First time going there today, honestly, I didn’t even know the place was there. I’m sure glad I found it though!! I won’t be going to any other feed stores from now on. The people are really friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, the gentleman who rang me up, also helped me put the thing together that I had just bought. I told him what I was looking for, and he took the time to listen to me explain what I was using it for, and offered me a MUCH better option that I didn’t even know about. Thank y’all so much for such amazing customer service! 🙌🏼

Words cannot describe just how amazing the Temple store is!! I've been shopping there for over a year and every time I walk in they greet me by name! How's that for good business? They always have what I need, and if I'm in the market for something that they don't have they are more than willing to special order it for me! These guys and gals are the real deal. Not only are they professional, but they know exactly what they are talking about when you ask any kind of question. Only one time did one of the employees not know the answer to my question so he took it upon himself to go ask someone else that did know. The plant starts are of the highest quality- the feed is superb and the service is second to none! Look no further!!!

I was curious about this store, and ended up impressed with their offerings of supplies for animals from birds to horses. It is a clean, well stocked store, with excellent signage. I bought a medium sized metal bell for myparrot ($1.79) & a roll of thin wire for crafts.

Just went in to get flea killer today and the girl that helped me was so freaking awesome!!! She was very informative and helpful and knew her stuff. Her customer service was perfect!!! Need more people like that in the world...

Decent selection for pet needs (what I am typically shopping for). They have a full range of grooming items and some nice options for food. Customer service is alway great. When they haven't had something I've needed, they've always been quick to order it.

They have lots of stuff I can't find anywhere else for my dog and they are well priced. The employees are always kind and helpful. They'll even special order something if you want it with no extra charge and will call you when it gets there.

I ordered (1)alfalfa bale and (6) bags horse feed. I paid the invoice and instructed the clerk that I need the alfalfa bale first in the bed of the truck then load the horse feed. I ask her to let them know I was driving to the trailer to get the bale first. I set there for a good while and thought something's wrong! So I drove back to the store and told another lady no one came to load my truck with the alfalfa. She told me the tickets go back to the loaders but she would call to check up on my order. I ask her if by chance did the other girl not call and tell the loading staff I wanted it the way I ask for,,,, . I'm really not having a bad day, just the lack of customer service.

Temple feed and supply is a great place to fill all your pet needs, the prices are very reasonable and they have a good selection. The staff are remarkable and so sweet and they have an adorable live in guard cat named Jerry.
