I brought my dog here to be groomed and I’ve never been more pleased. I’ve used so many different groomers in the past and this is the best haircut yet. Emily did such an amazing job and I’m so impressed. My dog is still very young and she was able to get the haircut I asked for and he looks incredible. Will be coming back here in the future!

The store is great, but the 2 employees at the grooming/vet services when I was there are useless and rude. There was a big, long cart blocking the special dog food my 19yr old retired service dog likes. So, I asked them to move the cart & was told to move it myself. I pointed out I don't work there, plus customers doing things besides shopping is called a liability. They then said they don't work for PetSmart either, the grooming/vet services is owned by a separate company. They also refused to page anyone to come move the cart.

Great Pet Store. Employees really care. An older lady the works there Angela was amazing awesome. Very knowledgeable. If you ever have questions or need information find her. Especially on weekends. PetSmart has a gem with her being employed there. Thank you Angela!

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES OF EVERYTHING ... 3 times I have been here, and all 3 times I have pulled expired wet food off the shelf (cat and dog food)! As someone who worked in the pet food industry, this means those wet food cans have been sitting somewhere for 2 yrs! Would you eat food that's been sitting somewhere for 2 yrs? No? Then why would you give it to your fur kids?Yes, this store is clean, but the constant expiring food has me looking for other pet food stores.Im not willing to get my pet sick for the sake of "convenience".

I love this Pet Smart. We have purchased all three of our cats from their Rescue in the store. Aside from their odd hours to see the cats it's a great solution as it's still a rescue but everything you need is already done.

This PetSmart offers a lot of products for your pets. They have reasonable prices. I wish they had more employees to help you find things and figure out what you should get for your pet. I try to buy my dogs food when it is on sale.

Recently, I moved to Killeen. I needed a new place to have my dog groomed. I decided to drive out to Temple because reviews were better vs. Killeen Petsmart…. My first experience wasn’t bad however this time I am more than angry. Dolly’s groomer was Ed.What was wrong:• Nails clipped back too far (one nail was bleeding)• Paws were left messy• Ears we’re untrimmed, however the her top knot was trimmed lots.• Her tail looks really funny.• multiple patches of hair missed• no deodorizer• no bows :(I am most angry with the way that the groomer and management handled the situation. The groomer had lots of excuses. All blame was put on my dog. Of course she didn’t want to stand there after she just had her nail injured. She’s been going to groomers for a long time and for them to sit there and blame my dog for everything made me most angry. Hence the review.

I love how Laila is treated when I bring her in for baths. The staff is great. She went in for a bath and trim and came home accessorized, looking and smelling terrific! We Love Petsmart Grooming!

Employees are very sweet. Huge selection of items. Well organized. I wish they had more dog clothes to choose from but the seasonal Christmas/Halloween selection was pretty good.
