Great store but customer service is bad. What's the point of having an app requesting a worker for propane to have to walk inside to pay? Employee did not have scanner and refused to go in the store to get it. My baby was with me and it was very inconvenient.

My husband and I stopped in to check out a new dog food, and were approached by a friendly employee offering help. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands, took the time to compare ingredients on the bags, and shared what she feeds her animals. She then proceeded to check us out where we stood so we didn't have to wait in line. This woman's name is Jessica. Because of her, we are going to be doing business at this location instead of the one closer to our house. Thank you Jessica for all of your help!

I've had an RV now for two months and Tractor Supply has only had propane once out of the about 10 times I've tried refilling my propane tanks. They are always out.Can't y'all schedule the guy to come more often and refill your tanks.Whatever the problem is, it's a major customer service failure.

Had some cute and quirky farm stuff. I liked the saying on the shirts. But mine and my friend's favorite part was the 1. Adorable baby chicks in the tubs and 2. Giant colorful metal rooster statues. They were even on sale!

They have what I need most of the time.I would not buy their trees in the springtime. I bought three peach trees and two of them died pretty much immediately. You only have 30 days to take them back and I noticed the two that didn't sprout right around day 35 to 40. The one that did sprout around day 35-40 seems to be doing okay. They have no real warranty on their trees.

Great staff! Would definitely recommend this Tractor Supply over the one in Canton. Terrell has much better employees and a cleaner store.

Stopped by to look at mowers, more specifically to compare mowers in person, My research at home seemed to point to Bad Boy mowers. After arriving at the Terrell Store, Ricky was the outside employee who made contact with us.He was very friendly and helpful. Will probably get my new BAD Boy zero turn from this Home Town Store.After visiting Home Depot and Lowes, the mower they carry are just not made with good thick steel for the price.Ricky said they assemble and even oil and gas them up making them ready for pick up. With a 2 year warranty that is added to the 3 year manufacture warranty giving the buyer a 5 year engine and major parts warranty.The same home depot Toro is about 300 dollars cheaper than TS, but my research doesn't bode as well for Toro.

We are full time rv'ers and frequently need propane. 9 times out of 10 this location is out. You absolutely have to call ahead to make sure it's available. You always have to go get someone, which is fine, but when they come out they're not friendly and make you feel like you're putting them out for needing propane.

I am a commercial truck driver with a company that services tractor supply. this location needs to have a better set up for us as commercial truck drivers to deliver their products. there are a lot of our trucks that are getting damaged by having to worm our way to this dock area. Which at the end of the day is causing lost wages and downtime for the drivers as well as the cost for repairs to the commercial vehicle. perhaps a mobile ramp should be considered At this location.

While I absolutely love tractor supply and will shop here when I can, I have been disappointed in the past 3 visits I've been there. Online pickup section has had nobody in the desk and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing the associate that helps me. Lines are brutal and I think in the past 5 visits I've only had a short wait once. An environment like this makes employees feel overwhelmed and they won't give customers their best. There's still great associates there but I can sense their stress levels when they are helping me.

I have seen this store go from having some of the best managers, (Wayne, Kerrie) to currently having one of the worst. Never there, is rude and short with customers. The assistant mangers try their best but they are run ragged because the floor staff are always hiding in back or in the parking lot. Their inventory control is shameful. I don't know who sets the re-order min/max numbers but they are way out of wack. My wife and I own a pet service business and we used to recommend the 4Health line of food to all our customers but this store is always out of the items we recommend. I tried talking to the manager about the problem but he said it was out of his hands. We have switched to Chewy.com and are recommending it to our customers.

Great store. Always have something on sale. Friendly staff and everyone's helpful. The shelves hardly get empty so someone plan there supplies well. I can always get what I need. It's also wheelchair assable and clean. The shopping carts never run out. Someone alway gets them before that happens. And they have low prices.

This store is usually OK, but I found out thru experience from one of their products that they control/modify product ratings making them look better than they are. I rated an item with 1 star and tractorsupply.com changed the rating to 3 stars and there is no mechanism to fix it. Makes me not want to shop there and results in distrust in the company brand. disappointing.

Overall, I like TSC, their products and staff. However, do NOT trust their reviews of products. I've tried to rate a couple of really bad products, and they don't show them, and I've heard the same complaints from others. TSC should just let the reviews stand and let the chips fall where they may. Artificially boosting reviews is what the unethical companies do.Update: I was not given a reason NOR was I allowed to update the reviews. This is what china does....This makes your company look unethical. Fix it.....

Just moved to the area and have always been a fan of tractor supply. Walked in and there is one register open. As I walked through the store, I see employees in several places. Yet the line to the register has people all the way back the aisle with the winches. That's well over half the distance to the back of the store. I can't understand how that could happen with so many employees.

Saff is friendly. I went here to pick up a few gifts. I found a rack full of $15 military replica flashlights (the ones w/ different colored lenses you can swap out) like I use to have. Out of the 15 they had, only 2 worked properly. The rest had broken switches and wouldn't turn on or stay on. when I told one of the staff members, he said " I know, that's why they are so cheap". These flashlights we're not marked as " Defective" or on sale/clearance. They were being sold as NEW and in working condition. I'm just glad I didn't buy one and give it as a gift. 2 stars instead of 1, only because the staff is friendly. But:"TRY before you BUY" here!

Tractor supply in Terrell Texas told me that they could fill my propane bottles as long as I get here before dark. I show up before dark and now they tell me, I can’t get propane until the next day. They need to make up their mind, and I can set my schedule. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here but I can promise you that it will be the last.

Guys in Terrell store real helped me out today. Bought a saw at the Greenville store witch is now about to relocate. Saw broke took it back because I got the warranty. Sence store was moving they didnt have a replacement in stock. Thank goodness for the guys at Terrell. The replaced it for me instead of me waiting weeks for a replacement. Thanks again guys.

Found what I came in for right away thanks to immediate attention from floor personnel direvting to aisle item was on. Also everyone had masks on. Very Thankful when I get to go in a place & everyone is following Covid gudelines. At 68 I Never put myself at risk. Store was very clean as well. Appreciated my first time experience there.

NO LONGER SHOPPING HERE.... When Cary was running things before she got her RAISE to Corporate we got a 15% discount because we run a for profit kennel and a rescue non profit as well for catahoulas.Last year we spent over 30k in the store Ask Mike the assistant manager he used to joke we might just move in we were in the store every day. Now the other day the new manager walks up without even asking any questions says "I AM NOT DOING THAT I AM THE NEW MANAGER" then walks away We will find someone else to work with us somewhere else.

We went friday 2/22 Arlyne helped us with an Air compressor we needed ,she went above and beyond in helping us out,all I can say her CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE TERRIFIC! Thank you so much Arlyne! Every trip I make to Tractor Supply is pleasant, But this time was the best. The employees at this location are always very friendly and helpful! Some of the other locations dont even ask if you need any help.

They are always out of something. And you can hardly ever find someone to help you. I ended up having to load my cart and my car. I have pain in my hands and it is very difficult for me to lift those heavy bags. I am going to start going a local feed store. This isn't the first time!!

After calling and being assured there was someone there to fill my propane bottles. I was told they were out of propane when I arrived , I live 20 miles from this location " my reason for calling ahead". Wasted 40 mile round trip!!
