Between 2020-2021 I was merch manager I thought I was doing good I did open then store a couple time late that's why then let me go I guess I will say between working there and shopping there are completely different working there they play favoritism if your not part of there click they will find a way to get rid of u even if its some B/S type of way but that being said now shopping there when I worked there was organized full even thought it was just me running my truck and the front end and stocking cause no one did what they where supposed and it was left on me knowing that was my first manager position and I was new to the company

Very friendly staff. I love the fact that you can buy name brand products for such a low price. If you are on a budget or looking for a deal I would recommend coming by and seeing if they have what you are looking for. The staff is very helpful and they will go out of their way to help you.

9:39 am and store should be open. A woman sitting in her car shouted to me as I was walking up that they were closed and something about someone supposed to show up with a key. Rather inconvenient, let’s get it together Dollar Tree!

I am giving the store a one star because of the deplorable air conditioner condition of this store. The poor workers were absolutely dripping with sweat and wiping their faces yesterday afternoon. I was in there for 10 minutes and felt like I needed to go home and bathe because it was extremely hot in there. The store should be shut down until they can get the air fixed. That's not right to make employees work in those condions. If the air worked then surely they would feel like stocking the shelves more and keeping it picked up.

Cheap prices on some items. Have to always watch dollar stores. May have different smaller packages so you end up paying more. Staff friendly and always helpful when finding products. Did not give five stars as store always kind of messy aisles blocked with products waiting to be put away

I went in to grab a couple of things and was shocked at the mess this store was in. I’m not one to write reviews but whoever manages this store should be ashamed. It looks like Black Friday threw up. There was nothing put together. I wish I’d taken pictures to show just how bad it was. I couldn’t find what i was looking for but who knows it could’ve been there hidden in the horrific mess. I love shopping at dollar trees because i feel they are always so nice and kept up but this one was a disgrace. This is a beautiful store but a complete wreck.

Steaks for $1.00. Ice cream $1.00. Household items $1.00. Holiday decorations $1.00. Toys $1.00. Car phone chargers &1.00. Ear buds $1.00. Most of these items are more than $1.00 @ other stores. This shows that this company cares about the customers wallets. No bathroom but the store is a good place to shop. Check it out.

Somehow they always have a line backed up to the back of the store. However, it's dollar tree so I dont expect much. This one is the best in texarkana, in my opinion, and there are 3. It has a bigger chance of name brand and expensive stuff, full size food, better quality toys, etc.. it's because its PG's market, and they know it. It's USUALLY clean, a lot cleaner than arkansas side one, just a lot smaller too.

For dollar values, Dollar Tree is hard to beat. This store offers a variety of items, all of which are priced at a dollar or less. Most items are $1 each however. Dollar Tree offers off-brand and branded products, cleaning chemicals and tools, household storage containers, items for use in your kitchen, seasonal and holiday items (like decorations for parties and major holidays), floral supplies, gift bags, gift wrap, tissue paper, books, reading glasses, electronics accessories like USB cables, headphones, mobile phone cases, batteries of all major varieties (and even button cell varieties), drinking glasses, plastic and metal silverware, metal cooking pans and other dinnerware, as well as grocery items inlcuding some frozen foods, snack foods, canned goods, perishable items like breads and tortillas, junk foods, potato chips, school supplies, greeting cards, children's toys, over the counter medicines, pregnancy tests, drug tests, reading glasses, helium-filled latex amd mylar balloons, flip flops, hats, sunglasses, soda pops, ice cream and other frozen novelties, refrigerated goods, aluminum foil, trash bags, ziplock type bags, toilet paper, paper towels, organization products, some small hand tools, gloves, deodorants, shampoo, make up, nail polish, personal hygeine products, soaps, shaving creams, first aid supplies, teacher and educational items, candies, untensils, automotive care products, candles, candle holders, picture frames, some as seen on tv closeouts, and all kinds of other inexpensive tems. However, making frequent visits can yield a good supply of stock items for use in your home. If you see something that catches your eye, be sure to get it while the getting is good. Items are not routinely stocked and many may be one-time opportunites... some may be unavialble altogether on subsequent visits.Staff members greet customers as they enter, and some are very helpful with questions about stock. Service is sometimes slow at checkout, however, and there are often customers standing in lines that are four or more deep, causing customers to think they are understaffed, especially when lines are already formed and while checkout registers are unstaffed or simply closed.Kerri is one of the store's assistant managers. In two years of shopping Dollar Tree at this location, I consistenly find her helpful and pleasant. She knows where almost everything is to be found, if you have questions, and she usually opens an extra cash register whenever checkouts are overrun by customers.Returns are limited, at best. For example, you may return damaged items or defective items with a receipt, but only for store credit, regardless of how you paid for your merchandise.Dollar Tree accepts cash payments, all major credit cards, EBT cards, debit cards, and Dollar Tree gift cards, which can also be purchased or loaded in stores.

The Dollar Tree on Richmond Road is my favorite store, unlike the one on Seventh Street. Those people are so unfriendly and treat the customers as if they are being bothersome. If you're having a rough day or don't like your job, please don't take it out on us. But again, kudos to Richmond Road Dollar Tree. 👍

Dollar Tree on Richmond Road is the worst one in the Texarkana/Arkansas area, there is no air it's always hot no matter when you go in morning noon or night, I give one star because the team is great but overall as a whole DOLLAR TREE as a company is terrible.
