Worst customer service ever!! Had my elderly mom in car and just picking up a few waters for her. Self check out was out of paper, so I asked if someone could check me out. The clerk sent me to the check out register but then started replacing receipt paper in the self check our. I ask her to check me out and then replace paper at other register- she refused, so I told her she was rude and it was about customer service. She then refused to check me out at all. So rude.

I Love this store and it’s so convenient….. My only complaint is the Digital Coupons are NEVER TAKEN OFF! I’m not sure if they aren’t being entered or what, but when you enter ur phone number it says accepted, but guess what NOTHING IS TAKEN OFF AND NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! Things are so expensive now days customers are trying to save every penny! Please address this problem! Thank you!!

Had The Deviled egg Trays I Was Looking All Over Town For, Employee Helped Me Find Them, They Didn't Have Lids, So I Bought 2, One Too Turn Upside Down And Tape It, Employee Was Super Helpful, Friendly And Professional. Really Appreciated Her Help.

I was able to get the item I needed, however the clerk/.manager was in the office "stapling" something together. She yells out "I will be right there". Four of us in line waiting. She finally comes out and then tells us she is on register 2 even though the light for 1 was on. She never apologized for the wait or even greeted anyone. Terrible customer service! Some of the worst I have had.

R. R. Have some very nice cashiers, the guy who was there is always so nice. I have met and laugh and tslkeith about 3 lady cashier and all so nice and very helpful. They help me find what I needed. I went in a smile and left out with some smile. Thanks ladies and gentlemen for being nice to your customers.

This store has a few employees that are about as friendly as rocks. The red-headed guy that works here has zero personality and speaks as if he's a robot. Doesn't move as quickly as a robot might, though.Store shelves are often in disarray, and many items will not have visible price stickers on the shelves where they sit. The clearance aisle is a complete wreck, and you have to laugh at what are supposed to be clearance prices on items you can dig through here. Many of the so-called clearance items are priced just shy of their original prices.Hey, Dollar General, get real! It's not clearance if you price it 50 cents off of its original price. And, if you're too tired of reorganizing the mess back there, do yourself a favor, and price the clearance items to move.Shoppers here should watch prices at the register closely. Many items in this store may be labeled wrong on the shelves--if you can find a label there at all. Don't be surprised to find prices at the cash register do not match what you saw on the shelves where the items came from. This is becoming a rampant problem in these stores and too many others. I think I will just stand here until you give in. I say stand there and demand that the clerk matches what the shelf sticker says. And, don't pull that "fine print" crap with me, either.

Awesome store! Lots of different and unusual items. Store is a little crammed. They sell food, beer, soda, chips, oil, dog food, households items, clothes, home decor, medicine, toys, cards and much more! They accept coupons. They also sell cigarettes. They have an app you can download to look at sale papers

Today 1/27 I was at this store and paid out at about 1:55 p.m.Dollar general has become very lazy about giving the customer receipts. I paid with cash and the worker did not offer to give me a receipt she gave me my change and hurried onto the next customer. Very unprofessional and shady.Veunpr

Always easy to get in and out of in a hurry. The staff is very helpful. On my last visit, the cashier went above and beyond to help me find an iPhone charger for a friend who was in the hospital. 👍❤️

I do LOVE the convenience of this store's location. It is barely over a mile from my house, AND they serve very cold, Mexican Cokes. However, the said price of the Mexican Cokes in this store does not always match the price at the other stores OR the price that Coca-Cola has listed around the refrigerator. Not that big of a deal, especially since they have built a new DG on Pleasant Grove Rd. This new store is beautiful. The DG that closest to my house seems to have obvious issues with employment. Every employee has been well mannered, but the cashier's SEEM to change every week or two. Some of the young employees will simply not show up for work, leaving the others to work longer hours. That does not help with moral.. This maybe something that Corporate should look into.

That store is a holy mess, very unorganized. The items were so scattered out making it hard to find anything. The shelves were empty and messy. It looked like someone had come thru the entire store with a baseball bat and swinging it around carelessly.

Download their app, their coupons are so easy to use via their app! I buy the Mossy Oak dog food (exclusive to DG), my 3 finicky beagles love it. If you use coupons, their prices are competitive with Walmart. The staff here is always friendly and helpful!

That was my first time going in that store. I heard an employee say "Welcome to Dollar General", yet I saw no employees walking or working around in the store. Yet I did see the cashier at the end of my visit. Hmmmm.
