Food was amazing! Staff was very kind and answered any questions we had. It took a little long to receive our food, so if you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend it unless they offer calling ahead. Food is definitely worth it though. It’s a little pricey, but most things are in that area. I definitely would go back! Tacos were spectacular. :) they have a little picnic area to eat as well which was great.

To say the food is good is an understatement. It’s the best food you can find in that area. A small food truck that packs a punch. Excellent food, excellent service, killer views. It’s always busy for a reason! The prices are high for a food truck, but given that the area is remote with very little options and a tourist destination, it is justified. We had the birria tacos and quesadillas, barbacoa tacos, and agua fresca melon. We ordered 5 meals there easily and would highly recommend this place.

The brisket tacos were amazing.. the al pastor torta was tasty.. the tamale was small but delicious..There are tables by the food truck if you want to eat here, too. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend this food truck to any one driving through or staying overnight in the area!! They also have a small seating area that is covered.This food truck was suggested to us by a local as we were getting gas in town. So glad we checked it out! The El Gordo's Burger was sooo good! The homemade patty was so tender and juicy, it didn't require any condiments. The fresh toppings and toasted bun were icing on the cake. The Brisket Melt was also delicious! It came with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce which is one of my favorites!Both sandwiches came with fries that were hot and crispy while also soft inside!! So yummy!We'll be coming back for breakfast in the morning.

Great food truck located in Terlingua!!Wish we would have come sooner during our stay so we could come back again before we left. Worth a drive from Big Bend.The food was great. We tried breakfast tacos, it's 4 mini tacos per order. The bacon and chorizo were really good but honestly the potato might have been my favorite because they were cooked to the perfect level of crispy.They have a nice spot to sit under for some shade during the day if you want to eat there. It's pretty to sit under the mountain and eat.Their extended hours are a blessing when so much is closed on Sundays or not open as early/late.

I scooped this spot out to grab breakfast on the way to Big Bend early in the morning. I timed it just perfectly to arrive just after their opening at 7AM. While they didn't have their breakfast menu up I asked and they said they did have biscuits. I had a ham biscuit unsure what else would come on it but it did have egg and cheese.The ingredients weren't bad but the biscuit itself was not great. They also didn't have any mustard, mayo etc so it was quite dry.The coffee though was delicious and overall this food truck served it's function powering me through the morning hike.

I really wanted to love this place. Maybe it's a victim of high expectations? Atmosphere is gross: there is an outdoor shower for the cabins next door filled with towels and old shampoo bottles you get to look at if you go to the restroom, so we took it to go and ate in the car in the parking lot. 25 minute wait for four tacos. We were the only people there. Tacos were meh at best. I hope others have a different experience.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options

Great food truck with some covered outdoor seating. It’s on the edge of Study Butte/Terlingua under Bee Mountain. We stopped for breakfast on our way to Big Bend NP, and weren’t disappointed.Got the chorizo breakfast burrito, which was big and perfect! Lots of egg cheese and chorizo filling, grilled tortilla, and salsa on the side. Loved it.

Spot is just before entering Terlingua, the food was amazing. Highly recommend the sausage and egg bisquit. The bisquit with sausage and gravy is also on point. If you want lunch i recommend the El Gordos burger. Add bacon and cheese. Great food all around

Headed to Santa Elena didn’t get to eat breakfast. Saw this place open. I tell you what, if you don’t stop here you’re missing out on the most delicious breakfast. (I got the Wright way)
