06/2023 this has happened twice. Open box and a roach crawled out, once from box and once out of bag. D.m says roaches aren't that bad but if twice with a month in between apparently they are.Food is not good. Tired of old, dried out semi burnt chicken (that's like eating a rock) and cold fries. I usually get the 4 piece chicken strip basket. The steak fingers usually have pieces of gristle in it that is like eating rubber so quit getting that one and started trying chicken. The gravy container is usually cracked and leaks out and makes everything soggy and gross. Out of the last 5 visits at least twice the chicken was dried out and old looking or burnt. Starting to get old giving extra chances. They are nice but that isn't a good reason to keep going back. Especially not for almost $12.00 a box.

This is not the place to go if you want a true chocolate milkshake. Otherwise it is fine for those who want to satisfy a sweet tooth. I never seen a chocolate milkshake look like this and tastes mostly like vanilla. Oh well. My search continues.

My wife wanted a quick light lunch before driving home.This Dairy Queen was the first place we saw.I got her a hamburger and sweet ice tea.I wanted ice cream cone.I had forgotten how good an ice cream cone is on a hot Saturday.The mailman makes it his lunch spot. Young kids/adults breezed in and out.Nice spot for a quick meal or an ice cream cone...they will dip it in chocolate too.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: My wife didn't come in so I didn't bring in a wheelchair or walker.

Hot fresh burger and I love the option of tots, fries, or onion rings. My fave kind of soda machine with all the flavors. Not sure why, but it seems the AC is out in almost all of them?!

This is the one to go to, but every time it’s my order, there is a delay or confusion. Bummer, because their food is clean and hot, the drink machine is a blast and the servers are friendly and approachable. So, that being said, only 4 and not 5 stars.

The server was a little aggressive with us but the food was served hot and fresh, and we were able to visit without loud noise while we ate. We both got the Chicken basket. I personally did not care for the flavor of the chicken, but my partner enjoyed it. Overall, the restraunt was clean.

I ordered my favorite... 3 tacos. Usually the tacos from this location are excellent, but on my most recent visit I was quite disappointed. The meat had no flavor and the taco shells fell apart because they were soaked in grease. Maybe it was just a bad day to order tacos lol.

Good family place to eat. Those blizzards are kinda expensive tho. Friendly staff. Fast.Bathrooms available. Clean. Didn't have any ice cream cakes.

Drive through is pretty small,but considering the fact that the parking lot is about the same size as a large pizza box,I guess it's proportionally appropriate lol food is always good here though :9

Very nice group of workers. Right now at least at this location they are running a special between 2-5 Happy hour. Cones .49 cents and drinks .99 cents. Was a good deal. Was well worth the stop.

It was great. Food was hot and most importantly they workers brought our food to the table. They thanked us when we left and kept coming to check on us.Parking: They had plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: They had access to a wheelchair ramp.

They have the best fried catfish in Hope, Ark. Quality of food is exceptional and you get what you pay for and more, stop by and get you some, you won't be disappointed.

So I went in to get a blizzard on Thursday the 30th of June and my blizzard took longer than it should and the reason why was terrible I saw the manager Byron and another male Harass a co worker and basically made her mess up my blizzard she even apologized to me and I said it was ok def 1 star because of those 2 people the female though still tried to be professional.

Sloooooooooow as hell and very rude! The little girl working drive thru named Summer has a terrible attitude! They made me pull around and wait 20 mins for a burger and 2 blizzards when there was only one car in front of me when I got here

Why are most Dairy Queen buildings and parking lots so small? Visited after happy hour and still got good deals on the meals. Drive thur speaker hasn't worked in a while(DQ....y'all got too much money for that. Step it up.)so waiting in line to order should be expected. Minimal parking at times. 9 minute wait on order. Was hot. Fresh.

Typically I don't give bad reviews but this one will be different. Tuesday March 10th I go to Dairy Queen on Lake Drive order tacos meat and cheese only. They were in a rush to close didn't have time to even glance at order. I told very SPECIFICALLY *MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY 2 TIMES* because I have gotten lettuce wilted and nasty and I'm highly allergic to tomatoes. Get home covered in wilted lettuce and tomatoes. Couldn't touch food because of food allergies. Waste of money and time. I also updated there phone # and hours of operation for them so people could reach them and know when open and closed. Very disappointed that I went there and had it happen.

Texas Tacos! Nice staff, absolutely the fastest ticket time of any DQ! Staff also did a great job handling the crazy woman that came in wanting free food that apparently has been banned before.. Wish we had a me talk health hotline to call for people in need.. she was in need..😥
