Several of Pharmacy staff other than the Pharmacists are extremely rude. They don’t listen and they will talk over you. They could really use some customer service skills. I work in customer service and I give good reviews for excellent customer service. I understand people have bad days occasionally, but 9 times out of 10 I get awful customer service with the Pharmacy Technicians. The Pharmacists are usually pleasant to talk with. Yes, I can go to a different Pharmacy, but for the last 2 years they are the only ones that accept my insurance unfortunately.

Great shopping, found everything we needed. Sale items were in stock. Only thing was wrong was the guy sacking was wishing he could be somewhere else. Not friendly. Cashier was nice and helped with any questions we had. Store was clean and stocked well. The older guy in the produce section always speaks. Seems like a really nice man. Makes it nicer to shop in the store.

This is not the first issue i have had there. They do not care.I called several days trying to get my meds refill wasn't all them had to get a a new from the doc. However they could have told me 4 days ago that they didn't have my medicine at all. Not the first time I say. Instead I keep calling finally get someone and was told they do not have it in stock. I should have received a phone call and told that. Now I'm out and spent the last 6 days trying to get my medicine. If someone would have told me they were out of stock then it would be alot different but after I have called every day to just pick up my medicine. 6 days in its not in stock either. That was the last straw. I'm transferring if it is only one prescription every 3 month it turns into a week event trying to just get medicine. If someone had a serious condition they would have to find an alternative or go to the hospital. It is just sad.

My husband and I have used many pharmacies in Texarkana. This is the best pharmacy in town. My husband has many prescriptions and they always get them filled, text him when they are ready, are cheaper than any other pharmacy and they give you a prescription card to punch for each filled prescription and after 5 punches you get 20% off your groceries. When you switch your prescriptions to this store you get a $75 gift card to use in the store. What other pharmacy does that? You can't expect perfection in today's world. So many other people are needing their prescriptions filled too.

The Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are very nice. I like their customer service. Yes, they do get very busy. So if you feel like they were not friendly, remember with so many prescription laws changing and all the extra steps they are required to take. It takes up so much of their time.I have tried other pharmacy's and I be truly believe Albertsons pharmacy by far are the nicest and quickest there are.

They are totally off on when your medicine is due. The man behind the counter knew it was wrong and was telling me so. The lady that was there was trying to make it my fault and it wasn't.

I have been trying to pick up my meds for a week now but every time I go in there is a long line i don't know what the problem is but something needs done i need my meds this problem has been going on for a while now. I have been doing business with this company for many years but I'm about to switch there is no excuse for every time I go in there is a long line i have went at several different times but the line is always the same why have two registers when they won't use them im standing in line because i have no choice i need my medicine there is at least 4 people behind the counter but only one cashier there is no reason for a line like this

There are often long lines stretching a third of the way across the store. It's consistently understaffed. No drive through even though there's space on the property for it

I understand the stress but this might be the worst pharmacy in the world. Always an issue, treat customers like scum, and plan on being here at least 45min-1hr

Computers are always down , they only have one person checking out. I have literally been in line for over a hour. I tried to get it moved to a different pharmacy, but couldn’t. Go somewhere else unless u have all day to wait.

Worst service I've ever had employees couldn't be more rude or ignorant and when I called to complain they acted like I was retarted. Horrible customer service will never go back. I hope you dont either.
