(Be careful sending your kids in and make sure you count your change! They blame the "coin shortage" but you can see have plenty in the register - they seem to just hope you won't notice.)I love the staff at this Dollar Tree. They are always so kind and friendly. However, they tend to be understaffed and sometimes it's a long wait in line which isn't worth it if you're just stopping in for one or two items.This is my favorite Dollar Tree to shop at though. I love their wide variety of seasonal decorations, cards (sometimes they're 2 for $1 or .50 a piece), craft items, and kitchen items.

I usually go to this store just to see what I find. I give them a 5 star because the bulbs I bought actually grew and bloomed beautifully very please with the product.

Out of a lot of stuff. Plus when something awesome comes in they sell out...of course but never restock that item. For example 3 different storage containers showed up at one point I. Time and cannot find them again at all.

A good updated location. Lines can get long but still faster than walmart any day of the week. Great cleaning products, seasonal in stock fast and full, and food products in good date range. Staff is nice and overworked so be kind.

This Dollar Tree location is great. Visited a few times in the past 3 or so months. Each time, I noticed that everything is neatly stocked and that the employees are very helpful and friendly. Have to give them their due credit.

If it would be possible of give 0 stsr i will. The store is great but the service is poor. I wait almos 17 minutes to buy one bag of snikiddy buffalo baked fries. If only yall will get more cashiers this store would be the best one..

The Texas City Dollar Tree needs to stock up regularly or, whatever the case may be. They have a larger store now and need more products. The whole wheat bread is never enough. I'm a regular shopper in that store and the whole wheat bread is always out of Stock. Not to mention other things.

Had to wait in line behind 10 people. Finally the cashier called for help 15 minutes later. Also, the a.c. was out and it was hot as all hell in there. Signs posted at rhe register "need 1's and 5's" like really? Does the manager not do bank runs?

Was going to spend $68 in Christmas decorations in there but they had no bags expected me to carry out by hand baskets can't leave building and I asked if he could just give me a trash bag to carry my stuff out in he said no so I had him refund everything for a lack of customer service and common sense

The store is maintained pretty well overall. Definitely need to open up an additional register though. Every time I’m in there I have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes minimum.

This was my last day going there. I asked the manager if they had any purple balloons ? She said no mam so I decided to walk over there and boom ! I see purple ballons! One cashier when it's 2 people in the store! The manager came back to help her and I said hey look purple balloons ahd she said no u said light purple and I said no I said purple she basically tried to argue me down ! So after today they lost my business !

Needs more stockers the more products you have out the more sales and your cashier can concentrate on customers. While waiting in line to check out I watched 5 people walk out.

The new manager in training needs to step it up....They had to page him multiple times to come up to the cash register in order to take care of a minor refund for a gentleman that would not move until he got his dollar back.

Holy Mole, I bought a lot of stuff that I didn't know I need because it was cheap. 😱😂 It saved me a trip to the supermarket and it was for sure cheaper.
