Horrible experience. I tried to board my babies today. I called Ken to ask a few questions. He had an attitude. He was rude and unprofessional, would not allow me to talk. He said that I had spoke with him, when I made the reservation. I did not speak with him, I spoke to a female. If you are rude with me, how do I know that you would take care of my babies. You are very unprofessional and this is at 9 a.m. Who is upset thatearly in the morning? If your having a bad day allow someone else to answer the phones. I'm good on Paws Up. Not a problem with the boarding we didn't leave are babies there. The one star is for the unprofessional phone conversation. I've been nothing but respectful to Ken when I was able to say something. I hope noone else has to experience this type of unprofessionalism.

I am taking my deaf 16 week old Dalmation to Ken for obedience training; he is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and patient with training my puppy (and me). 😊

Great place for grooming! My five Shih Tzus looked awesome. The rates are great for all of the services. The staff is friendly and attentive. They offer accessories for purchase such as collars and leashes. You can also purchase animal food here. I would definitely return. I would recommend making an appointment.

I have always, and will forever love, paws up grooming and boarding! The owners are extremely knowledgeable in all breeds and provides all training classes for all dog sports. They even host the occasional international dog show at their facilities and it’s a great experience for friends and families to come together and exhibit their dogs. I have even had the honor of the owners to groom my own pets and he does a great job everytime!

We really needed our dog to get a bath after she ran away and came back. So when we called he was able to squeeze us in within 30mins. He made us feel very comfortable; like we were leaving our dog in good hands.After picking up our dog he explained a couple things to us and were going back in a few weeks. He didn’t try to “sell” us anything but rather was very helpful.This is definitely someone we’ll continue to go to if our dog needs any more grooming needs.

Great experience. Went for confirmation class. Ken is an excellent instructor. Nice facility. Note: Parking limited to small grassy area. Parking could be an issue in wet weather.

Great guy! Knows what he's doing with the animals. Takes great care of them and even helps with training the particularly more difficult or aggressive dogs. Definitely recommended.

Pretty warm in afternoon, air conditioning only in 1 section of the show area. Clean, bathroom clean, whole area looked good.
