Q and Kai were really helpful and they pointed me in the direction of items I was needing they didn't have as well as letting try out a Amp for a bit to figure out if I wanted it or not. Very knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen

They are all always helpful, and the repair tech is extra helpful. Prices are reasonable on repairs and products such as reeds, mouthpieces, cork grease, etc.

This is the second time I have been here. The first time they didn't have what I wanted in stock which is quite understandable. Well here we are again today. I walked into this place to inquire about a guitar, there were two people at the counter. Male and female, the gentleman was helping a lady, understandable, neither one offered assistance while I was looking at what they had. When I decide to leave, the female tells me to have a good day. All while they were yapping, and on their cell phone. I won't step foot back in this so called establishment. Awful, and had the money to kindly buy something I don't recommend.

Came in about 2 months ago looking for a semi-hollow body guitar. Unfortunately they didn't have one at the moment, but that is when my man Q stepped in. Q has been on the lookout for something like what I wanted for months and gave me a call today. The level of customer care is peerless at this place and they have earned a customer for life. Dayton helped us at the counter. Brought out the flutes and explained everything in detail. Great customer service! They offer rentals with replacements and repairs. Awesome set up to get your kiddos started in Band! No complaints. Satisfied customer who will be back!

This is a trumpeters dream. As I told a friend, Trumpets, Trumpets, Trumpets! They seemed to have more than one model of several major brands. And talking to Joey, the manager, was a real treat. He's a trumpet player himself and he is extremely knowledgeable. We just happened onto the store on the way back to Indiana during a road trip. The only down side is that they aren't closer to home. It was a great pleasure to visit the band house!

You won't find a better music store with the selfless staff who know as much about the products as the companies who make them, as they use the products on a regular basis as professional musicians. They have the customer's best interests in mind and do everything they can to negotiate the best price with the manufacturer. And provide incredible private lessons.

These guys are awesome. Even though their lessons need lessons. There's only one instructor and he only teaches guitar, drums, and banjo. I was hoping for woodwinds, I always wanted to play the saxophone.

My daughter is starting beginners band this year and we didn't have any clue on what all she needed or if she will even continue band after this year. The staff knew exactly what all she needed and got it all together for her and explained what it all to her. They have an awesome rent to own program that also insures your instrument. You can also buy it off shelf if you want. I would recommend others using The Band House.
