When I picked up my fur baby I was so disappointed! He had white stuff all over his back, he was shedding like crazy(normally he does not, not sure if he was brushed) and his nails were definitely NOT buffed with the dremmel, since his claws were uneven & pointy! We paid the additional $12 for the buffing! The groomer that normally grooms my dogs stopped working there and I loved her! I had to brush him out when I got home. My big dog has an appt next week.Update: appt for my big fur baby went well! His coat was shiny, smooth, and soft. His nails were buffed exactly how they normally are because we did pay the additional fee for that. I enjoyed seeing the groomer loving on my fur baby! Bumped up to 4 stars! However, I did not enjoy the 30 minutes wait time after the closing time.It makes me still want to switch groomers, so I will be on the lookout.

My boy usually comes out of the groomer with his facial hair jacked up. This time it was trimmed nicely and they even got the hair that grows down and is usually in his mouth even after being groomed! Will definitely be going there for his groomings...

I scheduled my puppies appointments online. Showed up the morning of their appointment 15 minutes late as I am a nurse and work overnights.....never guaranteed to get out on time. I apologized for being a little late. The lady pulled me up in the computer, walks to the back, then comes back and says we have to reschedule you since you were 15 minutes late!!! Never even looked at my puppies to see they did not need a lot of grooming, just legs and faces trimmed!! I WILL NEVER be using this establishment again!! I could understand if I was 45 minutes late!! Beware when scheduling with this place!

My dogs got a bath and de-shedding add on. They smelled and looked great!! A week later they are still so shiny and silky smooth. The de-shedding add on was well worth it, especially for our fluffy Golden retriever! There’s much less hair coming off of him and he even looks less bulky. The groomers here did a great job.

My dog is a double coated dog, meaning you should never shave them. We brought our dog for a trim (around her butt, face and paws) and they shaved our poor dog so thin! We are not sure if her hair will ever grow back normally. They are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. Any groomer would have known not to shave this type of dog. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had our Great Pyrenees shaved for the summer. A 3+ hour job. He looks beautiful. Did a great job. He will be so comfortable for the summer. Well worth the money. Thanks to the groomer.

The girl did a terrible job all the way around. From just the basic giving them a bath they still smelled after we picked them up. It was almost like she didn't bathe them at all. Then the haircut on mom's little schnauzer she just butchered her and I'm not over exaggerating. It was insane. Paid for the works didn't even get the basics. Teeth brushed LoL nope didn't brush they're teeth. I don't know what the heck she thought she was doing and or she thought we wouldn't notice. She should be fired immediately!

Cheri and Allie are awesome. My little dog first visit Cheri purchased a hand held blow dryer. My little dog couldn't handle the other dryers. I was impressed that she cared about my little dog that she went the extra mile

I brought our dog in for a nail trim and buff. Her nails were trimmed ok but the buff job was horrible. Since i can get this done for a third of the cost by other groomers and at the vets, I will not be returning.

I asked to have no scent put on Turbo and when he came out he smelt terrible. I have many allergies to smells so it is best not to put a scent on him.
