I came to Four States Furniture just to browse around. Brandy was my main girl that came and helped answer all my questions and show me everything that I was looking for. I loved that she was attentive to my needs and helped me pick out furniture that would fit my home. Brandy showed me multiple items and gave me the all the details of prices, payments, and in-stock items. All the store staff were professional and very welcoming during my visit. It is a great atmosphere to shop in and I did not feel pressured into buying something I do not need. Thank you Brandy and Four States for helping me pick out the most beautiful furniture!

I am very pleased with the service I recieved ! I had previously went to Ashley’s and the quote on the furniture jumped up tremendously when I went to buy, so I left went here! The piece I picked out was exactly in my price range , much better quality than Ashley’s, I was disappointed that I had to wait 2 months, we were offered our money back or we could pick another piece, we decided on waiting, very pleased with my furniture!!! The delivery guys were very professional they were easy on my furniture and very careful not to damage or leave any spots on it!! Good job guys👍👍👍👍👍my go to place now, thank you for your kind service and helping me pick out what was best!!

I am very satisfied with the delivery of our leather sofa we ordered from Ashley furniture. The delivery service use great care to prevent any damaging happening to the sofa bring it inside and we’re very professional the whole time. I would not hesitate using them again.

My colleague and I are loyal customers of Ashley Furniture. We were both in need of new couches to redesign our homes and found a better deal online at Four States Furniture. My colleague let me know she didn’t have the best experience in person at Four States Furniture so I opted to order via phone and online. Brandy was extremely helpful and excellent when it came to providing the information I needed to purchase. I appreciate her friendliness and availability. The next day I visited Ashley Furniture to pick out some nightstands. I walked out of there with over $300 in free coupons, a 30-oz Arric tumbler, and a ticket to the VIP sale next Thursday where they keep the store open until 9 just for us. I think if Four States Furniture would like to improve, it would be their in store customer service. Seems like they are so concerned with getting the sale they don’t try to welcome their customers which would help with building a loyal customer base that continues returning.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Four States Furniture in Texarkana, Texas. We received a great price for our selections. Gina, Home Furnishing Specialist, was so personable and knowledgeable. She arranged to have our new furniture delivered before a planned dinner party. We are so pleased with our LAZBOY recliners. The delivery men were so nice and very efficient. Our only issue was the lateness of the hour delivery time. 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. is too late in our opinion unless that is requested by the customer. I’ve been putting off buying a bedroom suite for myself for many years. I’ve looked several times but honestly never walked out of a store thinking that I would be satisfied with my purchase for what I was paying. I went into Four States and grabbed Brandy as my sales associate. She spent well over 2 hours with me because I was so back and forth on what I wanted.I’m an extremely picky buyer.Brandy not once lost patience with me (not that I could tell) She made sure everything I got would match perfectly and that it would be exactly what I wanted.She wasn’t pushy in any way. Highly recommend to all!! We are fans!Larry and his sales team are well versed on their products and provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience! Professional yet fun and courteous with some old school manners and respect!! Happy to say it doesn't end there! The delivery teams are trained in the same areas! Yes! The delivery guys were happy and friendly too! Even with a lil hiccup, one of our automans was damaged in shipping, and one of our Supreme Power Recliners had a couple issues, boy was Momma disappointed and nervous we had made a mistake! Larry sent out his Cracker-Jack service man, Derrick to save the day, he made a few adjustments, ordered us a new recliner and automan! We are very happy and will recommend Larry and Four States Furniture to all!
