Store manager needs to figure out that core charges get refunded to the customer not the original part they sent I brought back to swap out. Core was a return after purchase a while ago and I had to go exchange the part sent for a new one bcuz the one sent was defective. The 2 young men working today wer extremely helpful and respectful.

Staff was SUPER HELPFUL for us out of towners traveling through. Gentleman helped us figure out a bandaid fix for our hitch to make it to our destination. He even came out and helped my son and I lift the full luggage carrier while my husband was on the ground taking care of the bolting down. THANK YOU for your kindness and unexpected helpfulness. People like those in your store are a dime a dozen. We are so glad we found those 2 in your town.

So I was looking for saw horses online it said there was some in Sweetwater. So I drove down as I walked in store the ladies asked if I needed any help. I told them I was looking for saw horses and one of the ladies said nope we don't have any, we don't care them. I said dang I drove all the way over here cause it shows online that you do. Nope sorry. So I decided to walk and look around thinking to myself hmm maybe she doesn't know. So I get half way through the store and this nice lady asked if she could help me. I told her and said the other lady said no and the new lady said yeah actually we do they came in this weekend on the truck, she said let me look around. So I waited and the first lady found me and said yet again that no they didn't have any. So I figured the second lady said something to first lady... so I headed to check out. Then I hear the second lady same mam we found them. Low and behold they had those darn saw horses after all. I want to say a huge thank you to Wayne and I think the ladies name was Janet I didn't catch her name but she's a great lady, thank ya'll!

I wish I could put no stars but it won’t allow me… first time here and it has already been 45 minutes for me to get my deer corn! This is ridiculous. We have cold foods in the back of the truck and can’t be waiting 45 minutes for something that should have just taken 5 maybe 10 at most.

Went there 2 days in a row. Both times i was greeted with 2 different young white girls and both times they were rude and unhelpful. The person in front of me was greeted with a smile. But me, being Hispanic was not.Do not intend on going there for a good while. These girls need social manners.

I used to work for tractor supply here in town when David ran it and customers left happy and helped now all you have are lazy as grown men and women working there that don't even want to help someone that has had knee and ankle surgery it's very sad to see the place I used to work at go down soo much if I could have given this no stars I would have

We had bought a countertop fireplace heater and I had bought the 2 year warranty but my little heater stopped working and they refunded my money for the fireplace and my warranty since I had just bought it towards the end of December. The people that work at this one are very nice and they were willing to help me out. I really like TSC to begin with and this experience has made me like it even more.

Came in for pet food. Online showed selection to be in stock. But nothing on shelf nor anything visible in backroom. Left with another variety but ended up getting selection online for less also.

This is a store more often than if you go in to purchase a specific item, they will be out. In the last couple trips, they have been out of the welding wire, chop saw blade, bolts, and plumbing fittings I needed. I wish there was another store with the hours of operation TSC was open so I could take my business elsewhere.

I was in line for 20 minutes there was one customer ahead of me the cashier megan was rude and was being really slow and when the customer ahead of me left she decided to take her time to scan my chicken feed when she saw I was holding it on my shoulder i didnt have a cart i think she needs to be told to not take all her time this is the third time I go in when she is working and I'm in line over 15 minutes when there's been one customer in front of me.

Would rather shop at Tractor Supply than any other store, but the last 5 times we have bought feed every bag has busted open on the way home and we have lost quite a bit of feed.

Never go in this store they called the police on us thinking we stole stuff and we bought 259.00 worth of stuff everyone was rude worst experience ever and it was our first time I will drive 30 min from now on to go to lowes
