What a great place! Not only are you seeing and experiencing history in the making, you have a rich choice of gifts to choose from to take back home to friends and family...coffee from the region, textiles, rocks, precious stones, antiques, etc. Be prepared to spend some time here!!!

Lots for sale here at reasonable prices. Didn't quite get the three older individuals getting drunk on the porch entrance?!

Terlingua Ghost Town is a place stuck in time! They have a gift shop where you can buy lots of souvenirs and a small history museum. However, the main atraction is the ruins of what used to be one of the first towns in the old western USA. You can even play an old game with horseshoes cowboys and gunslingers used to play, i know it thanks to "Red Dead Redemption" a western based videogame mimicking those old good times!!

We enjoyed looking around the old time general store. The Starlight restaurant was only open at dinner, and it had long wait times, so we didn't eat there. The ghostown was a lot of fun to check out, and the Terlingua history was interesting to learn about.

There's lots of good touristy stuff to buy. It is also a great place to drink beer on the front porch.

Our hotel host recommended we stop by to hang out on “the porch”. Nice place to grab a beer and enjoy the view of the mountains. Great book selection inside the store along with other gifts items.

We loved this place. Close to Big Bend!! You can explore all the property and find anywhere to set up your tent. We found a wonderful spot. Nice to have restrooms on the property that isn't too far away. I enjoyed the shower as well. Very cute setup. We will definitely be back!

Awesome shop with tons of cool Terlinqua merchandise and trinkets. People hang outside and drink outside, the inside is really nice and the workers there were great. Buy your Terlinqua T-Shirts here! Had way more than just tourist stuff, they had jewelry, even a book store and homemade items like soaps and snacks. Worth the trip here and they give out guides to the Ghost town. Stop in and buy a beer and a postcard while in town

Fun shop with lots of local knick-knacks and artwork. It's a big store so take your time to browse. Good place to check out while waiting in line at Starlight. Especially loved their little animal figurines and stoneware. Large beer selection too.

The store has two old furnace one on each side of the building that does not have any signs labeled hot or caution. my 4 yr old granddaughter had leaned on it and burned the side of her hand. the manager put a cream on it to help the burn. He know what to do it must have happen before. l was annoyed and said if your going to have an old antique furance running you should either barricade it so that no one else can touch it or at least put up signs saying caution hot.

Always nice to come here and browse an eclectic collection of knick knacks and bric a brac as well as explore the nearby Ghost Town and cemetery. A lot of good finds you in the Trading Company, too, books, crystals and rocks of all sorts, belt buckles, coffee mugs, bumper stickers and Terlingua merch. Something for everybody, even if it’ll just fit in your pocket. Terlingua is a spot for the Ages.

The kind of tourist souvenir store having everything you could want, some things you didn't even think of. Like professionally knapped spear points and arrow heads for cheap. Cool jewelry, local art, gourmet lollipops, rock candy. Some historical displays and folks on the patio playing music. You can put your kids in the old jail, too.

Locals as well as tourist flock to this store that offer everything for tourists like tee shirts and that puzzle for uncle joe. If you want a six pack of Lone Star to sit on the front porch or some sneak food this is the closest place in ghost town. If your Looking for a deal on Mexican Blankets the quilt shop down the road is less expensive and the grocery store with big town prices is right down the road. This is however one of the most complete get something to remember or give away place I know.

A nice surprise to find in the middle of the desert! This store was definitely stopped with a lot more items then I could have possibly imagined. Every kind of t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, blankets, posters, corn job types, stickers, and coffee mugs galore.A nice stop when you're traveling the Big Bend area. If you happen to stop in sure to pick up some souvenirs for all your friends and loved ones. Here are a few photos of our trip to this destination.

Cool shop. Much bigger than it appears from the outside. Prices are a little high for this gift shop especially things branded as Ghost Town which is what I wanted. But $20 for a shot glass seemed like a mistake. Easy parking. Building is old and something inside had my allergies going wild. Friendly staff with great customer service!! Still worth a visit when you are in the area.

It's Terlingua. There's hipsters, 'natives', tourists, rich folk and commoners amok. Somebody's probably playing guitar serenading the whole motley ensemble. There's probably a dog or two wandering around. The aroma from the outhouse may be adding to the eclectic atmosphere helping you feel more exclusive. The parking lot is equal parts mall-crawlers, real 4X4s, minivans and hybrids. The store itself has a wide variety of goods. From snacks & drinks, typical touristy tchotchkes, clothing, hats, blankets, toys. Many people use the Trading Company as a 'hang out.' There's a big, wide porch with some benches and it's a handy place to wait and visit or enjoy a tasty beverage while waiting for the Starlight Theater to open or a table to become available.

Nice gift/souvenir shop in the heart of Ghost Town. We picked up some nice things at reasonable prices. There are some special items priced well, too. It's a bit crowded, but that's part of the fun.

I have been to this shop four times in the past four years and I can always find great gifts for friends and family. This year I found this wonderful book(Tales from the Terlingua porch). Read it on the porch makes me feel like I was there listening stories from the porch sitters.

Browsing thru the trading post, checking out new merchandise and relaxing out on the porch with dogs, musicians and travelers is always a good thing.

Interesting place with some unique items. Some crafts made by locals. The staff was great and gave us instructions on navigating to the border and to big bend. it wasn't too busy when we went and enjoyed seeing the community. It was so nice and peaceful there.

I fell in love with Terlingua and all the stores. I think is a great place to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. You have to be prepared to enjoy some silence and beautiful views.
