it is beautiful!! Kirk and his team installed the tank and it was seamless. So glad I found them to take good care of my fish!

I love this company! They have the best service in our community. We have a monthly service, and Kirk and staff are popping in throughout the month, just to check and make sure our tanks are staying clean and healthy. We have 2 tanks in our memory care community that have been beautifully transformed by AH, and each month the scenery is changed. They are very respectful of our residents and come at times that are convenient for us. I would highly recommend!! We purchased a fish tank for our son and decided we wanted someone to help us maintain it as we do not have experience with tanks. I called the company and spoke with the owner Kirk. Very friendly and very knowledgeable . They came out the very next day and set up our tank. After 3 years of fighting with algae and countless hours of fighting to keep the tank clean, I finally couldn’t take it anymore (especially since my fish were getting sick). So I called with an emergency and they were very thorough. Before coming out on weekend rates, he had me send pictures of my fish and the tank environment to make sure it couldn’t wait until Monday during regular business hours. They showed up within 2 hours, replaced our filtration system, and had the tank clearer than it has been in 3 years within the hour. I could not be any happier with the service! For the first time ever, in our 30 years of having fish, we have hired the company to completely take over the care and maintenance! I feel like an incredible weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I couldn’t be more excited!

He is dedicated to his customers, very friendly and takes pride in his work. Kirk and his team provide excellent customer service. We can contact Kirk day or night 7 days a week and he is always available to address any of our questions or concerns. We are happy with the weekly service we have received over the past 7 years.

The most professional and thorough company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My husbands hobby was his fish tanks. I lost my husband to Covid 4 days before Christmas. I had no idea how to keep his hard work with his beloved fish tanks going. I called and these showed up ready to work and ease my worries. They went above and beyond and explained everything in laments terms so I would know what to do! So incredibly thankful for these guys and the owner who provides such personalized service.

I have a 260 gallon saltwater tank with fish and corals. Some I paid a very handsome penny for. Spoke with the establishment and they came out to access and consult on my tank’s condition. Since the pandemic my tank hasn’t had professional service, so it was definitely lacking the proper care and maintenance. Austin and Connor showed up at the exact time they scheduled in their company uniforms. Both were very professional and very knowledgeable on my tank. I had tons of questions and they answered them all. After they were finished I couldn’t believe my eyes. My tank was pristine. My water was super sparkly. I could swear my fish were smiling again, especially my porcupine puffer. ( lol ) My corals were opened and beautiful. I am so impressed with the service. The maintenance team is excellent and I couldn't be happier. I get very attached to my fish and always worry about everything being perfect. Very friendly and trustworthy! Kirk has a lot of expertise and was able to help me with my aquaponics tank where my fish were dying. He advised on everything from types of fish to proper feeding and the correct way to acclimate new species. He said to contact him anytime for follow-up consulting. My tank now looks great and the fish are alive! We're getting lots of compliments on it from customers visiting our office. It's no surprise he used to manage the Sea World tanks - very experienced!

Please check out this great place!The staff are great, and Kirk always makes sure we are taken care of. We have a technician come out monthly to our office, and they are always very professional and quick.We also had the aquarium light go out a couple of months ago, and Kirk was great in providing and informing us on the different options for a replacement.

I purchased a Large turtle tank and stand from Kirk at Aquarium Headquarters and he has been very attentive to making sure all my expectations are met. They worked a miracle in just an hour! Wow! They took my fish out (because my youngest put food coloring in, and I tried to clean it and change the water 5 separate times), changed my water, cleaned my gravel, put in ph balanced water specifically for fish health, rearrange my tank, added plants, put my fish back in, and left me with food and 5 gallons of their specialty water for the month. That doesn't even include their superb communication and customer service! Simply the best call I could have made.P.s. My husband was on the fence but after they came, did a great job, and were so nice; he quickly agreed to using their service long-term!

AH knows what they are doing. They turned my tanks around 200% from previous fish people. Fish are happy, coral has taken off like crazy in salt water and freshwater is as healthy and beautiful as it could.
