I had a terrible experience here a few days ago that makes me never want to go back to this store (And I’ve always been a huge fan of HEB!)I made a quick stop here to get dog food on my way home. I was walking up to the front and noticed an employee with a large curbside cart coming my direction, so I quickly moved my basket to the other side of the walk way to get out of her way. As I did that I bumped into a gift cart display and knocked it slightly off center. Nothing fell off the display, no harm no foul, so I continued up to the front. As I was walking away I saw a male employee glare at me, run over to the display and say VERY LOUDLY and aggressively, “ What the F$&K!!!” Several people turned to look and I was absolutely mortified. The employee was an older, thin, balding male who looked like he might be a manager so I simply checked out and went home. I felt awful and thought, “was I in the wrong? Did I deserve that??”I went to Walmart with my husband a couple days later and as we were walking down the aisle I knocked an EOD package of chapstick off an end cap. There were 2 Walmart employees standing right there. As I reached down to grab it, one of the employees said, “ Don’t worry about it! I got it!” And smiled at me.THAT is how it should be done.

First time going to the Taylor HEB. It's a nice large store with wide aisles and not many people shopping during my visit. It was convenient stopping here on the way home from Giddings to pick up some stuff to make chili with for dinner. Gotta love HEB. I don't know what I would do if I had to move some place where HEB did not have a store!?$#

They are great. , especially curbside , I'm disabled , A little work on staying stocked and the store will be perfect . Great employees , they all deserve a raise . HEB can afford it , to maintain their great , hard working employees . Curbside is so convenient to people like me .

They were out of the cucumbers that I wanted on the shelf but a young man working in produce noticed me looking and said he had a case in the back and asked if I would like for him to go get it. Generally, you have to hunt someone down in a store to see if they have something in the back. Wish I had gotten his name.

I would give 5 stars but this store needs to expand. Taylor has grown a lot and the demand for groceries and services is now a necessity. Very friendly staff and the best curbside I've ever used so far. I really enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the good work!!

My favorite part of coming here is how the employees in the self check ALWAYS treat whites like garbage.. Its a real problem. I spend hundreds here every week just for this. Edit- Notice how they almost immediately respond to every post but mine. ABSOLUTE DISCRIMINATION. ITS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE AND THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH IT.

The HEB by my house in Austin didn’t have the floral arrangements I wanted. Driving on the way to Rockdale I stopped at this HEB bad was so happy with the product I was able to find there.

Called the pharmacy 4 times this morning at 9:30 to 9:50. All 4 times I was out on hold then hung up on. When I called back the 5th time and was asked to be out on hold I said no I have been on hold 4 times already and y’all hang up on me and I have to call back and then get out on hold again. The lady who answered just hung on me. Then when I tried to call back she would pick up and as soon as she heard my voice she would hang up. Is this how professional your pharmacy is? I will def make the drive to Hutto H-E-B from now on.

I am updating my review from 4 to 5 stars as they now carry a great selection of organic produce. Kombucha and the Central Market bottled italian soda are both back! Additionally now there are tons of new items they are carrying, this is by far my favorite place to shop! The items, the environment & the whole experience! I also looove the Field & Future line of products!!Original review:I love H‑E‑B! Although it would be nice if this location would add more to the organic produce section. I also miss the Kombucha and the Central Market Blood Orange Italian Soda was a staple and it's been off the shelves for over a year now. Staff is always very friendly.

Went on Thanksgiving morning because I needed a few things and nothing to do with Thanksgiving mind you and everybody was super pleasant the stock shelves were absolutely pleasing to see and they are constantly adding new items and that makes me very happy!!

For an H-E-B it's okay but it's a small doesn't have that big of a selection good for like midweek trips but big trips I would go to an H-E-B plus

Do people think the end is coming or what?! TP, laundry detergent, cleaning products, dogfood, chips, seasoning/gravy packets wiped out. Ok I get hand sanitizer, you don't have that on hand, but honestly all the other things?! Don't you clean your houses any other time? Or is H-E-B so short staffed they can't keep the shelves stocked? Crazy!

Great prices and selection. Their brand ( hill country fair. Heb . And central market. Are all as good as if not better than most name brands. This is one of the only grocery stores I have heard of that people miss if they move out of state. The people that work here are also awesome

HEB has everything I need and more! There were pool toys there that I was looking for and a whole isle of cards for any special occasion, fathers day or birthdays etc. It's also a pretty clean store to shop at which I appreciate very much.

This time when I went to HEB they were remodeling and making the store better. I am happy to see they continue to grow and better the store for us. Always super clean store and parking lot. Great public bathrooms. The employees are always nice and helpful. Love the coupons posted throughout the store. I love my HEB.

Love H‑E‑B always, my only complaint is everyone does! It’s hard to maneuver through a store that you have not been in before, because of all the people. But the selection of items is always the best!
