I went to Tatum Dollar general today and went by the restroom before shopping and omg it was horrible i was like nobody restroom should ever look like this. It was every sad no toilet paper insight needed to be clean. Needed to be mopped shake my head if your on the road traveling through Tatum don’t stop for a potty break.

Jaslyn was so helpful tonight. I appreciate when treated with respect and not as if you are a bother. She went above and beyond w/o being asked to, she took initiative and solved a problem she had never experienced before and got both of us informed on how something worked. I truly hope she is recognized as a good employee and the manager as well for being available and assisting me. Good people = Good store!

Decent Dollar General. Employees are always friendly & helpful but, always check your bags for missing items. Several times I’ve gotten home & found something on my receipt is not in my bags. Happened again today. Also if price on display or shelf is wrong at check out, they will only go by what it rings up at & claim the price has changed & hasn’t been updated on the display yet. Also happened several times. Other than that it’s a pretty good Dollar General, just needs more attention to detail.

I went to buy a couple of things for supper this evening. I got the counter. No one was at the counter. I did not see anyone working in the store. I waited about ten minutes. Nobody. I could have taken whatever I wanted. Not the first time. I left my stuff on the counter. I will never darken these doors again.

I find everything i need every time. Well stocked & great prices. The staff seems genuinely happy to see everyone who comes in. I love it!

On the last four visits to the Tatum store there were problems with the credit card terminal. Not just my problem, others in line had the same problem.It's no longer worth the hassle.

Store is grossly overfilled and presents a fire hazard with items haphazardly placed between aisles and scattered randomly on shelves. The area at the check out was so crowded with junk "on sale" that I had to step out of line and down a nearby aisle so a customer could exit the building. I will not return to this location.

Normally this Dollar General is the best.But they have a have a bad habit of smoking next to the door. I probably would go there more if thay could be more considerate and smoke on the side or behind the building.

The store was well put together and the staff seemed nice. Standing at the register getting checked there was a strange odor but overall good.

This Dollar General is one of the older ones but it was still very nice inside everything was organized it was very clean the bathrooms were in decent shape the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I've been to a few where this is not always the case however I enjoyed my whole experience here

Totally laid back good friendly enviorment safe and very convient as well as helpful and couldn't say enough to bring the family this way I mean there's a lot of dollar stores but let's face it there's none like this one

I went in this store, waited ten minutes at the register for someone to come come to the, when the lady finally got there she had an attitude from hell and after I paid for my things she throwed my change back at me. Needless to say I will never step foot back in this store.

Their selection of the items I needed was very good but the customer service was lacking. It appeared that I was interrupting their day by purchasing items from their store.

Always friendly staff. They started an online coupon deal and makes this better to shop at than Walmart for most household needs.

I've never walked into the Dollar General or anyone was rude or bickered or gave an ugly look drop space or even decide about helping me find something everyone's always cheerful overworked repay understaffed my truck day they make sure they have a bare minimum and one person on the schedule is usually the one that calls in

The guy at register was rude, he literally threw the receipt at me and my change. Doesn't need to be working Customer Service. Family Dollar will be getting all my business.

Went there tonight at 8:45pm and the door was locked. Website says 11pm is when it closes. Yet they have a sign on the door saying it closes at 9pm every night.
