Best store in East Texas. Great sales. The meats are top quality and the produce is very fresh. Good dairy selection and Deli has good sales.Prices may be a little higher but worth it because of the superb quality. PLUS they give great GAS discounts when their loyalty card is used. Plus their weekly fliers and app have great discounts. All in all I don't spend money anywhere else but Brookshires when shopping.

Clean place, no self checkouts, nice variety of bread, organic produce, they also have a deli..we was out of there in 3 minutes, the line wasn't long and the cashier man was friendly, I would definitely say that is on eof rhe best Brookshire's I had around the cornto my house 😉😊

My first time in any of these stores, was the one in Terrell. Immediately I was asked if I need help by the gal in the deli. Thanks! Got what I needed, then at the self checkout, a young person offered help for savings without hesitation. Even some of the customers were receptive and polite. (Eye contact and greetings, pardons, etc). Live the smaller store feel, less crowded. I especially love the mini shopping cart option for less items. And to cap it off, when I was returning the little cart, the cart employee bid me a good day as he took the cart from me. This kind of culture needs to be in all markets. Glad I stopped in.

It seems to be going downhill with the self checkouts. I had a really annoying experience today. Stood there with the help light flashing for close to 4 minutes and then the manager just ignored me and went to help people who hadn't been standing there as long. They are often like that towards me, though. Rude, passive-aggressive, no love lost. Cool. I won't be setting foot in there ever again.

I love this store. It's never a mad house like Walmart and they always have what I need. Customer service is always friendly, very nice fresh fruits and veggies and a nice meat section. I had gone to a few stores looking for Ozarka water bottles and this was the only store that had a fully stocked water section. Store is always clean and I order. I know I can come here to get what I need quickly and get out quickly. Keep up the great work.

In general, the store appeared to be kept clean and organized. The parking lot needs attention for the whole shopping center. Prices are a little high, but I suppose they are everywhere. The variety and number of option is desirable. The personnel are helpful greet you with a smile.

Curbside was great. Good prices, wish they were closer, but it was an easy drive from our home. Definitely will go again, with ordering in advance. Produce was good quality. Meat was nicely trimmed. Got a few bottles of Aste Spumante, which was very nice versus Champagne for New Years.

I bought a Xbox card Sunday the 14th as of Tuesday the 16th I decided to use said card it didn't work said it fidnt exist or needs to be activated/contact seller. Came up too Brookshires I know they assumed it was stolen but they watched cameras and found that I had issues at selfchexk out. (Long hair red head kid was on shift that day) but it kept saying I was duplicating a scan on said card at checkout. The red head guy grabs the card from me goes swaps it out then proceeded to put it in my bag without double checking or informing me I'd need to rescan said new code but proceeded to let me pay the money for it. But Brookshires being Brookshires they solved my issue swapped the card out for me their custo service is amazing 👏 thank you guys so much for taking the time to investigate the issue rather than calling me a liar and making me loose $25 for nothing!

Shame on you! This weekends jubilee in Terrell, towing vehicles with in 5 minutes of parking. Granted it's your parking lot and signs are posted, but the people are there to support the community which they live. And that you want as patrons in your store. There were cars up and down streets and people felt safe in your lot, so they thought. I am a card holder of yours which will no longer be used! Everyone I know and see will know the way I feel about your company. Yes I was one that was towed, and yes I am mad. I just feel for the families that spent all they had to go to the event, and come out to their vehicle gone. Then trying to find a way to go get their vehicle from Mesquite. Granted once again it is YOUR PARKING LOT. Your community is now with 317.00 dollars less to spend in your store. By the way does this happen all days of the week or just during community events?

I had previously given Brookshires 5 stars. I have to edit that rating today. (12/26/23) This morning, not a single employee run register was open. I had to use self checkout. It was a bad experience for me, having to lift a large bag of dogfood many times. The employee standing there stated I didn't have to put it in the bagging area after the voice on the register told me I had to. Same with the 12 packs of soda. By the time I got done with my few items, I was angry at the person watching. I snapped at him. Told him I didn't retire to now work at Brookshires. Told him he watched a senior citizen lift that bag of dog food numerous times and did nothing but stand there with his hands in his pockets. My family had been loyal to Brookshires for the 14 years since I moved to Terrell. Their customer service used to be second to none. Well, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore. I will be moving on Brookshires. You are losing customers over your stupid self check-outs. Didn't you learn from the last time? All it will take to put you out of business is a competitive grocery store with customer service. Your prices are too high to not provide proper customer service.

Best Brookshires I have been to. And I only shop for groceries at Brookshires. This store was well stocked , clean and organized. We needed help finding something and we had 2 people help us. We never experienced that before. At other stores you normally have to go to the registers to get any help

I just moved to Terrell and have fallen in love with this grocery store. I'd rather shop here than anywhere else for my groceries. The prices are reasonable and the staff is just fantastic.Three years later, lots of changes, but I still love this store.

Missing a few veggies that I was looking for.. but they WERE on sale, so.. I understand.. Friendly service for the most part.. I'm not exactly sure why they handed us the box of bandaids we bought on clearance for a buck instead of bagging them... a little weird, lol, but we took them from the sacker and didn't really say anything about it until we got out the door and laughed about it. 😅 The store is clean, a little bit higher priced than Kroger, yet it's convenient & right off the road on our way home. Unfortunately, I wouldn't really buy steaks from here. We don't typically find great marbling or, in our opinion, the quality in the meat department that we are seeking..However, They have some decent coupons on the app as well as some good sale prices now and again... We will definitely be back soon..

Just ran in to get some water and all the employees were kidding around and playing and there was one just sitting on the electric carts and I had to take out my own water. What happened to customer service Brookshire’s in Terrell. Wow.
