Two customers in the entire store, and the two employees would not stop talking long enough to check me out. I was very close to walking out with my product.. after I started looking at the clock 12 to 13 minutes of them chatting in the middle of the store one of them finally come and check me out. And I know that they definitely saw me walked up to the register.

I would like to let everyone know that I was trying to locate a Notary, thought I had seen it advertised in the camera dept at walgreens a couple of years ago so I reluctantly decided to call. Honestly did not figure I would get an answer by phone however the lady who answered the call, TIARA, proved me wrong! She told me they did not have a Notary, I asked was she sure because I thought I saw a sign in the camera department, she said maybe she was wrong and offered to transfer me to that department. No one answered by 4 rings so TIARA came back on the line and said she contacted her manager to make sure she told me correctly and she let me know she was sorry but they for sure do not have a Notary. It's not everyday an employee goes out of their way to help and she was not only helpful and friendly, I could see her smile through her voice! Just wanted to let Walgreens on Richmond Road know I received exceptional service from their employee TIARA today!!!

There are a couple of really sweet girls at the counter in the pharmacy but other than those two girls (don't remember their names) the others are very rude and dismissive of their customer's needs. They showed no concern at all that I have been waiting on them to fill my meds that were called in days ago. I have called daily explaining when I would run out of meds and my concerns about it, they did not seem to care at all that I have now had 5 missed doses of my medications and they still do not have them filled. After explaining this to them, they still show no urgency at all in filling my medications. It is really frustrating that they bluntly show you that they simply do not care.

I would like to make a shout out to Latejana and another girl, she's new ..can't remember her name but these 2 girls are an asset to your company! They are the reason I come here. They are very sweet and helpful! They are such a blessing!!

They don’t ever receive prescriptions on the first send. And if they’re sent in the afternoon they’re closed before they get it ready… Walgreens used to be a 24 hour pharmacy, that is no longer. Thank the Lord for other pharmacies. I will no longer use Walgreens anywhere in Texarkana.

My 5 star review is for 1 pharmacy tech, Tracey Dixon. She is by far, the most outstanding, caring employee they have. We have had several problems with my parents medications in recent weeks, and she finds and fixes the problem before we even receive the medications. Whether the problem is insurance related, physician related or pharmacy related, she is quick to spot it and fixes it promptly. She has a memory like I've never seen. She remembers all our medications and the milligrams and always makes sure we are well taken care of. She is a major asset to this pharmacy. We don't even like to order refills or pick up if she is not working. Thank you Tracey for your outstanding work ethic and incredibly amazing customer service. My entire family appreciates you so much!

Worst customer service ever. The girl at the window was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She had an attitude from the start. I couldn’t get her to understand the information I gave her. I was frustrated and asked for my prescription back and she threw it at me and my insurance card. Will never do business with CVS on Richmond road again.

The most poorly staffed pharmacy I have ever seen. Each time I have gone to pick up a prescription here there was 1 technician checking out customers, working both the inside line and drive thru, even though there were multiple customers in line at both. It should not take me 45 minutes of standing in line to pick up 1 medication.Update #1 9/9/2016... Still just one tech working the checkout, during lunch hour on a Friday. There are 4 cars in the drive through and 5 customers lined up inside.Update #2 4/7/17... It's 5:20pm on a Friday. There's a huge line inside and many in the drive through, but still only 1 technician helping customers

This is the first review that I have ever written in all of my experience with google.I took my prescription to have it filled on Wed and said i would be by the next day to pick it up. I gave them an additional day to fill it so I stopped by on Friday to pick it up. I sat in the waiting area watching them try to start filling it. They hadn't even looked at it. Then they come out and tell me they don't even have it that they would have to order it then asked me if i wanted to order it and that it would be here on Monday, so i said order it. Monday evening I called and talked to the manager about the situation and she said she checked on it that it was here they were just waiting for insurance approval. I said i would be in on Tuesday to pick it up and they didn't even have it and said it might be on the truck for today.This is the most incompetent pharmacy that i have ever used. I would have never dreamed that I would be complaining about a pharmacy in my life. When i did complain at the counter the pharmacist was back there grinning. They must get off jacking there customers around. From now on i go elsewhere.

The staff at Walgreens is overworked and it is tough to watch them work as hard as they do. I love Christine and the pharmacy gang as they always go out of their way to take care of me.

5 cars, 3 in one lane 2 in the other. Wait i think a 6th just pulled up. I think they wait to fill until your at the window. Recommendation, ask the car to pull around if your filling so as to not upset patients waiting. It's called a drive thru for a reason.... there should be more then 1 tech up front at this hour. Or the pharmacists should be helping, not on their phone. I'm assuming that last part. Can't see the pharmacists anywhere.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes yesterday, the pharmacy department sold me the lowest grade glucose tester they have... so when I tried to test my sugar today it didn't work, I went back to buy another one, I tried to ask this pregnant woman in the pharmacy for help.... we'll I guess her talking on the phone and playing on her cell phone was more important... when she finally decided to get her fat ass up she refused to show me how to use the meter because she didn't want to open the box! I explained to her I needed to check my sugar now she didn't give a damn! She needs to go home have that baby and find a new job! She needs to be fired!!!! I will make this my life's mission to see to it she is fired!!!!

I had a prescription filled here. I do not have insurance so Andrea recommended I download good rx app on my phone so I could get a discount. She was very nice and pretty too. Thanks Andrea and the other ladies behind the counter :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE. GO TO CVS ACROSS THE STREET! COMPLAINED TO MANAGER AND WAS TOLD "I CAN'T BE BACK THERE ALL THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY DO EVERY LITTLE THING." Employee walked by us twice, looked at us but refused to acknowledge us in anyway. The man who finally gave us our RX is a long time employee and has always been super rude!!!! Will never do business here again. Have complained to Corp. And never been acknowledged about complaints and problem has never been fixed.

I really like the service and the staff. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. But, they are very slow at waiting on people at the drive through and inside. They need more staff. Part of the convenience of a drive through is quick service which does not happen at this location.

Walked up to the photolab listening to the employees make snide comments about the pictures, which... happen to be my daughters...Print quality was by far the worst I've ever seen...I'm a photographer and work on calibrated monitors.. I never go to these types off places for printing but it was a last minute thing, shame on the employees, shame on Walgreens for the worst colors ever to see prints, ESPECIALLY for the price of the prints...Finally shame on me for even considering a pharmacy for prints...

I've drove all the way there to be told to drive around and my medicine would be filled only to find out they were out! They have given me the wrong amount of medicine on several occasions. I will NOT be using them anymore!
