The items I need are always in stock. Store is clean & organized. I use scan & go so I never deal with workers. The only downsides are the crowded parking lot & panhandlers outside.

Recently upgraded , place is a lot more inviting. Also added fresh prepared sushi 🍣. Make sure you pull out your membership card when entering. They have been asking for it at the door now . Don't make sense who would enter without membership when you need it for purchases. Oh well.

Their café has the best pizza in town, especially for the price. Was a little disappointed that they were sold out of our favorites so we compromised but still very satisfied. AND they have fresh SUSHI now!!!

So packed they need more check out lines and also to not allow employees to hold the line up at the door hitting on single women on the way out. This one girl was very uncomfortable because she was being stopped and asked for her phone number by an employee

Todays visit was very unwelcoming. After waiting for assistance in the battery section, a supervisor and another manager by the name of Shelly were both standing next to my family, and i oblivious to our questions. So i proceeded to ask if they worked at the store and the supervisor wess said on some days with humor, i accepted that, but Shelly kept her back turned and ignored my question as she kept trying to talk to Wess as if i was bothering them. This was the worst customer service interaction i had with a store clerk at a Sams.

If you don't have a Sam's club card, you can't buy anything. So, 40°F outside with 100 people behind me and the door worker is checking everyone's Sam's card. Is this an outdated practice or does Sam's still practice this policy? Personally, seems a redundant policy.

We went on our monthly shopping trip. Found everything we needed and checked out. The cashier was helpful and friendly. The store was busy, but it was clean. Great store.

I like the self checkout process except if I'm buying alcohol. Then there is no point in trying to use self checkout. You'd think all the I'd you have for the app, there would be an age verification on it

Ordered items (4/12/23) for pickup gave them time. I arrived on time they served all of the people that were already there I was the ONLY car left. I sat 15-25 more minutes no one brought my items out. I called the store and the person that answered the phone said that they were running late I understand that. Several cars pulled up and immediately they started bringing their items out, I only had 5 items! I still sat there waiting till finally I cancel my order and left. No concern about customers who’s spending their money. They actually showed me that they don’t care. Canceling my membership. I rather drive 2 1/2 hours and go to Costco. If I’m not important my money isn’t either.

Great place to have a membership in order to get bulk goods. They now offer a pickup service for most things in store if you don't want to go in. Cakes are online only for birthday and such.

Donna is the best cashier. Been there 26 years now. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated that well by a cashier in my life. Kind, gracious and professional. Why she ain’t promoted after 26 years? Makes me scratch my head. Hopefully, theyve given her raises at least.

Need to change the curbside pickup policy. If you need for someone to pickup your order for you and they aren't listed you should be able to confirm on the phone that they can pick it up. If it's paid for and you provide your name as a member and what you purchase it should be enough. Having you come back within 24 hrs or it will be returned is NOT good customer service. How would they know my name or sign in the app to give parking spot if they wasn't legit. You should be able to call and confirm your order and that you authorize that person to pickup the order. Its no way to add their name once you have paid for the order so customer looses all the way around. Spoke with a manager or supervisor over curbside pickup and was not a person that is a fixer or a person that finds best resolution she is a person that it's this way and that's it. Stop treating every customer as if they are thevies. As a long time Plus member this didn't protect me it insulted me. Awful Awful customer service AwfulE. Ross

This is the first Sam's store that we scanned all our purchases in but when we got to the exit they told us we had to go back to the cash register. Transfer our purchase to the cashier, then presenter card and check out that way. It was very inconvenient. Especially when I drove up to the gas station and without a problem paid for my gas. The parking lot is quite tight, especially around the gas booth, but we were able to get our RV in fill up and exit the parking lot without too much trouble.

Had my usual vanilla yogurt today. Wasn't as good as usual. There was a chocolate taste to it. Wasn't as white as usual. Somebody messed up, evidently. Always busy at snack bar. Wish they would hire another person.

The gas line is a complete free for all. The store desperately needs to enforce its lanes. There is nothing quite as infuriating as being cut four times by people running to the otherwise and going in backwards. Should not take 30 minutes to get gas

I tried the scan-and-go process for the first time and it was fast and easy!! This process helps you to avoid standing in line at the registers. It works really well if you only have a few items. I don't know how well it would work if you have a basket full of stuff. Ask one of the many employees before you try it.

Sam's has Fresh Sashimi and Sushi to-go, or made your way; at the Texarkana Texas location. Good price Go there, get some, relax while you eat it anywhere, and enjoy. Great for your lunch, dinner, breakfast, next day meal, or travels.I asked for it. They got it. Every time...Now we need the Overstuffed Gyro sandwichs to_go anf fresh sub sandwiches to-go at the hot food section.Sam"s pizza, whole or buy a hot slice; also hot dogs, fresh salads, and other items ready for your lunch or dinner ready to go. Yes, go there, walk around, and enjoy free food samples when available.
