I love this place. Sometimes I already know what I want, but other times, not so much. The staff is courteous, and patient with me.i appreciate them offering a different option that might work better than the one I had. They do get backed up occasionally in orders, but try real hard to stay on track consistently .They send me a pre view for me to confirm if I like it before they do the work.I have used them for many years and highly recommend them. Oh, and Jo has to come greet you when you first walk in- she likes her back rubbed. Thanks to y’all for being top of the line monogramming , extremely sweet and helpful- as well as great work!
