I will be going here for all my future aquatic needs!! Paradise has very healthy fish (both salt and freshwater) and a wide variety of plantlife and stocking. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions they are more than willing to help you find the answers you are looking for! Prices are also very reasonable.

I had an awesome visit. The tanks were a little dirty, but compared to petsmart, the fish were happier an healthier. The staff was friendly, and helpful. So in all it's a five star place you should try out!!!

The definitive aquarium store of Texarkana. Only touch PetSmart if you absolutely have to, otherwise get it from Paradise. The advice from staff has only been phenomenal and I have found myself far happier with their suggestions than what I thought I wanted. Overall a lovely place to visit and do business.

I loved the store they were so nice and gave me the best things possible I didn’t have to do research for what I needed they already knew what I needed petamart and petco don’t compare I would give them 1000 stars if I could. The only things is I live one hour away.

Attained six Blue/Green chromis from this joint, great customer service that just makes you wanna come back, and beautiful fresh and saltwater fish. I loved their sailfin tang!(Chromis are in qt)

Scam artist. Ordered a part tuesday 12pm est for overnight shipping. Called thursday to speaking to a guy who says we are shipping it out today to its now monday still no part and phone goes straight to voice-mail which is full. Doing a fraud charge back and filing fraud report with paypal.

Went to Texarkana and brought the kids with me. All 3 needed a good bath and grooming. Stopped in Paradise Pets and was given excellent service for my last minute request. The price was even better. Thank you Paradise Pets for being gentle and efficient with my babies.

Horrible service. The website said there were 7 particular fish in stock, so I went to his store and none of them were actually in stock. I asked him to order them and he said he would call as soon as they came in. 3 months later, no call. Went to the store one day, during normal business hours, but was closed and had no sign, stating why or when they would return. Tried to do business with them a third time... I asked the girl up front, if they had a certain type of filter media, for my tank and I heard the owner say from the back office to hang on a sec. I waited 5-10 minutes and he still did not come out. I will never do business with this company and I don’t recommend anyone else do business there either. I saw that there were quite a few positive reviews on company, so I’m glad others were able to get a positive experience, as I have had none.

Every piece of coral that is in my tank came from here. Hands down the best store for service and help that I have found in the arklatex. They are very truthful and will not sell you anything that does not belong in your particular tank or reef.

The owner greets you with a warm, genuine smile as soon as you walk in. He carries a pretty nice variety of both fresh and saltwater fish. I also saw several people getting their RO/DI water from his secret stash. He is custom ordering some fish for me. Overall, very great service and friendliness.

Mr.Terrace is very kind and knows all about the different types of fish he has. Every time we come he has new fish. He will also order fish if you see something you want online. He is very patient and friendly. I can tell he really loves his job.

I ordered bird medicine online, never got an email about a tracking number or when my order was being shipped. I sent 3 emails in a span of 10 days, still no responses or calls. The money was already received and the transaction was completed and out of my account so I kept thinking it was coming soon. Finally after calling and being hung up on, they told me that the product was discontinued. I found it incredibly rude that not once did they let me know this and it's been over 10 days since I ordered and got zero communication from them, they had no problem taking my money, but had a problem answering any of my reaching out attempts. Never will order online from here again.

Would never recommend buying anything from this place from their online store or shop it in person. Order antibiotics for my sick pet. Waited for order to ship which never came. No correspondence what so ever. All they had to do is say they didn't have it in stock, so I could buy elsewhere. They jeopardized my pets life for a medication that never came. DISPICABLE store owner. Cared less for one's pet; cared more about the money. BEWARE!!!

Went to buy aquarium goods. The door was locked, no signs to explain why. Called the number, no answer. After we shopped and waited we tried again. The door still locked, nothing explaining why it wasn't open. Door said it was within business hours. Man came as we were leaving, went inside, we tried again the door and calling. No success!

Very disappointing. My husband and I have been talking about going here for months. It's a 180 mile trip so when we finally decide to go we were pretty excited. Unfortunately, when we got there at 1230 PM on a tuesday afternoon there was no one there. The door was locked, the sign said it was open, and no one answered the phone. I called 10 times and even drove around waiting for awhile and still no one answered. I emailed them and a week later still no response.

This is basically a closet with dirty fish tanks in it. I felt so bad for these fish. When you walk in, it almost feels like theirs 7 different ideas all trying to play out at the same time and none of them are coming out as planned...the aquariums aren't kept up because they custom build tanks in the back. They can't build you a tank that quick because they're supposedly ordering fish, but they can't order fish because they're trying to maintain their fish in stock...speaking of in stock fish, they only get them in once a month and idk if I'd even want to buy fish from them...I don't even know how well I trust their whole system because their "display tank" has 5-6 huge tiger and albino oscars in a 55 gallon this tank so filthy you basically have to put your nose against the glass to see any of them. They also had this pretty impressively sized common pleco in there and the Oscars (being territory and aggressive) pick on him all the time... Someone who runs an aquarium store should know far better than that, and if you don't, I question all your methods.

My pet came out looking like she had been trimmed with a weed eater. I cannot say she was been mistreated there, but when she saw where we were taking her, she attempted to hide in the car. When we picked her up she was really trembling. Again no accusations were there is no knowledge, but I don't think she will go back.
