Stayed one night at Casa Patrón.Things we loved werethe outdoor showerGood amount of towels stored everywhere.High class soap products rather than cheap ones.Awesome window view.Outdoor seating area and fire pit.Things that were not good werethe cleaning crew most likely wipe the storage counter with Fabuloso and turn the glasses and cups upside down but that then soaked the cleaning scent into the cups. So a glass of wine or cup of tea tasted horrible like you were drinking cleaning supplies. So we just washed and cleaned everything again before we used them intensely.Someone else’s socks and used ear plugs were left on the side of the bed so they most likely had to rush the cleaning job.One of the showers had a lot of mold at the base wall which looked disgusting.Outdoor shower door didn’t close properly at all and when we text them they sent a trick to close it but it didn’t work and they never bothered to come and fix it so the door basically was open for critters to crawl through. Glad we didn’t use that bedroom area we just closed the door.Overall good experience with a few things that can be fixed with communication and wouldn’t stop us from returning.

Stayed at Casa Patrin. Best of both worlds. Convenience of renting a house, amenities of a very nice hotel. Loved the fire pit, love the picture window overlooking the desert. No tv, no problem. Such a nice place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Easy drive into Big Bend National Park. Air conditioning and hot water were both great. We took our two small kids and they loved the outdoor shower and exploring around the backyard dessert. Plenty of room for a pack n' play in either bedroom.

Casa Anejo is nicely decorated but small. There is therefore no wardrobe and no table, not even a small one. The most painful thing we missed was a toaster. That's why we toasted our bread over the campfire in the mornings and evenings. That sounds romantic, but it isn't always, namely when the fire is mostly smoking and the toast smells of fire accelerant. Still, we'd come back if a table and a toaster were added to the furnishings, as the standard of accommodation in Terlingua is generally modest.

Very comfortable, four adults without a problem and a fifth if they don’t mind sleeping on a couch. Everything was super clean and the outdoors surrounding area is amazing. As hot as was today 8/6/21 95* it definitely stayed cool indoors

WOW, where do I begin? My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary at a quite town. Terlingua was the perfect location. While searching for places to rent, I came across this location. We decided to pick Casa Anejo due to the price and availability. Once we arrived, we fell in love with the view. Its located off the main road but the entrance is facing away from the road. There isn't anyone to check in with because a code was sent to us by email along with all the instructions, places to eat and shops to visit. As soon as we walked in, the blast of cold air hit us. Im so thankful the ac was already set at 70 degrees because it was already over 100 degrees outside. The inside was super clean. The bed, oh my, its so soft and comfy and so are the pillows. We also had an inside shower and but used the outside shower with privacy quite often. The view from our bed and window was amazing. Watching the sunrise was breath taking. I highly recommend booking Casa Anejo.

Sweet little domicile in the Chihuahuan desert. Overall, a nice place to hang your hat for a night passing through, or a week while you explore Madera Canyon or Big Bend National Park. We stayed in Casa Anejo, a great little Casita on the edge of Terlingua.Give 'em a shout if you'll be in the area, but grab a reservation first, they book quickly. You won't regret spending a night in one of their lodgings! Safe Travels!
