My cousin has been checking on riding lawnmowers at several businesses. I went with her to the Taylor Tractor Supply today. We were greeted by two friendly and helpful young ladies who asked how they could help. We were referred to Ms. Debbie, who provided answers to all the questions my cousin had. She ended up purchasing exactly what she wanted and the mower was on sale! It was very refreshing to enter a store and be helped promptly. We waited for over 30 minutes at another Tractor Supply and ended up leaving without anyone helping. Thank you, Ms. Debbie and Taylor Tractor Supply!!

They did not have what the product I was looking for, but Andrea was super helpful. She called around to multiple locations helping me find it. She was a great help and a very delightful. Good job TSC 👍

I have been going here for a number of years, particularly to fill propane tanks. Over the last year or two, there have been several times I have called ahead and was told there would be someone there at a certain time to fill tanks, and there has not been. This is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I call ahead to ensure they have propane and to make sure someone is there to fill it. Not to be told one thing and show up to be told another.

It would be very nice if they would open on time! We all have busy schedules and expect businesses to open at 8 o'clock if it is scheduled to open at 8 o'clock. A customer does not appreciate having to call the store after 8 AM and ask if they are opening. What's even worse is when a employee "R" answers the phone and is sarcastic oh we will open in a few MORE minutes. The Hutto store opens on time and is extra friendly!!

*update*I have, over the last couple of months, continued to attempt to give the Taylor TSC my business. I have attempted to get propane MANY more times, and 100% of the time I've been told nobody certified to turn a valve is available to dispense propane. Another trip to the new location in Georgetown it is.....pathetic. If you like TSC please don't go to the one in Tayor TX, it will most likely ruin your perception of the company. I've been to many of their locations and appreciate what they normally offer, unfortunately the one in my home town is sub-par to put it kindly.If you need propane, there is about an 11% chance they have both propane and someone qualified to open a valve. They really need to get their act together.Also, I noticed you make no attempt to improve your service. I'll probably get a response saying to call a phone number and tell someone else who won't do anything. Same lame response you give everyone who points out your poor level of service.

A fun place to shop. Today they were busier than normal and did not have very many people to wait on all the customers. However, I didn't mind because I really didn't need anybody to wait on me anyway. I was just having a good time looking at all the cool farm and ranch stuff.

I have mixed reviews about this location. Sometimes I get great service and sometimes I am a ghost. Watch the chicken feeder. The tops don't fit on the bottom. I did let the cashier know that their feeders do not fit on the bottom. I do like that they have a self checkout now, sometimes checking out it slow.

Went in for a riding mower replacement battery and the woman that helped me(unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was AWESOME!!! Helped me find the correct battery, nuts/bolts and terminal connectors I needed. PLus she helped me pick out an awesome Tractor Supply hat for my guy. She really went above and beyond. Crazy that great customer service isn’t the norm these days. I appreciate the kindness today from the employee. 5 stars! Keep up the great service and kindness. Will shop this location again!

Came by to fill up my propane cylinders and had a great experience. There were friendly helpful people at the front of the store who directed me to the propane area. The attendant was helpful and patient and had me on my way in no time. Keep up the good work Tractor Supply!

Unbelievably kind, helpful employees. I went in about 8pm on Black Friday (11/26/21) to pick up a stove I purchased online. The person working the register, Stephanie I believe, was so patient with the process (which presented some challenges). She was a pleasure to deal with. Then, since the product weighed 300+ pounds, I was assisted by a middle-aged gentleman and a younger woman whose names I didn't catch: They helped me lift it into my hatchback and were extremely helpful throughout. Just wanted to comment on a really amazing customer-service experience!

I don't get to TSC as often as I would like. When I do, it's always a good visit. Everyone greets you when you walk through the door. It seems all the associates there know all the product in the store, or I'm lucky and catch the right person every time. Usually my visits here are for items they carry in store that other big boxes only have online.

Not the most helpful or friendly service - got the impression from Judy that I was an interruption. I was the only customer at the time but could hardly get anyone to show me where to find an item I was looking for. Each person kept telling me to go to the back aisle, 30 minutes later after I demanded Judy to come help me find it learnt the item I was looking for was out. Taylor office folks could learn something from the Hutto team who are very friendly and extremely helpful - Rosa and Christina are outstanding!!

This is the best TSC I have ever been in. The STAFF make all the difference. They are amazing. Not just helpful, they are EXTRAORDINARY. So knowledgeable and friendly, even when I come with huge project plans and livestock questions. I mean THE BEST.

Little girl at the checkout was really sweet but not real knowledgeable. fFour people walking around not helping anybody and only one register open. It took 2 minutes to get what I wanted and almost 20 minutes to get out of the store.

Why do I even go to these folks. It's 8 miles from my place but I continually have to drive to either Georgetown or Temple to get what I need. Even calling them to see if they have an item in stock is a problem.I call the Temple store and they always have someone check to see if the item is in stock and will even get one for me me to pick up. The Temple store is 25 miles from me but find that they have a much better customer satisfaction attitude. I believe all Tractor Supply future managers should work a day at the Temple store to see how to correctly manage a store.

Purchased a lawn tractor at a local big box store. Short story it was a total bust. Came to Tractor Supply in Taylor looking for a new mower.The entire staff was super helpful. There are two Mikes that assisted us and they were both awesome. They made glad the other purchase was a bust. Could not be happier with all aspects of my experience at the story.

Great location, chicks during chick days are always well cared for (which sadly isn’t the case everywhere), shelves are nearly always stocked, and on the off chance they aren’t, someone’s always willing and available to look on the back for you.

Helpul staff . No waiting in a long line. They immediately opened a second register when it was busy . Good prices. Carried something in stock that i have had trouble finding in other box stores, mink oil at a resonable price around $5. Carried my chihiahuas favorite meaty chew bones 2 packaged for $2.99. Had a smith and wesson knife marked down from $20 to $10. So i scored this trip! Would reccomend!

The best place in town for us to pick up chicken feed and supplies along with dog, cat, gardening, and various other supplies. There's another place where I like to get chicken feed, but I go to Tractor Supply a lot more often for the convenience of being able to make just one trip.

An interesting mix of items for sale. They've got shoes, clothes, toys, tools, pet supplies, automotive, hardware, snacks, and a lot more that's hard to describe. Don't be fooled, not just farm supplies.

We love taking our trips to Tractor Supply with our dogs to buy their food.TSC also always seems to have the items I can't find anywhere else. Perfect example,... Spare tire for our camper. They also sell propane by the pound.

Nice place. Has a little of everything and don't be afraid to order a lot of feed or the such because they can accommodate you.
