Be very careful with herps- some of the juvenile beardies have classic atadenovirus (ADV) symptoms and are wasting/already dead in the tanks. Unfortunately, they are in with healthy juveniles which will almost certainly contract the virus. This is EXTREMELY contagious so do not handle these and then touch healthy herps. These little guys are still posted for sale so people many unknowingly find themselves in a lot of trouble with an ADV outbreak.

Tonight we went in to buy our new dog some toys and just so happened to pick up a bed by the register. Jakob, who is amazing and friendly, asked us what we know about their Vital Care program. While he explained it we definitely are interested! When we have some more time we will come back to speak with him about setting us up!

We love this location for treats and dog food. We buy Science Diet, and there's always a good variety of flavors. Plenty of summer outfits and accessories. The guinea pigs looked active and healthy.

I spoke to an employee yesterday and was quoted a entry price of price of $24. After it was all said and done for a basic bath today they charged me $45. They asked for a tip, and I said I had to see the work that was done before I added a tip. They said it was policy not to show the dog until after the purchase was done. After all they said, didn't you just order the basic bath? It seemed that every interaction that I had with both ladies was negative. It seems common courtesy to me to show the customer the dog before a tip happens. I don't remember what the employee's name was, but she had a nose ring. Very unfriendly customer service. Levi, the groomer - did an acceptable job, but not worth the price of $45 for a bath only.

I make frequent stops here about once a month for my dog.This is her "Go Bye Bye" place. She loves it. I need to get a video of her one day as she gets so excited and vocal as she is walking around the store sniffing and checking everything out.The employees there are very nice. They love my dog and are ready to help you if you need it. I haven't had need of much for my shopping has been pretty simple. Stock has been pretty good, all be it for the economy and distribution issues the year has had.They have a variety of good brands and healthy foods and snacks to choose from at reasonable prices. I even pick up treats for my cat while I'm there.Here are some pics of the outfits I recently bought for my dog last trip. She was not real excited to model them. Each were about $15The cashier was very nice while cashing out and we chit chatted through the exchange.

Got my baby groomed with Chessy and he looks soo handsome! he went in looking ROUGH with some matting. When checking him in, they let me know what steps would be taken to get him back in shape. When I picked my pup up, he was so happy! I got some helpful tips on how to maintain his coat. Thank you so much, Chessy! 🎉

This place had the CUTEST stuff!! I loved all the accessories for your pet. I got lost in the pet clothes and I also got my puppy the cutest "I love my human" collar charm there. The employees were very nice and super friendly with my dog. They even went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed. The store was a bit messy with the pet clothes kind of a jumbled mess. Overall awesome visit though and will definitely come here again even if I have to dig through a little bit to find what I want.

Went to this store to buy food for our pet and the first time the entire bag was molded, went back a second time to exchange the food and realized the second bag had what looked like mealworms! CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU BUY FROM HERE!! My puppy got sick but thankfully she was ok after a couple of days. I suggested that they might want to check their product that’s on the floor, but they didn’t seem to care which makes sense because it’s not their pets! Both dates on the bags were not expired.

The wife requested that our dog receive a full body #2 cut. The picture below is what you get for $107 dollars.Not happy with the results at all.I hunt him regularly and now his skin is exposed to insects and thorns. Pretty bummed.I figured it was a mistake because it was so uneven (stuff happens). However, I called and was informed it was done for sanitary reasons.The one positive. The dog came back happy and appeared to have had a positive experience.An un-happy customer,-C

They carry a lot of different dog food options. But you can get some of the same options at Walmart cheaper. Items like dog sweaters and toys are expensive. The up side to Petco is if you by a small animal like a Guinea pig and it dies the next day they will give you a new one.

It's where the pets go 🐾 We went for the Vetco shot clinic. The customer service was professional, quick, and courteous. They were gentle with our cat, and treated him with love. You set up your appointments online (make sure the phone number & address match with your account because that's how they text message you to come inside Petco for your scheduled appt.)Some side info, Petco has a bin up front for donations for local shelters 😊🐈‍⬛🐕🐀🐇🐦🐢🐍🐾

Went here to get a few treats for my puppies. Got what I need but there is no one working so you can't ask for assistance with anything. Went to check out and they now charge for the plastic bags. If I would have known, I could have brought a reusable bag BUT surprise. Not happy because I had two other stores to go to and no place to put what I bought, in the car would have been too hot.

They had the food I was after but I was shocked by how expensive. All good dog food seems to cost as much as my wife and I spend a month on our own food and complain how much food costs. So, imagine a disabled person who has a service dog (Boxer) with horrible allergies and is on a fixed income and have to cut back on my meds to save money so my dog doesn't suffer. This is what happens when corporations govern our country.Update: I was way to nice on my 1st review. Went back 10 days later to buy more canned Food @ over $5 a can and their shelves were out, asked if they could check in the back since we just got our dogs switched over. They said it was too hard to get too. I said I'd wait. Then they were out because it was too hard to get too.

For grooming I would not recommend. This was my second time comming and they did my poor baby wrong. I believe the groomer for this appointment was Chelsea. Not to mention her and this other coworkers (didn’t. Get a chance to get her name) were rude before I even checked my baby in. It felt as if they didn’t not want my business. She sorta yelled at me in front of other people who were dropping off their dogs.and it was embarrassing. And the only reason I came back a second time was bc of all the availability. I can see why now. I will never get my dog groomed there again. I should’ve listened when everyone said to go to PetSmart.But for the store , I have to say there was a gentlemen there named damion ( forgive me if I spelled wrong) was super. He was so kind and attentive and is the only reason why I would go back to buy from Petco. Hes amazing.

Damion was so patient and polite. He assisted the children in holding the animals, and knew which animals were too irritated to hold. It was very obvious that he loved his job and cared equally for the animals and humans. He made our visit most enjoyable. Now the kids have decided to save their allowance for their future pets of choice... fish, salamander, snake, and gerbil. 🤗

Redesigned their layout, but staff is helpful to find what you need. I did have to order some of the things I wanted online as they didn't carry them in store. An associate up front completed my in store and online orders quickly and efficiently.

They had what we needed. That's what matters. (1) They have a cat litter refill station. Saves us and the environment to reuse/refill our container. (2) Needed worms for my dragon. Most of the horn worms were dead. Found 1 out of 5 with alive worms. 👍The customer service wasn't the best. The cashier was very focused on having a continued conversation with the person ahead instead of each customer afterwards. Felt weird. Unwelcoming for us. On the other hand, probably felt very welcoming for the previous customer. 🙃

Staff very limited supply of everything. Area very clean along with items on the shelves. Update: 26 Nov,2023. Let me say that it was a new experience. Under going revamping or remodeling. Lots of everything inside. Plus they are going to have "Vetco" Vets on site too. Staff very friendly to help with your needs. Going back on Dec 2 for pictures with Santa. Yeah !!!
