Been boarding my 3 pups here for years! Current owner is wonderful to my dogs. Kennel is clean and the dogs pull me in which is always a good sign. They went above and beyond this last stay and took one of my dogs across the parking lot to my vet to get his stitches removed! Dogs are always clean and fluffy when I pick them up. Can’t recommend enough!!!

I travel almost weekly and my 2 dogs and cat love it here. They're always happy when I grab their over night bag and beat me to the car. This is their 2nd home and they are well taken care of, happy & well fed when I pick them up.

Left my Great Dane here for a few days and he came home with cuts on his legs from being leashed in the kennel and severe swelling on his nose! They pushed off my calls about his injuries and said they didn’t notice any injuries when he was there. Please take this into account before sending your babies here!!

Had an appointment for a Monday. Was told Mondays are specifically for elderly dogs because they are not busy. . Drive 25 miles and arrive at 8:50 am. Was then told I’m an hour late and they can’t be groomed because they are busy. I was not told 8 am at appointment. I’m a responsible person and had i known it was 8 am specifically I would have been there. I’ve never dropped off my pets before 9 am anywhere for a groom.Stopped using this place when other owners had it, gave it another shot with new owner. Disappointed and will look elsewhere

My dog looks great but terrible customer service!!Amend: Should have NEVER went back. Dropped her off on Friday for boarding and scheduled a bath and de-shed for Monday. The owner answered the phone on Monday and said she had no time for my dog and to just come get her and then hung up on me. I had to call from another number just to get her to answer me and she slammed me on hold and never picked back up. When I picked up my dog, she wouldn’t even come out and speak to me.

I scheduled to have my cat groomed.When I called to confirm the time & date., the female informed me,In A Very Rude tone of voice, ' We don't groom cats' and hung up on me! I was checking for cat grooming and the internet 'said they are PERMANENTLY Closed' !!! Great news!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had with a groomer. It was my first time using them and definitely my last. My aussie was picked up with bruises, gashes, missing hair patches, and a cut paw. I took my baby to the vet, and they explained that her tummy was bruised, and they could not imagine why it would look like this. When I confronted the groomer/owner, she said my baby was "overweight", which is why the bruising was caused by the strap, and that her paw was bleeding because her nail was cut in the nail bed. My aussie is 8 and gets groomed regularly, and I have NEVER had to experience anything like this. I requested a refund because I paid $70 for THIS, and she would only give me half of it back. This is totally unacceptable. I should have received ALL of my money back, and this owner should have acknowledged what she did instead of trying to say it was because of my dog's weight or long nails.

I took my sweet baby here to have him trimmed and they completely shaved him bald!! now he looks terrible and it just breaks my heart! I do not recommend them!
