I was just passing through the store to get to another store but stopped to look at purses and the James Avery charms. I had two ladies stop to ask if I needed any assistance while I was browsing. They were very nice.I did find a new charm that I would like.

A must see store! Stop by the Jo Malone London counter for the most luxurious and delicious fragrance & book one of the many MAC makeup artist 💄 this store is my dream shopping experience, outside of Nordstrom! I will drive over and hour to visit this store. The Bobbi Brown counter is also an exceptional mention. If you are a James Avery girl, this one will boggle your imagination. A definite must see❤️ Be warned, this store is so beautiful you will have no choice but to buy something you desire!

Marilyn, the shoe department consultant, is less than friendly. Due to this, I asked her if the sales assistant who had been helping me for the last hour (and who was holding items for me) could cash me out & she was not friendly at all about it. I let her know I asked BECAUSE of her attitude towards me (as well as her condescending attitude towards my mom). Another customer heard me & came up to me and agreed. Not sure if it was bad night, but I highly doubt I will be giving this location, or at the very least Marilyn, my money.

We wasn't greeted when we came into the store. There was no one to help us in the dressing room and when they did she came in fussing about the clothes that were already in the dressing room. Saying that we're only allowed 4 items in the dressing room but if they would come in like they was suppose to and check then the dressing rooms be filled with a lot of clothes.

Great place to find higher quality products. They have a very big women selection. The guys selection is a little smaller but every employee there is more than willing to help you and they do have great sales. You just have to keep an eye out for when they are going to happen

Had The Most Helpful Employee Helping Me. The Perfume I Usually Buy For My Wife, No Longer Is Available, So I Had To Smell So Many, Actually only 4, But I Picked The First One, Which Was Romance, It's For Christmas, But Dillard's Has A 30 Day Return Policy Even On Perfume. I was Really Excited About That. So She Was So Helpful, She Went Above and Beyond Too Help Me. I Really Appreciate All Her Help. Awesome Customer Service and Excellent Employee.

In my quest for a new sport coat I was presented a limited number of options but Dillards seemed to be the best solution. The selection was a bit narrow but with excellent brands. There seemed to be only one person working the suit section with maybe three or four customers browsing. The person working the area seemed professional and friendly assisting with measurements and recommendations. I was hoping to see a few more color selections but was only presented two , black and grey in my size request. A bit disappointing considering my urgency.

Who is their buyer now? The clothes for women (size 6 up) were completely 1980s. Ugly frumpy stuff. I don't want to dress like a teenager but also this stuff my grandmother wouldn't even wear.

I went in there looking for literally nothing and came out with four of the new north face hoodie, jacket, sweat shirt, and a normal short sleeve shirt great Quality being sold there. The workers always ask if you need help and they know where everything is exactly. I would rate it 10 out of 5 but that isn't a choice. They have great suits and dress pants too! 💳💥💳💥

Very good selection and layout of store is nice, and u had a good laugh when I caught an employee asleep at service desk and walked next to them and yelled out, "sir what in the #3// is this about!!!!!" Returned item later on with no hiccups.

I needed to do a return. Four people standing at first cash register when I enter the store. “This isn’t from our department. You have to go to Menswear.”I waited 10 min for Adam to be free in Mens and he did the return in 30 seconds.This isn’t the 1990s.

My only issue other than being pretty over priced, but it’s Dillards, so you kinda expect it is that most working people have to be at work by 8-9 AM, so most people don’t have the previlege of going to work at 11AM, which means by the time Dillards is open we can’t just leave work. When will Dillards go back to normal working hours that suites the public rather than Dillards?
