Great experience! Logan was VERY knowledgeable and helpful while we were deciding which baby to take home. We ended up choosing a lesser yellow belly female and I am in love! She's sweet, comfortable being handled and has fit in perfectly. Logan runs a good shop. All of the animals are very well cared for and if great quality. We will be back!

The Rad team is extremely helpful and cares about their animals. They do their best to make sure their customers know everything they have to share about the animals they buy. They are always willing to help and are active in the community. I got my chameleon through them and Logan helped me through everything.

This is the best pet shop in temple! i have ordered a panther chameleon and 2 baby tortoises also some hermit crabs and Logan was very helpful with all of it he’s nice and knows a lot about exotic pets and answers all my questions honestly if your looking for some help or to purchase some cool pets he’s the guy! I have been looking all over for a male cockatiel bird for my female cockatiel bird. I picked up my new bird RAD exotics today. This bird is tame personable, not afraid not aggressive. I am very impressed with the quality and the care To the animals that they have in their store. This particular bird was in round rock and they went and picked it up and brought it to the store in Temple for me. They are amazing!! Been trying to get my new juvenile ball python to eat who hasn't ate since I had gotten him. I was almost lost for words with how I was going to feed him. Until I found out about this place. Glad we have another exotic pet store in Temple that has live feeders, and freshly euthanized feeders. Went in today and was given a freshly euthanized feeder for him, and he finally ate! Thanks again yall. Ill be sure to be taking any of my reptile needs to this place. And for those who complain about cleanliness. Get over it. Yes its going to smell like a barn. They have feeders everywhere along with a plethora of animals looking for new homes. Thanks again Rad Exotics!

Logan's a freaking WONDER! My pet Tegu pulled a jailbreak and he helped me get her back home within a day of calling him for help, on top of helping my neighbors out while lending me a hand *and* suggesting an antibiotic spray I could use for my Tegu's nose after she tried to fight the humane trap we used to snag her back to safety. All in all, Logan's officially my go-to Animal Dude!

I purchased a turtle when visiting a friend there six months ago. It was an impulse buy cause it was so cute. I did not realize how I would fall in love with my turtle. I called them because I wanted to purchase another because I just felt he needed a friend. They let me know just what it would take and how much work it would be. But I wanted a friend for my baby. In the process I got sick and was unable to return to Temple. He arranged to have my second turtle sent to me. My babies are doing well and love each other. I have plenty of pictures! Always sending pictures to my family and friends of the two of them kissing and riding on each other backs. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my babies!

Tried helping owner get shop fixed and going right. Instead, learned he has zero experience with animals, didn't even attempt to keep birds or other animals in fresh water. Pulled dead birds and reptiles out of cages during open business hours. Should have left them there and not try to help him .Dead feeders left rotting in cages, animals forgotten in enclosures. Educational program information is off google, not personal knowledge or experience. Cant give the most basic of care information. Yes, there are snake mites, no matter how much listerene used as disinfectant. Has a dutiful fan base, but the bad will always rise to the surface.And he doesn't raise his own feeders. They are purchased from the rodent shoppe wholesaler near Houston weekly. There are a few desperate breeders who keep him supplied as well.AND CANT EVEN GET BUSINESS NAME SPELLED CORRECTLY!

Store was super dirty lack of food and water for most, dead birds and more, owner had no knowledge of what he was selling husbandry etc miss information on care of animals will lead to their suffering Death because he doesn’t know or educate. Beware of sick animals!

I came in today and A bunch of animals all dead In their cages. There was mold in their cages from the looks half the animals haven’t been fed in couple of weeks just neglected and horrible customer service.

Great shop, great prices, and friendly employees! my wife and I bought 2 turtles, some new isopods, and some frozen mice. Both the turtles and isopod colony we got are healthy and doing great, and the frozen thawed mice are some of the best quality feeders we've ever bought from a store, even our two pickiest snakes who refuses all other frozen thawed mice took it instantly. We'll only be buying feeders from here from now on.

Place is dirty. Be sure and get a recipient and guarentee. Paid $100 for a tortoise that died shortly after purchase. Animals not kept in adequate enclosures no with proper heating. Sad.
