Been to this store quite a few times every time leave with a smile very friendly folks there have to give a shout out to Mary she came all the way to the back of the store to help me find something I had overlooked near the front . She not only told me where it was she showed me and made sure I had everything I needed before I went to check out . Every one I have met there are just very friendly and very helpful

They had every thing I needed and then some I ended up spending over $700 but had to take back a few things a few days later I had lost the receipt but I knew exactly what I had spent and a date they didn’t hesitate to try and find my transaction to which I ended up being a day off of when I purchased, but they didn’t give me any grief about not having my receipt and promptly gave me the refund I was very surprised and relieved at a boy Sutherland keep up the good work guys and gals us rednecks appreciate ya

Sutherlands have some of the best customer service I've ever had I was running late one day and it was close to quitting time for them they stayed 15 to 20 minutes over to make sure I was taking care of I give them two thumbs up great job keep up the good work

NO VETERAN DISCOUNTS - It is a very nice store to have in the Sweetwater & Nolan County and will be very helpful for locals and businesses a like. I gave it a 3-Star because they do not give Veteran discounts like Lowe's & Home Depot. West Texas is home to a large number of Veterans spread throughout 11 counties. Giving them a discount is giving them an incentive to shop in Sweetwater and not drive all the way to Abilene to get Vet discounts. Something to think about if you are Veteran shopping here. :)

Fairly large store with a really good selection of building and home improvement supplies. Also a big help that they are open past 4 on Saturdays and open on Sunday. I have been in a bind before and had to wait to travel out of town before they came to Sweetwater.Also I believe they just got the plants in❤️

We came hoping to locate a specific >$300 product as a family, it was the 3rd item on the first main "isle" when we walked in, so I didn't get to look exhaustingly at the place and it was my first visit there, but it seemed like a opportunity for putting our local ACE out of business...

Well stocked a definite one stop shop and staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping by and seeing all they have to offer. Ariana is a very friendly cashier and makes your buying experience very pleasant.

Never had an issue till I placed a custom order for kitchen cabinets ..they loved taking my down payment ...this was back on October...I still have not received a phone call letting me know anything ...I've called twice and all they tell me is the person who works that area isn't working ...this is getting frustrating...

Very nice place with a great variety of building supplies, appliances, home furnishings, decor and hardware. The prices are also very competitive. I would rather go here then the big orange or blue supply centers.

Not much of an experience at all..They did have what I needed, in the department I thought it would be in, so, thats a sign of good organization of the products they offer.. the staff is quick to get you checked out.

The manager Tim was very condescending when he spoke to me and pretty much refused to help me. While describing what I needed he rolled his eyes at me 3 times and was very derogatory I’m guessing that because I am a woman he didn’t think I would notice. I went to ACE across town and got what I needed with a smile i hope the manager Timothy in sweetwater Tx should be looked into he is a horrible leader

Sweetwater is so lucky to have this awesome store! The Bryant creep feed and cattle cubes are very high quality. The people are so nice and helpful. The metal storage cabinets are great for garage & barn storage.

They have just about anything you need, for remodeling, or tools, few outside dog kennels, lots of unpainted and painted cabinets for bathrooms, showers, tubs. Agriculture feed, plumbing, house cleaning products. Dog and cat food, and small supply of horse stuff.
