We needed to buy some tile, spray paint and trim so we stopped at Home Depot. We were able to find the right color in spray paint and it was in stock. They had the tile as well, but it seemed more expensive than other Home Depots. We got the trim we needed as well. They had check out lanes that were actually open which was great!

Would have been great to have somebody in their appliance section who actually wanted to sell an appliance. We were told that we would have to load it by laying it down which can damage the Freon permanently. Why would someone spend $750 to do that?Common sense goes a long way. It seems like they wanted to sell us a floor model just to get it out of their way… we opted out. Do better when you’re training your people. Thankful we know our way around the store, because customer service isn’t an area you excel in.

Ordered some garden soil, manure and tomato cages for curbside delivery, we checked in and were told to pull up under awning by lumber. We could see our order on a pallet in the yard, but waited quite awhile for someone to come out without the receipt said he had to go look for it we told him it's right there should we just pull over there so you can load it he said no he'll be right back . We waited again finally cones out with rhe receipt and a pallet jack again we said we could just pull up there he said no . He struggled with the pallet jack finally bring it to the car and tells us he can't use his left arm so couldn't load it so we had to do it ourselves two seniors ( 63 and 67 ) and our 12 yr old grandaughter . What's the point of curbside delivery if you have to do it yourself because you hire a man who is not capable of doing the job. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN EMPLOYEES SERVICE.

Great experience, first time buying at Home Depot and Doyle made the experience great in buying and after the purchase in helping me load. Truly does care about the customer. Ask for him if you need help.

I was looking for a full length mirror to no avail. A sweet young lady store associate helped me find the mirrors, carried the one I chose to the register and then helped me load it in my car. I found out she is a garden center employee but she went out of her way to help me. Customer service on that level is hard to find.

This is a typical mid-sized Home Depot (still a big store). There seems to be plenty of people working and for the most part, they are helpful. After picking up a few online orders and swinging through the store once or twice, I'm happy to visit. They took care of the two issues I had quickly and called me to make sure there were not any additional issues. That call is huge for me as a customer. It's nice to know they care.

Wonderful experience, I like Home Depot ovrrall and would rate it 5 stars normally. This 1 star is only due to Monte in the gardening section answering my call stating " what are you calling me for?" and then he hung up. I will still continue going to this store, I understand that in this location beggers can't be choosers with its employees, but at least do a bare minimum of work you are getting paid for.

Your average good-old Home Depot. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We found what we were looking for with ease, and when we had a little bit of trouble locating something, employees were easy to find and they were very knowledgeable. Can’t go wrong.

I’ve spent several thousand dollars here this year. I always have some sort of trouble with picking up my purchase and today was the worst ever. The “supervisor” of the section I wanted to buy a tool from wouldn’t listen and apparently didn’t know how to check inventory, then when I asked for a manager, he gave me attitude. I have to shop here because it’s by far the closest to me but I will making an official complaint at this point.

Service is here, but you really have to look for it on the floor, or even have it paged and wait 10 minutes or so. The prices are not as competitive as some of their competitors. The emptier parking lot speaks to this. It used to be packed in the mornings. It's okay to go to, but I recommend checking the prices of their competitors first.

Stopped for flowers. Hmmmm no one to help you with ques on flowers/shrubs etc. Only to check you out. You guys used to be really good and had employees who knew your products.

I can't express how disgusted I am that Homedepot would put its associates in the position to deal with bullying and other toxic behaviors.Literally spent an hour consoling an associate in tears over a punk named Fred, who backed her into a corner while making abusive remarks. Yet you keep this Joker. I just watched him go sit in his jeep and smoke pot. Congratulations Homedepot you've really shown your true colors. 👏

Always helpful and friendly staff. Online pickups would be better if cell service was faster, no fault of home depots though. Maybe add a phone number to call to check in for curbside pickups.

Only one employee came and asked if we needed help and we took our dog in with us and she licked something up on the floor and got sick. Their 2as a spill on the floor in another isle no one cleaned it up, we stopped her before she got to much. This place don't even give you a senior discount so sad

Need someone in departments that want to help customers. Lack of knowledge is abundent. Was in plumbing department for 45 minutes never saw an employee. Walked 4 isles down to find 3 employees talking about boyfriend . I asked for help that none of them could provide. They told me to go back and wait . When the Man arrived he was Kurt and condisending. Almost seemed mad that he had to help me. This is nothing like Lowes.... they do not hire filler bodies that are rude.

Waited well over an hour in plumbing, including asking an employee from another area to call someone to plumbing. No assistance whatsoever. It's 3:34 on a Saturday afternoon and I have to go to another hardware store because no one at Home Depot gives a damn apparently.

I ordered online and attempted to have it delivered to my house but couldn't. So I had to have it shipped to the store in my town. It will take 8 days for a 1 pound package to get to my store. It is not rare tile from China or India.... It is cable management material from Klein and 3M. But.... Home Depot has my money so they aren't worried. Update on previous info, the order arrived today. Six days earlier than I was told. I am not unhappy about this but their website and ordering site needs some serious work if it is going to be that far off. It came a distance of about 200 miles...

Found Everything I Was Looking For, And Wasn't on The List to But I Bought Some Flowers as Well. Very Good Selection. Great Customer Service. Happy Shopping. I Was There At 6:15 AM and It Was Awesome, The Garden Center Was So Beautiful, They Have Everything You Need For Flower Beds Or Lawns, Gardens, Your Home. Appliances. The Employees We're Very Friendly and Helpful. Found Exactly What I Needed And After Friendly Customer Service, They Also Loaded It Up On My Trailer For Me. Home Depot has declined in customer service over the years. I had vowed to stop shopping there but I love Behr Marquee paint. We went in and asked the two elderly men where the stain for brick was, their reply was you can't stain brick but they have paint for it . Now I am no expert but all the experts recommend you stain brick to allow it to keep breathing. Behr makes a stain for it. We walked out and went to Lowes where the paint associates where very helpful and knowledgeable.
