I am very disappointed and saddened that I wasted my time at this florist. I asked if they could create a pink arrangement like a white one they had in their case. They told me yes. The flowers delivered were a poor copy of the arrangement chosen. The roses were tiny and the whole thing looked sloppy.I would have appreciated being contacted about unavailability for my order. They had my phone number and email. I went in personally to be sure there would be no issues with receiving the perfect arrangement. I guess I should have done more due diligence and taken a picture of the arrangement in their case.I will not trust this florist again.

Now if you want to find a 5 🌟 rated florist, well this is the place to go in the Temple area. You will be amazed when you step inside of this fine and beautiful establishment. Was just going in to get a homecoming mum for my girl for the game on Oct 19. I was overwhelmed of all the beauty inside. Look at my photos and it will tell all. Look at the fantastic wide variety of the Hallmark selection too. 👍's up and a 5 🌟 rating is well deserved for this business. Update: 4 Oct, 2023. Always a selection of floral arrangements. Plus---- don't forget about the homecoming mums. A wonderful display and to make to your liking.

Hands down the best customer service! I walked in this morning to order corsage and boutonnière and I did not know what to expect but the lady looked at my pictures and should me flowers. She helped me pick out a bracelet to put it on and the ribbon I like. I recommend using them for!

What a fun store! It reminds me of Kathe Wohlfahrt in Germany--Christmas year round! If you love themed Christmas trees, this is a must-see. Tons of great decorating ideas. There are also handmade items on consignment from local crafters. In the back is a large room where classes are held on wreath-making and floral arranging. It can also be rented for meetings. Corsages, plants, custom baskets, weddings, and more. Special events on First Fridays! Be sure to say hi to Dory the dog.

VERY disappointed in the flowers I had sent to a life long friend. I specifically told Connie I didn't care for roses. I specifically said I wanted bright and cheery... This is anything but. Roses look like they will only last another day or so. This picture was sent to me 5 minutes after she got them...I spoke with the manager and she said she would explain to the designer's what bright and cheery means. I am a former designer and this is totally unacceptable for the price I paid. No refund or partial refund offered. Be careful ordering over the phone.

These florists (there are several here), have always provided exceptional arrangements at value points. My wife spent a wonderfulChristmas with her daughter and grandchildren at the magic of Disney World. Now again separated by a thousand miles, she was a bit melancholy, and I asked for a "cheer up arrangement" with earth tone colors. The result was just exceptional, and she was so pleased!

My daughter and I met with one of the designers a week before her wedding. She was needing a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere for the groom, as it was a simple wedding. From the moment we stepped into the store, the staff was so friendly and excellent customer service. The flowers were so beautiful! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would rate this place a 10! I highly recommend this florist.

Precious Memories always does such a nice job for me. I order from out of town to be sent to my parents. They send fresh flowers that last for at least a week. I get a picture of what they sent. They are always delivered when promised. Great florist to work with!

I live out of town and called the Hospital for a recommendation for a Snack Basket for my nephew. He had just undergone surgery and was feeling down. The hospital recommended Precious Memories Florist. I pulled up their website and noticed the 4.6 Star rating. When I called Tracy S. answered the phone and I told her per the website I was looking for a bigger Snack Basket, Tracy was like sure....let me get my headset on and we will look together. I'm thinking okay not sure how this will work, but lets try. I told her a little about my nephew and his likes and dislikes. She explained all the baskets they had made up and this one sounded great. She sent me a picture and I requested the bow be changed because of my Nephews personality. Tracy was like that is no problem I will make him a bow. My mind was blown and the level of detail and care she took into this purchase. I mean I am out of town and would never see it. She walked me through everything, showed me the finished product and delivered to the hospital herself. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the basket when it arrived to my Nephews room, he immediately tore into it and his Mom said he had a huge smile on his face. I would like to commend Tracy S. for all she did to make this a special moment for him. She is truly an Asset to your company and I will never forget my experience with Tracy or Precious Memories Florist. I only wish I could give them higher than 5 Stars it just doesn't seem enough for all she did to bring a smile to our family. Thank you for everything & YES I recommend this Florist for instate and out of state purchases.

My 14 year old son asked my aunt to the ballet as a continuation of tradition started by my uncle many years ago. He also wanted to make sure she got a corsage as it was part of that tradition. When we called and explained all of this the staff helped prepare the most beautiful wristlet I've ever seen and imo worth more than they charged my son. I highly recommend this establishment to any and all for your floral needs. We'll definitely be back. Thank yall so much!!!

Precious Memories did such an amazing job! With extremely short notice -1 and a half days, they were able to help save my wedding day. 2 days before my wedding a hurricane hit the the florist shop that was doing my flowers and they would be late arriving. My mom called Precious Memories gave them our color scheme and preferences and artistic freedom on the design, and they didn't disappoint. Full bridal flowers just before the wedding. And they were so beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much for making my day so perfect!

I am very grateful to Precious Memories. I was trying to find peonies for my daughter’s newborn photos last minute and was having a hard time finding anything. When I called Precious Memories they were very sweet in letting me know that it’s typically a special order flower but that they had fabric peonies available to purchase. Since this was New Years Day they were closing early so I quickly rushed over to them and was able to purchase the flowers. The gal was very sweet for setting them aside for me and even tho they weren’t real they still looked beautiful in my daughter’s photos can’t wait to blow these pictures up to display in her nursery. ❤️

In a rush, I gave them the wrong information of where to deliver flowers, and they took it upon themselves to try everything possible to get the delivery to the right place. These people said they delivered flowers but they WERE NOT DELIVERED!!!We work from home and would have not missed the chance to receive the order, had it come to the correct address. Don’t know where the flowers ended up but on a very special day such as Valentine’s Day, for them to laugh at their mistake, and then lie in the review saying they were delivered. WHERE???Our apartment office closes at 5:30. So are you saying that after indicating an apt number on the delivery address you ignored that?? I called my apartment Managment this morning and NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. But that’s right you said in your response that the flowers were delivered at 6:15 pm. So you delivered them after the office was closed and thought it was okay to leave them there???? I mean where were the flowers delivered to because they most certainly were not delivered to the address we requested.I wouldn’t bother putting a request in to them because from all the other reviews these folks don’t take them into consideration!!! What a huge disappointment. Seriously do yourself a favor and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE for flowers. Mistakes happen but you guys handled this so poorly.Laughing and being completely rude saying “l I guess no one answered the door” WHAT DO YOU MEAN LADY?!? WE WORK FROM HOME AND WENT ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE! Then, to keep repeating they were delivered after we called you to say we had not received them. We were told that they are on the way and on the delivery truck.What a poor practice. Why mark it delivered if you hadn’t dropped it off yet? Why say it was delivered when you can’t even confirm where exactly they were delivered to? Also how much time would it have taken to make a phone call?I NEVER leave bad reviews because again mistakes happens. But you guys have poor service and others should be aware to not go through the hassle of expecting quality service from you because they won’t get it!

I had ordered a Prom boutonnière from a different florist and when I went to pick up the boutonnière on the day of Prom, the florist was closed even though they had stated that their Saturday hours were until 12 pm and I arrived at 11:40 am to pick up. I was panicked about this unexpected, and highly upsetting situation. I ended up calling Precious Memories Florist and spoke with Wayne. He was very empathetic about my situation with the other florist and said that they would help me right away. They were able to make a perfect boutonnière in my daughter’s chosen colors with very last-minute notice. They literally saved this Mama’s skin today. I will definitely be using them for further floral needs. Thank you Precious Memories Florist for being such a lifesaver for us today!!!

Great shop! Arrangements are always fresh and beautiful! Prompt delivery.They have helped me with personalized special requests and gifts to go along with the flowers 😊My sister loves all things creepy 🕷🕸 The florist found some spiders and made a web out of hot glue to include on my sister's get-well arrangement. She loved it! Very creative touch 😊My mom's birthday arrangements have always been full and beautiful! 💕They always meet my expectations as far as design goes and the colors/flower types requested. You will definitely get your money's worth.I am thankful for Precious Memories for the past couple years! I'm a little sad that now I have to find another florist because my mom moved to Killeen.

Take your business elsewhere, this place cannot follow through with your order and will be unable to give you an answer why in the end. I placed an order for a Valentine’s Day delivery ahead of time online, paid in full, and the flowers were not delivered to the correct address.In the delivery notes I asked for a call before they were dropped off and never received it. I checked with the shop four times on Valentines Day and was assured each time that they were out for delivery, and not to worry. Every time I called I was immediately given an off the cuff answer such as “Maybe they didn’t hear a knock” or “Maybe they were left with the apartment office,” rather than actually looking into the issue. The problem with both of those explanations is that my fiancé and I both work from home, and neither of us heard a knock or got word from the office there was a delivery. Not to mention the driver did not call as was requested.Deborah, the manager that was working with me, offered no explanation because she did not have one. The two options I was presented with to fix this issue was that they would either send an upgraded bouquet today (02/15) or refund my money. While that technically was a resolution for the problem at hand, it does not fix the poor execution and almost assuredly antiquated business practices that result in such errors as delivering to the wrong address and not following the requested delivery instructions.Do yourself a favor and take your business to Woods or try out Maribel’s Flower Boutique. Precious Memories will have you creating bad memories for Valentine’s to come.

It might be a bit pricy but i just appreciate how they can put flowers together by simply telling them what its for. My mom recently passed and it was her birthday and they put together the cutest and prettiest flower arrangement to put next to her mini urn. I almost cried when the lady brought it out. And they lastet quite a while too. And smelled so good.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend. I spent over $220 including delivery and asked for a nice arrangement to include a dozen roses with additional color and a nice vase. I asked to receive a picture before delivery so I would know what my friend was receiving. I did not get a picture and called in to inquire if the order had been delivered. The store manager made it sound like my fault because I did not ask for her when I made the order and the person that took the call was a florist. I told her that it was her employee and that she should not allow them to answer the phone if they are not trained to make notes on an order. I did not receive an apology but was told to ask for the manager next time so they could get it right. I asked to speak to the owner but did not get a call back. I got a call the next morning from the store manager who said the owner declined to speak to me. I told the manager no thanks and that I would not be making a future order. I had spent about $480 with this florist but will not do it again. Own your mistakes, apologize and make it right. Customers have options and I won’t be using this one due to the attitude of the store manager and the owners’ unwillingness to speak to a customer.

I have used Precious Memories for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed with their services. I worked at a flower shop for 12 years so I more than appreciate good service!! I was, 'that' customer today. I called with a last minute delivery to a school for our nephew's birthday. Not even flowers. I asked for a candy basket! And she was MORE than accommodating. As it turns out.. he is home with a fever! It is one of the busiest times for flower shops, but they rerouted it and he has it in had already!!! Thanks for making his day!!!! (and mine ;) )

Wow! If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Ordered online for my aunts funeral. The spray was absolutely beautiful. I know my aunt would have loved it. She was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. The spray was blue and white flowers. We added some Cowboys memorabilia. Thank you so much!!
