This store is constantly dirty, unorganized, certain employees are too busy at the cash register to greet you while hunched over looking at their phones, and they play loud music; consequently, when I told the manager on duty the music was too loud he just looked at me and said, "SORRY."..then he went back to not paying any attention to customers, left the loud music on and kept changing the songs.I call this total lack of customer care and disrespectful behavior.This store HAS ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR STAFFING..ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.The only reason I go there is because I do not have a vehicle and pretty much have to do errands at night.I would avoid this store if possible!

Store has been clutter for awhile it's starting to look better so is it because they hired someone that needs and cares about their job because the others don't care. Hope they keep that person and give them some descent hours because one or two days a week isn't going to get that store in order. Just because you are close to the ghetto area doesnt mean to have a ghetto looking store. Let's improve and keep the good works and get rid of the others.

This Family Dollar has a wide variety of items. They always have what I need. The crew are fast and efficient. Never spent a lot of time in line and workers are always friendly.

It's very unorganized. Watch out for cashiers in the day time. This light skinned guy with long hair will open your items for no reason watch him.

Our Family Dollar would be great, if they had more employees to stock and help with long lines cashing out. Heard rumor that manager was mean and everybody is quiting, but he has been nice to me.

Only one door works to get Into the store.. it’s been like this for over a year now. When you walk in by the clothes section there’s hundreds of items just at laying on the floor. . So dirty! There’s only one employee working and he moves slow Af ! This is why I go to dollar general

I love having this store in my neighborhood! There are great deals on lots of items, including food (canned, packaged & frozen), and drinks. Also, they have paper products, office supplies, gift choices and one of my favorites is the Egyptian Musk essential oil!

Employee was a bit rude. Instead of saying there's active covid in the store he could have just asked me if I had a mask and asked if I could put it on. I don't normally forget but I had left my mask at home. If there was someone who came in the store,especially if it was an employee,the store should have been sanitized as best as they can before allowing customers or employees back in the store!!

Its in a convenient location for those who frequent the VAMC or are hospitalized and family members need to get things for them. It was great to have it so close while needing pliers and fishing across the street. Always a sale on something there.

Very good store, asked for a black ottamon that they had out of stock and they let me know when they got their next shipment and I was able to get some lovely furniture.

The store manager is always very busy, but still have space & time to addres all the customers needs in a profesional , kind and friendly manner, invites to visit the store again,many veterans are thankfull for the services, and I am one of them.

Honestly, not much here for a dollar, but that's the case with most "Dollar Stores" these days. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are a varied assortment of products at mostly reasonable prices.

Staff are friendly and professional. Only negative for me is the aisles are always crammed with inventory. I use a walker, but not when I shop here.

Bad customer service wouldnt put my dog food in a bag and i asked nicely so i took 7 big bags to bag my own dog food thank you family dollar will not go back any time soon
