Texarkana Big Lots is probably the cleanest, most organized Big Lots I have ever been in. A better location would be nice (and beneficial to the company.) Props to the local management and staff for maintaining this store to the level they do.

They closed an hour early compared to what is posted on their google map site. Was met at the doors from a manager saying we close in 5 minutes. Look on google … close in an hour and 5 minutes.

Recently we stopped in to do some impromptu purchases. We were greeted by a wonderful young man with a beautiful smile. His name is Stormy. He went over and above to assist my daughter and I.It is truly rare to see and witness the level of professionalism, courtesy and kindness that he exemplified. We will continue to drive here for this reason. Stop in and find some amazing deals. Ask for Stormy! This young professional needs to be in management!

I absolutely used to enjoy going in here. Something besides Walmart. After having a issue with the assistant manager, apparently she lacks customer service skills, all over my son who has autism I'll never return. I used to shop here at least once a week. No more money for this big lots store from me.

Items not clearly marked, store disorganized and needs clean. Bathrooms were nasty, toilets didn't flush well, dirty floors and there was an odor. Employee with the black nails was very nice and gave good customer service.

When I saw Awesome, I mean awesome. The store is really clean and organized. The staff is visible and ready to help. The prices on the furniture, bedding, food products deserve a six star. My sister and I will definitely return to shop.

I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Site is organized and clean. Employees will happily go look in the back for items if you have a question.So many things to choose from. I always find a great deal on something, usually something I did not need but ending up buying.Cashiers are always pleasant and offer some sort of conversation.

Not a bad store. But not a quality one either. Been in stores smaller with far more selection and in same size with much better selection of merchandise. Also check out area extremely confusing to figure out entrance. Should be marked.

Needs to update the business hours with signage, on their Google search pages, and ads everywhere. Plus the Texarkana location smells terrible and is a whole freaking disaster. Store is seriously ALWAYS a complete mess.

I usual. enjoy shopping there, but today 6-14, me and my sister did not enjoy it. I have had surgery, I wanted to get out of the house.. I have to use a WalkerAll of the outside furniture and things were so crowded I couldn't go through. I wanted to get a canopy.Why is it so crowded? You have allot of empty space. The Dr. Peppers were on sale for. 88.I had not seen the ad, so as last time I bought 12, but did 2 sales. We were checking out. I told her we had 12 bottles of drinks. Loudly she said we only get 4 each. My sister had to take 4 back.Then she had called for the boss, she needed more 1s. The lady at the next checker ask for more ones. So a guy brought ones, he gave the second lady ones first, the first lady said she ask first. So he gave her ones. She was a mean women, that was unprofessional. We want be back to that store, we will go to Shreveport store.

I have always shopped here. You can find unique items.I have a metal decorative wall hanging found in a corner just sitting there for $5.I don't even like metal junk but these birdies are too cool sitting on their bobwire.I don't like that half of the store is new furniture.I like a discount store.The prices seem higher than comparable retailers .

Great place for reasonable priced diet products. I like the keto coffee drinks, keto snacks, and protein powders. Much cheaper than going to your local health food stores.

I did not appreciate the cashier using her hand to wipe her nose & she was not wearing a glove so therefore I ask her nicely to sanitize her hand before she continued to touch my merchandise which I could see she was not happy with me asking her to do that from the expression on her face & the way she made her eyes look at me, but frankly I didn't care because what she did was totally flat nasty using her hand to be wiping her nose in the first place.

Place used to have great deals on merchandise. Now their prices are about the same as retail stores. I would spend the extra few cents for name brand staples for the household. However they do now also sell outdoor and indoor furnishings.
