Lena is the most amazing woman!! She not only cares for dogs and their owners she also cares about the community!! We reached out to her regarding boarding dogs for women of domestic violence and safe house living.... not only did she say she would help BUT she offered discounts to help these women afford it!!! One less thing for them to worry about during life's trials. Lena has always gone above and beyond showing love and compassion to people ♥️

I can’t say enough about this place. Our dog runs zoomies when he finds out he’s going to Lena’s. Whether it be for a bath or a short stay at the resort, they take extra special care of him! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wish I could give Lena and her team 20 stars. My husband and I take our dogs there often and they are sometimes a LOT to handle. Lena and her team always greet us with a smile and do whatever it is we need to get them to and from the vehicle. Her kennel staff is amazing and the grooming team does a great job too. You can tell these people really love their job. We love this place and so do our dogs ( Skye and Bella)!

We have used Lena's on several occasions and been completely satisfied with each visit. We have boarded our Great Danes here for one day or up to a week and we've never been concerned about their care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional making sure the dogs are fed and watered on your schedule. The dogs have access to outdoor "runs" and can come and go through a doggie door in each cage. Reservations are required.

I can not say enough good things about Lena’s and the amazing staff here. My husband and I just moved from North Carolina and had to board my cats for the first time ever. Everyone was so inviting and friendly and made this process incredibly easy and calmed me down about being away from my babies. I highly recommend them to everyone and we will definitely be using their services again.

Not real sure! I took my dog in for a bath,nails and flea treatment When I picked him up and got back home he drank an entire bowl of water so I'm sure they didn't give him any water. My wife was told by a co-worker to avoid this groomer and take our dog to the one in Mexia. We will try Mexia and post the results soon...

Great customer service, our 6 dogs look beautiful & they have product on hand that we would ordinarily have to get from Petsmart...Lena's prices are better too! Great boarding facility with air conditioning/heating! Lena's also has UHaul trucks!

I've rented a uhaul a few times at Lena's Groom and Board. Lena herself did the paperwork each time. I appreciate her no nonsense style and advice. She has a bubbly caring personality has a wonderful place to board dogs. If I had a dog, I would not hesitate to board it there.

I took a stray dog I found n2 Lena's Grooming & I must say... they were so so sweet & so nice to me & the little dog I found was a mess!!! Hair was matted & FULL of poopy hair & fleas!!! They had this dog ready for the doggy runway when they finished!!! I recommend anyone to take their beloved animal to Lena's!!!

Friendly and Caring staff. Accommodating and understanding. Lena and her staff ( love Ms. Geri) are willing to do what needs to be done. kennels are well maintained, climate controlled, groomers are efficient and the taxi service is well worth it when needed or wanted.

Took my Husky in to have him groomed and upon arriving was asked how I wanted it done. I then said I wanted his belly and arm pits shaved, the under coat(winter coat) trimmed. I said several times, DO NOT TOUCH THE HAIR ON HIS FACE! While actually grabing it. Very rudely the owner asks " so you want him shaved"? NOOOOO. Again so belittling "well your contradicting yourself! The young lady at the desk very professional, and her helper was very nice. Actually the only reason I didn't just leave. When I come to pick him up they had shaved him completely. Cut all the hair off his face. RIDICULOUS!! When telling her she should've called if they wasn't sure. She agreed but basically told me I read wrong on how I wanted MY DOGS hair cut.

They did a terrible job on our schnauzer. They said they couldn't trim between his eyes because he wouldn't hold still, but we have never had that problem at previous groomers. Our Maltese mix wasn't done good either. It isn't as bad as the schnauzer cut but nothing to be proud of.

Was not happy with them this time. Took our English Bulldog in for a bath, picked him up and he was having a hard time breathing and very thirsty. Got home and still having problems. Also took in our Cocker Spaniel for a cut and am not happy with it at all. The woman that checked us out was very rude and loud and not very professional. I will never take my dogs there again.

The staff here is very friendly and the Uhaul rental process and return process was easy. It was more affordable then I thought to rent a pickup truck from U-Haul.
