Can you teach your drivers truck stop etiquette? Another driver asked them to move and this boy pictured proceeded to go in the store for 10 minutes and then come back out with a drink, talk to his buddies and then start pumping fuel. They should never be at a pump for 30 minutes. Such a jerk move and very poor representation of Lowe’s.

Going to Lowes is like a kid going on a field trip. So much good stuff to see! Never had a problem. Everybody is always so nice and helpful. Always clean. Everything is priced correctly. Only wish they had more electric carts because Lowe's is HUGH. I'm disabled and can barely walk to the building.If they sold food I would be in there all day ❤️

Spent right under $1000 at last visit, and employees just stood around socializing while we loaded 300 lbs of tile, hardie board, grout, etc. Also had to run the maze of product in the aisles. Store messy and indifferent employees. It's not a good example of other Lowes stores I have visited. Customer service training needs to be done.

Ran in to just to grab a couple of things then remembered something else we needed. I looked it up on their website, sure enough they had it in stock...aisle 4 bay 1. But when we went to that location it was no where to be found. I asked an employee nearby. She looked it up and showed the same info as the website so rather than send us on a wild goose chase. She went where she thought the item might be, told us to wait right there. She came back with a big smile holding the item. She saved us a lot of time and energy. The employees at our Lowes always have great attitudes and are extremely helpful.

Just wanted to compliment the young man (Juan) on his name tag. An elderly gentleman asked where to find a “buggy” and rather than direct him to the closest one. Juan ran out and brought him one. Chivalry, respect and manners aren’t dead!

Sadly the worst by far lowes that I have ever been to. I tried to get ice melt, no one can even be bothered to help me find some or even check to see if the store had some in stock. There were 8 employees all standing around the cash register area and couldn’t be bothered to help a customer out. I call the manager on duty and he had no words to describe his employees laziness. If you need anything done quick or even done at all don’t bother going here. I will be driving to homedepot from here on out. If you can avoid this Lowe’s at all cost, “at Lowe’s we believe you should do it your self” that’s what their slogan should be.

I very upset I purchased some things on line. When they made the delivery on yesterday. My dishwasher was not on the truck. Now they want-me to pay another delivery fee. It’s not my fault that it wasn’t in the store at time they made the delivery. .Margret that works at the Texarkana Texas Lowe she was so rude. I want ever go back.

Beware purchasing windows at Lowe’s Texarkana. You will be sold on their “lifetime” warranty on glass replacement & labor (Reliabilt), but when you have glass breakage, you will go through a process of each entity (Lowe’s Texarkana - Lowe’s installers - Reliabilt - Atrium) saying it is not their responsibility to repair/replace. I even requested the help of the store manager and was summarily dismissed.

I waited to write this because at the time I was very upset. I had to run to Lowes for shingles. We were having a new roof put on and were a few bundles short. I managed to pull them onto the cart and get it to the front. They are heavy. I asked for help loading them into my truck. The lady said that the kid standing there would help. Just bring my truck up to the door. I did. When I went back in to ask for the help, the kid looked at me while eating a candy bar and turned around, and walked off. I went out and was trying to get the shingles into my truck. A very nice man driving by stopped and loaded them for me. I was very upset at the lack of assistance. Very poor customer service.

This is for the paint departments older white man maybe in his late 60s, who was training a young lady on January, 20th 2024 between 4 and 5pm. I wanted to purchase paint, I knew the color name, the type of finish (flat) and I would need 2 gallons. I asked for the color, flat paint in their lowest cost paint. The guy began asking alot of questions, why I wanted flat, what was I painting, how much square feet, what was the room was used for. I informed him we were painting the subfloor for when we lay down vinyl wood floors, and if they shifted at all we didn't want to see the bare wood. Then he proceeded to tell me what I needed, it was obvious he was a man who thinks women can't think for ourselves and we need men to do our thinking for us. After, I could see he wasn't going to help me, I simply said thank and walked away to another part of the paint section he followed me which I also did not like because if he truly wanted to help me he would have done just that!I did not appreciate the questions because simply it's none of his business. I will either have to drive to Mt Pleasant or Longview Lowe's as I will not be given the third degree of what I am doing, and why, when I am very capable of doing that on my own.

I went in the store and ordered a washer and dryer a while back and noticed when I got home the buy more get more discount was not applied and called and a manager was suppose to call me but as I was looking at the web sight I found a better deal and cancelled the store order and when my money got back onmy card I ordered online..I was accused of cancelling my washer even though somebody else did online or the warehouse because I never received a call or email and then they tried to place a order for a dryer separately without my knowledge and debit my account for more on a dryer about 6 times and about 150 more than I wanted to spend but the bank caught it ..they even said they reordered my washer and lied..did find out the warehouse cancelled ..I had the bank on the phone and went in the store again and also spoke to a lady manager and we decided to cancel again and let it fall off since my order was so messed up ..I ordered again this morning when the money was back in my account and again money has been taken out and is pending and then said declined so called the bank and the bank said they ran my card 3 different times back to back for a lil over 1100 each time when the money was already taken out by Lowes and is pending again ..I have 3 charges on my checking account from Lowe’s because I ordered a few dryer parts for my dryer to be installed so that will be shipped and then my washer and dryer .. I’ve been without a washer and dryer now since December of 2023 and thinking I should have went somewhere else instead of keeping on trying to get my stuff through Lowe’s now 😞Took my money again and it’s in pending status like the last time and in the meantime I can’t wash or dry my clothes or go anywhere else to purchase what I need or even get out to go to a laundry mat because I’m iced in at the moment ..Super mad at myself for trying to order through Lowe’s online again and the sale goes off today on my washer and dryer ..Going on 3 weeks trying to get this mess straight …Ugh 😞 I did notice that my debit card was charged the full price of the total order and then two more separate charges for the dryer duct and dryer extender that had to be shipped so maybe if you order from them and if something needs to be shipped and the other items need to be delivered then place separate orders ..Ive been charged twice for dryer ducts and stuff like that and I guess it will fall off or a price adjustment later and then they tried to charge me 3 different times for just the washer and dryer purchase but it didn’t go through because they had already took my money..Either way it’s messed up again🤦🏻‍♀️

My paint probably weighed more than she did but she loaded it and pushed it to me by herself. She helped me get my online order and was super nice and helpful. Online orders are super easy

Lowes has just about everything you may need for any activity you're doing around the house or for work. We remodeled a house, so we were able to find good priced cabinet knobs, 12ft and 16ft 2×4s and 2×6s, screws, saw blades, tape measure and many other items. And the lady working checkout in lumbar was hilarious!

I would not have given them that if I didn’t have to. My husband and I bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s September 4. Was supposed to be delivered the 16th. I decided to call 2 days before to make sure it had come in and they said they did not know when they would be getting that one in. We was thinking Saturday we would have a new refrigerator. They never bothered to contact us to let us know that it did not come in. Glad I called Don’t trust what they tell you

Went to pick up some top soil and fertilizer for the wife's garden. She went in to order and pay, then waited 15 minutes for someone to load the truck. She went back in and asked for a manager, and the store manager and the department manager came out to load until one of the loading personnel came and finished loading the truck. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between the cashier, loading personnel, and management as to what is going on. If this keeps up. I may have to take my business elsewhere, ss there are plenty of garden center stores in the area. We had the same problem a few days earlier when we were getting topsoil and fertilizer. Someone needs to get their act together.

Would like to give it a better rating but currently I'm dealing with a warranty issue over a chainsaw. Service desk didn't do the correct write up , so after 2 to 3 weeks I had to send it back now it's been 2 weeks awaiting again.after they wanted to charge me 5o to 70 dollars for service I didn't want done. Will see what happens next.

Just left there was going to buy 2 rooms of laminate flooring. Everybody that worked there I came in contact with was too busy to help. Will not recommend to anyone anymore. Mt pleasant texas Lowe's is the place to go. They were more than willing to help. Big thank you Mt. Pleasant texas Lowe's. Drive is farther but well worth it

No Star at all. We went in Lowes on March 17, 2023 to the appliance department to purchase a microwave and upright freezer. We looked about 30 minutes and there was two associates in the area that never asked us if they could help us. They seemed to be too busy visiting with each other. Decided to leave to go to Home Depot. Less than 3 minutes in their appliance area an associate asked if she could help us. We had a great visit and great service. Great job Home Depot, we will be back.

If I could give it zero stars I would. NO ONE answers the phone in any department, rude employees, no answers, no warning on delivery/install, contractors of Lowe's also rude & don't want to do basic work. I had several projects I was going to have Lowe's do but not any more. We got so frustrated with Lowe's delivery/pick up/contractors & how it was handled, they wouldn't bring the product in the house, just dropped it in the garage. As a result we cancelled part of the order that was delivered 3 weeks before install. **UPDATE: Lowe's finally sends out someone to pick up the cancelled order, window of pick up 1:30-5:30, two guys arrive at 5:15 & say they can't take the order because it's not strapped, we told them they needed to bring straps but they didn't, so they call their manager/supervisor & he says they can't take it. The worker said the manager/supervisor was to call us but hours later no call back, so here the order sits & our garage is blocked for no telling how long. Lowe's just lost a big sale.

I have done business with Texarkana Lowe's for many years but will no longer use them. On 9-11-2023, they terminated Shawna, who worked in lumber for more than 9 years because she missed one too many days due to sickness. Miss Shawna genuinely care about the customers and took care of the contractors that came in. She was fired the same day that she Once Again was acknowledged as cashier of the month! You can't even get one of the other employees to so much as load for you when it is their jobs. Any company that cares so little for their veteran employees and allows garbage workers to stay is no one I wish to do business with.

Got told 3 different delivery days on a washer and dryer, and also that they are around 15 orders behind on shipping items. One person just said "yeah you need to get it" and didn't tell us a delivery date. Super unprofessional.
