The store was super busy on a Thursday night. And When I came in I was immediately impressed by how the store shelves looked! The staff that was on tonight had things looking sharp! Product was pulled up to the front of the shelves everything was very shoppable and organized. The only reason I can’t get five stars is because when I came out to my car somebody had thrown up right next to my drivers side door. 🤢😏

This location must stay really busy because shelves were not stock when i visited this store as well. The parking lot is very small and oddly shaped, the store is cluttered and unorganized. However the staff was kind.

The aisles are not uniform in width so they aren't handicap accessible. The problem seems to be the cardboard displays of promotional products.

Very dirty store, nothing stocked, waited behind 7 people and it took forever to get checked out. They only had one clerk and not sure as to why and the service was horrible. She acted like she was doing me a favor. For all customer service people, especially jobs like these, if it wasn't for US, the customers that you wait on, you would not have a job!

I enjoy dollar general. They have a lot of unexpected things...crafts, games and etc. Make-up, hair accessories and greeting cards are the cheapest I have found anywhere!! Same quality BUT a LOT less money 💰!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I had to step over and around trash on every single isle. Things were everywhere. No organization at all. Back room was open and fullllll of trash. Trash bags were even spilling out to main area. So so so gross. Needs to be shut down. And girl working counter was extremely rude.

The people who work here are friendly, but the Dollar general company seems to be very disorganized, so the employees can't ever get product on to the shelves. There are 4 Dollar general stores in Temple, and all of them have the same problem. I now have to go all the way across town to Walmart to find the product that I want. I wish the top people of the company would call me, because I have a bunch of questions for them on their organization process, and staffing procedures. I have experience in retail from working at Walmart, and I know I could get these stores back into shape!Michael McQuiston

Some Dollar General stores are messy and disorganized... this is not one. The staff never sits still. They are always cleaning, organizing amd stocking.Always friendly, always helpful.

The manager is so nice. I'm in and out the store at least 2 times a week. They always have really good sales.

Absolutely horrible store! They are never stocked with any items & the lines are always long! You're better off going to a corner store, at least they will have what you're looking for!!

I went to Dollar general and a worker ran up to me and proceeded to punch me several times pulling on my bag that holds my heart monitor and portable oxygen well it's 1500to replace I spoke with district manager Josh he has not called me he is rude now new month keeps happening please not mhmrim broke 😭😬😱

This place never has enough cashiers and the lines are long. Sure to the lack of staff they have a high rate of items being stolen. But it's the side of town "across the tracks" so it's the only type of store that isn't a gas station.

My experience there was very positive. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise, and I thoroughly enjoyed browsing thru all of the products that they offer.

The cashiers are rarely happy and the store is always pretty messy. Kinda poorly stocked and the parking lot is usually dirty.

Employees are always customer oriented even if they do seem to get overwhelmed by foot traffic they manage to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner

It might be just me, but it seems like every dollar store I've been to since this CV started happening looks like they'vebeen ransacked. at least they should look like they're trying to keep the place clean.
