I always get great customer service here. I’m not sure why everyone is griping on here. From what I see while I am in line; the problem is usually the customer. Thank you guys for always being efficient, professional, and courteous when picking up my prescription!

If I could give you negative stars I would. Positively hateful pharmacists. Who raised her voice at me over the price of my prescription. Assuming that I wouldn't pay for it. Then flat out told me she would not order it. But yet they didn't bother calling me to let me know they didn't have it and would not order it. Blows my mind how nasty she was. How do you still have a job?

Pharmacy is so hateful! They talk to you any type of way and then get mad you talk to them that way! Just hangs up when you speak! DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION HERE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will receive a call my prescription is ready and when I call, they confirm it’s not yet ready that it will be in an hour and when I arrive it’s always an issue. Last month it took over a week to fill, was NOT back ordered just a very lazy staff. The evening techs seem way more competent than the Hispanic woman working usually. She’ll argue when it’s clear as day my prescription has been sitting there for extra days just to give them time. Both of my parents are pharmacy technicians, have been since 1998 and 2002, so I know what goes into the job and what doesn’t. If you can see that the script isn’t filled and YOU can’t fill it, let a pharmacist know!!! Noo, they will just tell you “it’ll be ready in an hour” to death, then blame it on the previous shift or just lie and say a time and that won’t be the case. It’s weird! Completely unprofessional. I wish I could have kept a more detailed account on each incident but I’m completely over this pharmacy. I use to get it filled at la marque CVS Pharmacy, but I would receive EMPTY capsules of a narcotic and that was concerning so I switched to Texas city and every single month it’s a headache with them too. When I asked for a number just to make a complaint they told me to check the website. So a formal complaint was made too. I asked them to write down the days to pick up each script just so I can show them they’re always giving out different /inconsistent information and they said no.

If I could give 0 stars I would came in to get daughters prescription told me they didn’t have it in stock & told me “I NEED TO CALL OTHER PHARMACY” to verify if they had it in stock when they had already messaged me that it was in stock but when I arrive they’re out of stock I got out my way to call other pharmacy which they had it. To wait 30 minutes in the store for it to be transferred to the CVS store which staff told me it would be that way. Ask if it’s in the store already for them to say I have to go to the other pharmacy. Not trained properly & day things that aren’t true. As I’m leaving I hear another mom with the same problem as I just had.

I just left this store. My son and I stopped here to see what they had in terms of Christmas items. The staff was all super kind and helpful. When one cashier stepped away for a minute, another employee went and stepped in her place in case we were ready instead of us having to wait. They had a few christmas buy one get half off sales so we grabbed a couple things. I wish they had more in terms of Christmas stuff but I'm still thankful for what I got and the great customer service!

A bit pricey but staff here is helpful and funny. The two African American women were never too busy and helped me (the machine called for help about 5 times), with a smile on their faces. I was having a bad day but not after I left CVS. Thanks Queens!

if i could give them no stars i would. i received a call at 4pm stating my medication was ready. I went to pick it up and they had not filled it yet so i returned home, ended up having 4 seizures and couldn't make it out of bed until the next morning. when my relatives went to pick up me medicine explaining the circumstances they had them wait until 7pm! saying that it had not been filled yet. these medications and seizures are life threatening and each one could lead to my death. thanks CVS for your caring attitudes!

This pharmacy does not care about patients. A prescription was called in for my epileptic dog on an emergency basis, since we had travelled without his medication accidentally. When we got there to pick it up they said it was not available in the size prescribed. The veterinarian got on the phone with the pharmacist to prescribe a different size of the same medication. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because by then it was after hours by 2 minutes. Nice. Now my dog will have a seizure. That's really quality customer care.

I’m not sure about the actual pharmacy as I don’t have scripts filled here. My review is solely regarding the store. The coupon machine has been broken for several months now. When I go to do my weekly run, it’s rare they have in stock what I need. I also had a run-in where a small item was not placed in my bag (it was a fiasco to get because it wasn’t even in the computer so I assume in that, it got left out), and they refused to give me my money back. They were extremely rude about it when I called. Customer service goes a long way. I worked in retail for many years, starting at age 15. I’m a loyal CVS customer but, after today, have decided I’ll be going to a different location.

I seldom use the pharmacy pick-up. I go thru if there is no line and I am in a hurry or it's raining. They send me a text message to let me know when my scripts are ready. I enjoy utilizing their coupons. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, helpful and patient. CVS has a variety of retail items including greeting cards, school supplies , cosmetics,etc.

If I could give them zero stars I would so just that!!! That lied on my Dr. completely blaming him for my medication not being ready and needing an authorization.... My Dr. responds to emails with in the hour... not to mention I have lupus and this medicine was needed for that... after Alyssa became rude I called back to speak to the pharmacist and his behind was just as rude!!! They will never get my business and God forbid if your dr calls in more than one pain medication think you're a junky!!!

After using CVS in Texas City for more than 5 years for my medication needs, and even after they were dropped from my insurance as a preferred pharmacy, I am changing to Walgreens due to a complete lack of customer service. I find the techs, as well as the pharmacist to be at a minimum unhelpful and bordering on condescending and just plain rude. You always have a choice where to patronize and spend your income, so, in my humble opinion, you should choose to spend it in a place that actually seems to want your business.

The ladies at pharmacy is not into customer service at all. I went there today to find Theravent and I said hello to this young lady that had her back to me ,she did not even look back and said she would be right there with me. I just have a question ,but she never look at me and continuing working . I left and i will not go back. Better go Walgreen them, since CVS does not care about their customers. Maybe her price gun will pay her bills.

I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line for my covid test for 30 minutes. The appointment was for 25 mins ago. There were no signs to indicate where to go, and the line has moved only 2 cars in that time. I called to make sure this was what I needed to do. It took me about 5 minutes and repeated calls to get in touch with an actual person. I opted for CVS under the assumption it would be quick and convenient. Neither of those is true.

I came to cvs to get my COVID test that i had an appointment in 20 mins. There are no sign indicating where the line begins. I asked a store employee where the line was and was told to get in the pharmacy drive thru line. So here I am waiting..

Terrible pharmacy! This store will refill meds that are NOT on auto refill! When you actually need the refill, you don't have a refill left because they decided to fill the script a month ago without permission or bothering to let let you know. Will be moving to Kroger pharmacy!

The counter staff is always pleasant, helpful and they recognize you as a customer. The pharmacist is very professional and always available to answer questions. Our experience here is always a good one.

This CVS STEALS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES!They marked my medication that Ive been taking for several years as dispensed even though it was NOT!Other customers of this store: BEWARE OF THEM STEALING YOUR MEDICATIONS!!!!!Always ask for your PMP report (prescription monitoring program which shows all scheduled meds dispensed) so YOU CAN CATCH SHIRIEN M ZAID IF SHE STEALS YOUR MEDICINE!!!

Went in to get a passport photo for the special they were running $2 off your passport photo. The cashier said let me see if I can find the camera last time I couldn’t find it, and glanced around for a few seconds and said nope can’t find it sorry. Didn’t ask anyone else working there either.

I was just at CVS on Palmer.its 10:12, Walking around looking for dive things and the red headed lady who worked there cane and said, are you paying with cash or carc? When I told her cash she said uh-uh card only only . We close at midnightAnd walked away!

Iv been on hold for 55 minutes without a single person picking up. Calling corporate tommorrow! Also I'v had some very rude pharmacy employees.Im still on hold just so I can tell corporate how incompetent & lazy the employees are.

Took over 3 hours for my antibiotics to be filled,you would think it wouldn't take so long and they knew I'm 8 months pregnant.After calling over 5 times the last time I called she still told me it would take over 20 minutes very rude like.HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THE ONE IN SANTA FE AS THEY ARE THE BEST.

It is a fat guy inside working at a counter, smells so bad. Please for cry out loud management do something. It happens twice. His body odor is so heavy it makes me just throw up.
